Pros: Nice clean vehicle

Cons: 2 weeks after the return of the vehicle I am still waiting on m deposit of $800

Pros: Couldn't fault it.

Cons: Lack of clarity. Slowness at collection and drop off. Poor customer service.

Pros: Steering on the car was not good and was worse on our return. Quite scared driving at points .

Cons: Rerun of car was chaotic no spaces, we were accused of stealing / loosing a charging cable. Very unpleasant.

Pros: Easy, plus pleasant staff

Pros: The overall service was quick and efficient.

Cons: One thing - and it is to do with Malpensa Airport more than Drivalia - but the signing of the return was particularly poor. and so the drop-off took a lot of finding.

Cons: Δεν κοβετε τιμολόγιο με την αξία της παροχης. Η εταιρεία που μου ενοικίασε το αυτοκίνητο, οι υπάλληλοι που μας εξηπηρέτησαν δεν μίλαγαν καλά αγγλικα με αποτέλεσμα να μην μας δώσουν σωστές οδηγίες παραλάβης του αυτοκινητου. Στην επιστροφή του αυτοκινήτου πάλι δεν ήταν αναλιτικές οι οδηγίες με αποτέλεσμα το πάρκιν ήταν παρα πολύ μακρια και γυρίσαμε με τα πόδια απόσταση πάνω απο 30 λεπτά μεσα στην νυχτα και στο κύο.

Pros: Πολύ καλή σχέση ποιότητας - τιμής, καινούργιο αυτοκίνητο, εύκολη διαδικασία και χωρίς κρυφές χρεώσεις!!

Cons: Δύσκολα τους βρίσκεις στο τηλέφωνο, αρκετή αναμονή μέχρι να πάρεις το αυτοκίνητο και δεν υπήρχαν τα παιδικά καθίσματα που είχαμε συνεννοηθεί

Pros: The car was excellent, and new only 15,000 km,

Pros: After more than one hour spent trying to solve the rent problem, finally a worker heard us and helped to solve the problem.

Cons: The first employer simply denied the renting because the credit card wasn't issued in the same country we live, but we never heard about this requirement. There was no good will to help at all.

Pros: A mid-size car that was great to drive and at a reasonable price.

Cons: Took way to long to find the car and get out of the garage. The garage was jammed with cars and the agent had trouble locating our rental car.

Cons: Nobody explained me the operation of the car in Milan

Cons: Staff were rude Unclear regarding credit card so could not rent car, lost £70 and had to find another agency to rent from.

Pros: Nothing I liked - most inconvenient car rental experience ever in my life.

Cons: Everything is bad about them, made me wish I never decided to travel to Italy.

Pros: Da little concerned about tyre pressure as a tilting warning symbol flashed intermittently.

Pros: the representative at the Milan Malpensa desk was nice and easy to receive the rental car.

Cons: Had an issue where I could not refuel the car. I could only get proper support during office hours (Weekdays). I dropped the car off to a different location to avoid running out of fuel, but the offices and call support did not communicate internally on the issue and that I have dropped of the car which prolonged the process of ending the rental contract.

Cons: They give you a contact phone number but they rarely pick up the call. I had to physically get to their office for questions. Furthermore, they charge 700% the daily price if you choose to extend the rental beyond the Discover booking date. Even when you call their 24 hour emergency phone number - there is no one answering.

Cons: The parking inside the airport. Was a nightmare to find out the place and was more difficult to find a stall to park the car. This company needs a better place to do business instead to be in a very busy airport. Anyway I will not lease a car inside any airport.

Pros: I made a mistake... ordered a car the day before for 12 days on vacation.. the lady behind the counter quickly found me another car ! Great customer care .

Cons: When I returned the car, which was a hybrid, the agent had me declare that only one wire was in the car. WhenI picked up the car the agent ddid not show me the wire or it worked

Cons: we did not realize we had rented a fully electric car. When we were told we said we were not aware of this and were worrid about finding charging stations. The gentleman didnt really give us the option to change and told us it should be easy to find a charging station and only took 30 minutes to charge the car. It was not easy and we spent a really long time one day finding charging stations. we had to cancel our plans and forfei tours we had already paid for to drive an hour to find a charging

Pros: Radio and plug in car play was locked and they left mote with the security code to unlock it and I had to wait 24hrs “car should be on all this time”to reinsert the code which was wrong . I requested car seat on the initial booking and when I arrived there was no availability and I had to buy one second day and through it away when I finished. Also no refill in the window cleaner tank

Cons: There we're virtually no signs when you arrived at the airport about where to take and return the rental car. It made it extremely frustrating and while it was not Leasys's fault, I'm much less likely to rent a car again in a foreign country because this seems to happen a lot.

Cons: Car was awful to drive. Worse hire car I've had. Leasys then tried to charge me for petrol/gas even though I literally filled up 3 minutes before dropping it off at the gas station at the airport. I've filled a complaint and they haven't responded to me. The car had a lot more damage when picking it up then the rental agreement stated so check your car thoroughly. Wasn't told how to drop it off at a different airport so that took ages too. No employees present at drop off, had to walk to arrival

Pros: Really good pick up and drop off - one of the best I have experienced, and I rent a lot of holiday cars. I would actively look to book with this company again

Cons: Nothing at all. Booked with them even although they were more expensive, they were still excellent vfm.

Cons: 1. No one came with me to the car to show me how to handle it and that there are no issues. 2. There are no sighns on return and it took us 4 rounds around the airport to find the place where to return the car.

Cons: I got a smaller car Fiat 500x vs Fiat 500L. They told me it wad the same size. The trunk space was smaller and we barely fit the carry on luggage.

Pros: Leasys were excellent. Walked straight in and it was all done in ten minutes. Slightly lower score on the drop off but only because it was 6 in the morning and I couldn’t find the spot.

Cons: Signs leading to leases co. drop off locations in Malpensa airport isn’t too clear My request to have a cross border authorization comes have been asked only from the next working day and not immediately over the counter upon arrival

Cons: As a minor point. the car was meant to be received by me with a full tank of fuel but was only 7/8ths full. On return we left it also with 7/8ths full and explained to Leasys without problem.

Pros: friendly and good counter staff at the airport and gave me all the information i needed and expliained everything

Cons: the car had some damge to it so it took a while to mark everything on the sheet also some of the interior was dirty and some bits were damaged that weren't reported to me

Cons: Leasys was near impossible to get a hold of when there was a serious issue with the car. I spent 2 days and 40 phone calls to Leasys and Discover Cars to finally get the battery replaced (which I had to coordinate) - during those 2 days I was stranded with a 1 and 4 year old in the middle of no where in Italy.

Cons: Car broke during rental. No assistance or support. Case still outstanding.

Cons: The return at Bologna airport was sadly not as good. No signage about where the returns desk was located. All other companies had desks in the car park whereas we had to go back to rental collections to return. The desk was unmanned and we were left waiting for 5-10 minutes until we called the number and someone turned up.

Cons: The car was extremely damaged but the biggest problem was the lack of winter tyres. I even asked at the time of collection and the service agent at Leasy's said it had winter tyres on. When I was driving in poor conditions with ice and snow (not enough for the chains provided), it was dangerous and I had a family of 6 in the car.

Pros: Great front of house when getting keys, completely miserable individuals in the garage collecting cars, they let the rest of your great team down

Cons: The outside driver’s side of the vehicle was covered in bird poop when we picked it up (very dirty)! When we returned it, the agent could provide no info on how to leave the drop off area or give us any receipt for the vehicle we left him.
