Cons: They are a scam
Pros: Everything good
Cons: Drop-off was overcrowded and we had to wait for 20-30 minutes, but despite that, everything was ok
Pros: Model of car was exactly what we expected and clean, for a good price.
Cons: The service at the desk was infuriating, rude staff, and took over an hour to pick up the car. The car was very damaged and we were worried that we may get blamed for the damage so had to take a lot of photos.

Cons: My grievance is that when booking, I asked your agent to make the process as easy as possible for my wife as she is not used to travelling abroad. In response the moron you employ recommended a rental company based in Milan terminal 1 when she arrived at terminal 2. How stupid are your people. Since the service you provided to us in Majorca was equally pathetic I assume you employ idiots and then train any common sense out of them.
Cons: They lost the reservation. It took us 3 hours to finally get a car (they had given ours away, they claimed) only because the manager intervened (we asked for the manager from the beginning, but he waited 2 hours to assist us). He was nice in the end but when you have flown 12 hours and are extremely tired with three sleep deprived children under age 5 waiting for 3 hours to pick up the car, the system is BROKEN.

Cons: EVERYTHING! It literally ruined our trip, because then I had to go and wait around at the other rental car counters in the airport terminal, and pay over $500 USD for something that should have cost a fraction of this.
Cons: The hidden fees 1300 euro hold on credit card or must buy full coverage insurance you guys did not say that when i made my reservation wtf. Plus they said 24 hour to get back my refunde and its been 3 days i got nothing. Garbage service. Never again

Cons: 2 hours waiting to get the car ! this seem to be a continuous pattern as when I dropped the car, the queue was the same again. No fuel station at the airport, only 20 min away, this should be highlighted when the car is picked up.

Cons: It was a bait-and-switch... the advertised price (the price I booked at) was very low and that's why I chose this car over the Sixt rental that I used elsewhere. When I got to the counter to pick up my reservation, the representative added another €100 for insurance, telling me that I couldn't use the insurance provided by my credit card. He also added flex fuel charges without proper explanation. I wanted to cancel the booking but it was too late at night to find another option.

Pros: Despite booking in advanced, a car was denied because I did not have an international driver's license. What year is this, 1960?? I was left hanging in a different country with no concern about my situation (your fault). I was able to walk across the hall and get a great rental at great value. Your loss. Never using this service again.

Cons: it was much less expensive in Spain
Cons: He was over zealous about trying to up sell me on insurance and in fact was almost threatening about it. He over charged me and I'm having to dispute the charge with my credit card company. My contract from Discovercarhire stated one thing, but the agent charged me $28.91 more than the contract stated. He seemed dishonest, hence I would be much more careful next time when using them.
