Maggiore at Milan Airport Malpensa

Pros: Made me feel very relaxed. Some car rental places make you feel like they are trying to get extra from you. Car was great. Every staff member I encountered was incredible friendly

Cons: Their T2 office at Milan Malpensa is closed on Saturdays. Who closes on a saturday at an airport!!!!!

Pros: The car was in good condition, but dirty. The windshield was dirty on the inside, making it very uncomfortable to drive at night. Otherwise, everything was fine. Thank you.

Pros: Everything is good left deposit by debit card, 6 days after leaving the car received all amount back gave me to sign paperwork after drop off saying no extra fees been charged. Good and friendly staff

Pros: Everything was super, car was completed ( including snow socks)

Cons: Fraud. Maggiore charged for imaginary damages that were not indicated during car return. Moreover, I was charged for damages, while having full coverage, zero access by Maggiore. Discovercars agent, David, ignores my needs and refused to help. Disgrace.

Pros: Great service at the desk, easy pickup and very friendly drop off in Milate airport

Cons: The plastic over the car wing was missing upon pickup, which made a seedy impression. Was not an issue for a trip of leisure, but would have been in case of a business trip.

Cons: I paid for full coverage and when I received the car they told me that I didn't have full coverage and I paid again double the money I had already paid

Pros: Thanks to franccso was very helpful and saw me earlier then my ticket because I had my mum with me and being waiting for a very long time.

Pros: There was a queue at the airport, so I had to wait but once I was being processed it was very quick and easy.

Pros: Please keep to inform Discovercars about the model. I am aware the fault it could be either the car company or the Discovercars website because none of them mentioned the deposit was less than indicated, and the car category of a Panda MUST have the same price of Lancia Y, since thus is what Maggiore ca company told me.

Cons: The chances to give me another car, because I paid extras to the website. Also, the car had 3/4 of fuel, but luckily they did not charge me when I brought it back at the same level.

Pros: I liked only that the drop off was fast.

Cons: I did not like the fact that the prices were different when i booked it and in the place when i needed to pay. When i ask why the amount is higher the guy pretended to not understand english. Allsow waiting for my deposit to get back

Cons: The staff was rude. Agent tried to take deposit from my card by inserting it to the pos terminal, however it says that my pin code was wrong. I contacted bank and renew my pin immediately, but it says same again, I renew it again but it was same. Then I asked agent to use Apple Pay at the same time he said no. Then finally we used wifi instead of inserting card to the pos terminal and it worked, they took my deposit, but agent told me that agreement was expired and he needs new deposit wtf 🤬

Pros: Very nice car in a reasonable price.

Cons: Possibly it would be more helpful if someone has shown us the basics of the car(start-stop engine button was a bit diffuclt to understand at the beginning)

Pros: Overall experience was good, from the minute i entered the office , it took us five minutes to get the keys , and an other five minutes to get into the car and go, the car was almost new, I enjoyed driving it, it had comfortable options, dropped the car to the parking lot, the keys into the box and thats it,,,
