Pros: They were prompt to answer and speak over the phone when we needed a shuttle from MXP to the rental agency. The car itself was great.

Cons: There were two very minor scratches on the left rear driver side door. These were about 2 cm long, very superficial, and as wide as a hair. We were charged $180 in damages for these scratches. When I showed the attendant that these scratches were marked as already being present on our paperwork on arrival he argued with me and threatened to charge us $350 for the scratches.

Cons: I had reserved a 3-series BMW with gps. Upon arriving we were told there were no BMW's, then they proceeded to try to sell us their insurance. We told them no, that we had Full Coverage thru Discover, but I could not find the Voucher. They then offered me a Toyota hybrid C-HR, I signed for the car stating we had Full Coverage and left. We had a 3.5 hour drive ahead, it was dark upon arrival. Then while trying to turnaround I scraped a post. The car had no proximity censers.

Pros: The online rental process was very easy. Noleggiare personnel were friendly and helpful. No high pressure push for additional insurance. First trip to Europe with travel from Milan through Switzerland with drop off at VCE, no problems and clear, detailed info for both pick-up and return.

Cons: Minor complaint - car windows were dirty as the car had not been cleaned for pick up.

Pros: The car I had was a great car with a lot of extras for the money.

Cons: My biggest gripe was as the company we’re based off the airport, when you collect your luggage to call a number for pickup. I called the number over 15 times and no one answered which left us with a toddler confused as to where we should go or how to even contact them to see if anyone was coming to pick us up. Luckily after 30 minutes of waiting we spotted a van and they collected us. This was the worst part of the whole experience. Worse than the 40 minutes queuing for the car.

Cons: They were not contactable from the airport to arrange a pick-up. I waited 2 hours at the terminal and called them throughout but nobody would answer. Finally I asked another driver from another company and he helped. When I finally got to the office the desk person tried to rip me off by asking me to take out extra insurance. When I told him I had already take out full insurance with Discovery Cars he basically threatened me and told me I better take plenty pictures of the car before and after.

Cons: Noleggiare were a bunch of crooks. Their business model is to cheat their clients out of the €600 damage deposit. They gave me a vehicle with multiple minor scrapes and scratches— scrapes and scratches that I’m sure they charged their poor previous clients the centre zero damage deposit, but scratches and scrapes that they clearly didn’t fix and pocketed the money instead. A Dishonest and predatory company.

We insisted on printed report and discovered damages to car that were not there. 4. And, “the cherry on the top”, they charged us to get from Italy to France and back.

Cons: Every thing 👎🏻 They didn’t give me the same car I asked for. They said I should pay again for the full price with insurance or not taking the car. After taking the car by days some signs on the dashboard started showing, and when I talk to them they said that the car needed to be maintenance so you should bring it back in Italy or take the risk. They didn’t respond fast and polite when we contacted them. If you didn’t pay their high amount of insurance they will take a massive deposit.

I believe that out van was given to another customer - there were no other vans in the lot - and then we were given the International permit excuse because they knew they messed up. No assistance was offered - just a refusal and told to take the shuttle back to the airport.

Pickup was outside the terminal at MXP but was no issue, we were picked up promptly. Dropped off car in Florence, and process was quick, easy, and without added charges or issues. Employee even helped us get to the train station himself . Took photos before taking the car as a precaution but it wasn’t even a problem as the drop off was seamless
