Pros: I got my car rental with very minimal waiting time.

Cons: I had to go back and tell them there was a warning light on. They took long to come take a look and just said it was because of tire pressure. We drove the car with the warning light on the whole week.

Cons: No snow chains were in the car, and we had to buy some for 200 euro

Pros: Drivalia at Milan Maplensa Airport are excellent. We never have problems with our Drivalia rentals (the same can’t be said for almost every other company at the airport). I now always book with Drivalia for an easy rental and price if mind.

I then checked the UK gov website , which clearly states that I don’t need IDP to drive in EU. I then went to the same agent and asked me to wait to check with his manager. After 10 mins I went to him again and he said he cancelled the booking and can’t give me the car. I had to book another car through another rental agency, which costed a lot more money

Cons: Scam with battery. It is impossible to return hybrid car with full battery. They will charge you x10 above market value for ridicoulus amount of electricity, even when gas tank is full.

Pros: The service rep who helped us on the morning of October 3rd at MXP was amazing!! He made our trip - we were exhausted and had slightly over packed. We couldn’t fit all of our luggage comfortably in the Jeep Renegade we selected. I was in tears and exhausted and he pulled a set of keys out of a bag and upgraded us to the next size SUV. If he would not have been so understanding and gracious I don’t know what we would have done. Throughout our travels I was constantly thinking of his kindness!

I then booked a car with Hertz for a similar price. You’re on another planet.

It wasn’t until we got really good help from Vittoria at the Drivalia desk at Fiumicini Airport BUT we had to drive out there twice because they were too busy to answer phones. Cons: Return of the car was a little difficult. We did have to go back to our hotel to pick up our contract as we had left it there and needed it for the return. This was our fault. However, from the beginning of our arrival at the return desk, the agent was not very friendly, did not seem to be interested in helping us. But I guess we all have our bad days and let’s hope this was just one time.

Cons: I missed the 1 hr window for pickup. It is very difficult to hit a 1 hr window when coming from a plane and going through immigration. I had to wait 2 hrs for a car to be available although it seems the car was always just sitting in the car lot. Apparently it was brand new and had never been driven before. I can't help but think they are intentionally unhelpful. This was happening to half the people trying to take cars out.

Replaced it with the spare and contacted Drivalia, who advised there was a Drivalia location in La Spezia who would be able to exchange our car for a fresh one. Tried calling the La Spezia location: nobody picked up the phone, but had no other options. When we got there it turned out the Drivalia location had no cars, and had to get the flat tyre replaced ourselves with no help from Drivalia at all

Cons: Due to an early morning return, I was unable to return the car with a full tank of gas (could not find an open station nearby). The tank was half full and I understood that I would be responsible for the difference. The bill for them to refill the tank however was $76 (including service fees, VAT, etc) for approximately $25 gas. That seems rather extreme.

Cons: Very bad service! I resedved a Fiat 500, and they gave me a Panda without air coditioner, also after I refuse cause I had to do 250 km in that day, with 31º C... It was the first time that it´s happened!

Cons: I requested a manual transmission, and was told I could have an automatic when I arrived at the counter. What I got was neither, it was a plug-in hybrid, which is of no use when you're traveling, as there is nowhere to plug the damned thing in. Thus I was shackled with a sluggish car with a tiny tank, meaning daily if not multiple visits to a gas station in a single day.

Our drop off was 9pm and the office is supposed to Closed at 11pm. We called at 5pm, 6pm, 7pm, 8pm all the way up to the drop off time. We found it so hard to find as there were no Clear Instructions Given like there was for pick up. (We picked up and dropped off at different airports)

Στην επιστροφή του αυτοκινήτου πάλι δεν ήταν αναλιτικές οι οδηγίες με αποτέλεσμα το πάρκιν ήταν παρα πολύ μακρια και γυρίσαμε με τα πόδια απόσταση πάνω απο 30 λεπτά μεσα στην νυχτα και στο κύο.

Cons: we did not realize we had rented a fully electric car. When we were told we said we were not aware of this and were worrid about finding charging stations. The gentleman didnt really give us the option to change and told us it should be easy to find a charging station and only took 30 minutes to charge the car. It was not easy and we spent a really long time one day finding charging stations. we had to cancel our plans and forfei tours we had already paid for to drive an hour to find a charging

Pros: Radio and plug in car play was locked and they left mote with the security code to unlock it and I had to wait 24hrs “car should be on all this time”to reinsert the code which was wrong . I requested car seat on the initial booking and when I arrived there was no availability and I had to buy one second day and through it away when I finished. Also no refill in the window cleaner tank

Cons: There we're virtually no signs when you arrived at the airport about where to take and return the rental car. It made it extremely frustrating and while it was not Leasys's fault, I'm much less likely to rent a car again in a foreign country because this seems to happen a lot.

Cons: Didn't talk any good English, was hard to understand how to return the car. But we figured it out ourselves and they didn't complain.

Cons: Car was awful to drive. Worse hire car I've had. Leasys then tried to charge me for petrol/gas even though I literally filled up 3 minutes before dropping it off at the gas station at the airport. I've filled a complaint and they haven't responded to me. The car had a lot more damage when picking it up then the rental agreement stated so check your car thoroughly. Wasn't told how to drop it off at a different airport so that took ages too. No employees present at drop off, had to walk to arrival

Pros: Really good pick up and drop off - one of the best I have experienced, and I rent a lot of holiday cars. I would actively look to book with this company again

Cons: Nothing at all. Booked with them even although they were more expensive, they were still excellent vfm.

Cons: 1. No one came with me to the car to show me how to handle it and that there are no issues. 2. There are no sighns on return and it took us 4 rounds around the airport to find the place where to return the car.

Pros: Professional, quick and located in the terminal.

Cons: I got a smaller car Fiat 500x vs Fiat 500L. They told me it wad the same size. The trunk space was smaller and we barely fit the carry on luggage.

Pros: Leasys were excellent. Walked straight in and it was all done in ten minutes. Slightly lower score on the drop off but only because it was 6 in the morning and I couldn’t find the spot.

Cons: Signs leading to leases co. drop off locations in Malpensa airport isn’t too clear My request to have a cross border authorization comes have been asked only from the next working day and not immediately over the counter upon arrival

Cons: As a minor point. the car was meant to be received by me with a full tank of fuel but was only 7/8ths full. On return we left it also with 7/8ths full and explained to Leasys without problem.

Pros: friendly and good counter staff at the airport and gave me all the information i needed and expliained everything

Cons: the car had some damge to it so it took a while to mark everything on the sheet also some of the interior was dirty and some bits were damaged that weren't reported to me

Cons: Leasys was near impossible to get a hold of when there was a serious issue with the car. I spent 2 days and 40 phone calls to Leasys and Discover Cars to finally get the battery replaced (which I had to coordinate) - during those 2 days I was stranded with a 1 and 4 year old in the middle of no where in Italy.

Cons: Car broke during rental. No assistance or support. Case still outstanding.

Cons: Did not get car advertised. Made an issue about a tiny scratch (2 cm long) on one side of the car that was probably there when I collected it. Also had full insurance with discovery. Not been informed yet if they are going to claim for it.

Pros: Collection was excellent and reception desk team were very friendly and helpful. Car was brand new and completely spotless

Cons: The return at Bologna airport was sadly not as good. No signage about where the returns desk was located. All other companies had desks in the car park whereas we had to go back to rental collections to return. The desk was unmanned and we were left waiting for 5-10 minutes until we called the number and someone turned up.

Cons: The car was extremely damaged but the biggest problem was the lack of winter tyres. I even asked at the time of collection and the service agent at Leasy's said it had winter tyres on. When I was driving in poor conditions with ice and snow (not enough for the chains provided), it was dangerous and I had a family of 6 in the car.

Pros: Great front of house when getting keys, completely miserable individuals in the garage collecting cars, they let the rest of your great team down

Cons: The outside driver’s side of the vehicle was covered in bird poop when we picked it up (very dirty)! When we returned it, the agent could provide no info on how to leave the drop off area or give us any receipt for the vehicle we left him.
