Moventur at Milan Airport Malpensa

Pros: It was alright like a standard service.

Cons: The pick up is 10 minutes away from the airport. Which no one explained to me before. I was casually looking around the airport for the office which was not there. I had to call a number and I was explained that the shuttle van will pick me up. I had to find the spot. in Verona Parking is difficult to find. Again parking Is 10 minutes walk from the airport and I had to walk on the dangerous road. If you don’t call the office, you don’t know where it is.

Cons: They don't check the car. Firstly the cars, s AACC was broken and we had to change the car thanks to our review . The fuel tanc was not revised. We had to do a video for the pick up and the drop off

Cons: The agent, when we finally found her, was terribly rude and unhelpful. We were not aware that an international drivers license would be required, which should be clearly stated on the reservation form. She was horrible. We finally found another car company and happily rented from them. We would like our deposit money back. What a terrible way to be welcomed into a new country she should be ashamed of herself.

Cons: Moventur car rental refuses to pay back the £800 deposit taken.

Pros: It's a scam! They take the deposit as a charge to your credit card and take forever to return it! It's been almost a month since I have returned the car in perfect condition and I still haven't recieved my 900€ deposit back!

Cons: Becoming hard. Insist on embossed credit cards...no bank today provides this. Clearly they (Moventur company) hate honouring cheap rentals and heavily push upselling insurance etc to 5 x original rental amount. Paid extra to rent a golf/polo....got some kia rubbish instead...dreadful car (kia picanta?). Felt car sick by it's horrible auto gearbox.

Cons: No chains in the car, even if they are compulsory by law. I had to buy because I was always worry to be stopped and get fined. If they are by law each car should have the chains, and they cannot say that they have no chains left.

Pros: easy to intercept , easy to pick up , straight forward process for drop off.

Cons: the deposit is taken and not blocked but is pretty quick process to have it refunded

Cons: I reserved a medium-sized vehicle but was initially assigned a smaller one until I brought this issue to the agent’s attention. When I requested a larger vehicle, I was initially told that none were available. However, after further checking the system, the agent asked me which car I would prefer. The process felt disorganized, as the agent frequently left to assist other customers while still handling my request, leading to a frustrating and inefficient experience.

Pros: I was access to have car and other service after payment.

Cons: They want give me a small car who selected SUV.

Cons: Moventur took deposit 850 EUR at desk, and doesn't send back it for a month after returning the car. Moventur is located outside the airport and need to wait for a shuttle to get to the Moventur parking.

Cons: They charged me a very high fee for full coverage insurance because I don't have an international driver's license, even though I had already booked the car with full coverage. Additionally, they gave me the car uncleaned, with an empty windshield wiper fluid tank, and worn-out wipers

Pros: When we picked up the car the oil light and washer fluid light were on. We were told to just add oil and washer to the car and we would be reimbursed! Still waiting to get that money back. The car was dirty and we had a tire leak and had to bring the car back and pick up the second car!

Cons: We were told by the rental agent I could not rent the car because I had lost my license so my husband would have to rent it. We were charged a fee if $99.82 for an additional driver when there was none!!! The company refuses to refund our money at this time so I will have to keep fighting with them!

Cons: Very unprofessional service at Moventur at Milano Malpensa. We straight away were told they didn't have any car for us as they were all going to be sold. However our booking was made at least a month before and confirmed. At last we were given a different car, automatic and not manual as booked. The lady at the desk was not helpful at all. On the way back no one was at the desk, a guy outside told us to give him the keys and didn't add anything else. We couldn't check the car with anyone.

I had to look for renting in other agency instead with double the price on the last minute . They claimed they don’t have a car for me because I was later by 6 hours . I come they don’t have a car for me , if I could find other cars on other agencies upon landing in Milan They also refuse to return my pre payment

Cons: I was asked to give a 900 Euro deposit and although the car has been given back and signed it off on the 23rd July, it is now the 28th and the deposit has not been returned to me which is concerning as I was told the money would only be “frozen”.

Pros: The lady at the drop-off was polite. She was the only saving grace for this horrendous experience where Daniel (desk manager on pickup) had the worst customer service outlook. With other customers (2 separate families) prior to us having the same issues. It was quite comical that the service for all customers was that bad! Daniel didn’t care, he or his managers need to be upskilled in client services. Shocking shocking shocking!

Cons: I don’t know why Discover Cars even has a provider with such utterly bad customer service. Daniel, told us he knew how to do his job but provided us with a vehicle that was not order and booked upfront. At least they could have provided a similar sized car for luggage space. I recommend that no one uses Moventur when visiting Milan. Just don’t do it! We also ordered an automatic car and received a manual car. This company seemed to be going out of business.

Cons: It was challenging to know where to meet the shuttle and what shuttle to take from the airport terminal. That should be better explained in the instructions you receive.

On attempting to return the car the Moventur desk was NOT manned at all . We had been told that the desk would be open at 8.00AM - no one appeared by the time that we had to leave to catch shuttle at 8.40 AM Deplorable

Cons: Moventur isn't the only agency doing this, but when did it become kind of normal to turn in cars without a full tank of gas? The renter almost always ends up giving away gas he paid for trying to turn in a fuel level near what it was upon pick-up.

Cons: They refused to give us our prepaid car and demanded we have an international drivers license. We even agreed to sign a waiver and they still did not release the car. The other 2 agencies in the building had no problem renting without an international incense and we ended up losing our rental payment and going with a different agency. This company is such a scam. Another customer arrived an hour later than expected and they refused him as well.

Cons: Pickup time was terribly slow. A lot of paper work. The agent worked quickly but his phone kept ringing and he kept answering, making us wait longer even when it was our turn. Arrived an hour later at our destination in the dark.

Cons: Shuttle took 1 hour to show, had to made 10+ calls, they are far and on the return with 3 shuttles there I had to wait over 40 minutes until they filled the shuttle

Pros: Everything promised as advertised , well almost everything. Affable agent behind the desk. No undue pressure to purchase additional insurance.

Cons: Not many options for automatic transmission, most Americans want this. It is always a car on the smaller side. Had a low air pressure indicator, which wasn’t addressed but didn’t pose any problems as advised by agent. Could be a problem for some people.
