Cons: Δεν κοβετε τιμολόγιο με την αξία της παροχης. Η εταιρεία που μου ενοικίασε το αυτοκίνητο, οι υπάλληλοι που μας εξηπηρέτησαν δεν μίλαγαν καλά αγγλικα με αποτέλεσμα να μην μας δώσουν σωστές οδηγίες παραλάβης του αυτοκινητου. Στην επιστροφή του αυτοκινήτου πάλι δεν ήταν αναλιτικές οι οδηγίες με αποτέλεσμα το πάρκιν ήταν παρα πολύ μακρια και γυρίσαμε με τα πόδια απόσταση πάνω απο 30 λεπτά μεσα στην νυχτα και στο κύο.

Pros: After more than one hour spent trying to solve the rent problem, finally a worker heard us and helped to solve the problem.
Cons: The first employer simply denied the renting because the credit card wasn't issued in the same country we live, but we never heard about this requirement. There was no good will to help at all.

Cons: Had an issue where I could not refuel the car. I could only get proper support during office hours (Weekdays). I dropped the car off to a different location to avoid running out of fuel, but the offices and call support did not communicate internally on the issue and that I have dropped of the car which prolonged the process of ending the rental contract.

Cons: They give you a contact phone number but they rarely pick up the call. I had to physically get to their office for questions. Furthermore, they charge 700% the daily price if you choose to extend the rental beyond the Discover booking date. Even when you call their 24 hour emergency phone number - there is no one answering.

Cons: The parking inside the airport. Was a nightmare to find out the place and was more difficult to find a stall to park the car. This company needs a better place to do business instead to be in a very busy airport. Anyway I will not lease a car inside any airport.

Cons: we did not realize we had rented a fully electric car. When we were told we said we were not aware of this and were worrid about finding charging stations. The gentleman didnt really give us the option to change and told us it should be easy to find a charging station and only took 30 minutes to charge the car. It was not easy and we spent a really long time one day finding charging stations. we had to cancel our plans and forfei tours we had already paid for to drive an hour to find a charging
Pros: Radio and plug in car play was locked and they left mote with the security code to unlock it and I had to wait 24hrs “car should be on all this time”to reinsert the code which was wrong . I requested car seat on the initial booking and when I arrived there was no availability and I had to buy one second day and through it away when I finished. Also no refill in the window cleaner tank

Leasys then tried to charge me for petrol/gas even though I literally filled up 3 minutes before dropping it off at the gas station at the airport. I've filled a complaint and they haven't responded to me. The car had a lot more damage when picking it up then the rental agreement stated so check your car thoroughly. Wasn't told how to drop it off at a different airport so that took ages too. No employees present at drop off, had to walk to arrival

Cons: Leasys was near impossible to get a hold of when there was a serious issue with the car. I spent 2 days and 40 phone calls to Leasys and Discover Cars to finally get the battery replaced (which I had to coordinate) - during those 2 days I was stranded with a 1 and 4 year old in the middle of no where in Italy.

Cons: The return at Bologna airport was sadly not as good. No signage about where the returns desk was located. All other companies had desks in the car park whereas we had to go back to rental collections to return. The desk was unmanned and we were left waiting for 5-10 minutes until we called the number and someone turned up.

Cons: The car was extremely damaged but the biggest problem was the lack of winter tyres. I even asked at the time of collection and the service agent at Leasy's said it had winter tyres on. When I was driving in poor conditions with ice and snow (not enough for the chains provided), it was dangerous and I had a family of 6 in the car.

In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.

A local renter is defined as a renter who is a resident of Italy.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.

Only cards issued in the main driver's name are accepted.
Visa Electron, Cash, Cheques, Debit cards, Prepaid cards is/are not accepted.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).

In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.
