Noleggiare at Milan Airport Malpensa

Pros: They have charged me extra 20 pounds and I don't know the reason, drop off agent was so rude ignorante and disrespectful, l want to know why I got charged 17£ for?

Cons: DROP OFF PERSONAL WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL

Cons: I had reserved a 3-series BMW with gps. Upon arriving we were told there were no BMW's, then they proceeded to try to sell us their insurance. We told them no, that we had Full Coverage thru Discover, but I could not find the Voucher. They then offered me a Toyota hybrid C-HR, I signed for the car stating we had Full Coverage and left. We had a 3.5 hour drive ahead, it was dark upon arrival. Then while trying to turnaround I scraped a post. The car had no proximity censers.

Pros: The online rental process was very easy. Noleggiare personnel were friendly and helpful. No high pressure push for additional insurance. First trip to Europe with travel from Milan through Switzerland with drop off at VCE, no problems and clear, detailed info for both pick-up and return.

Cons: Minor complaint - car windows were dirty as the car had not been cleaned for pick up.

Pros: The car I had was a great car with a lot of extras for the money.

Cons: My biggest gripe was as the company we’re based off the airport, when you collect your luggage to call a number for pickup. I called the number over 15 times and no one answered which left us with a toddler confused as to where we should go or how to even contact them to see if anyone was coming to pick us up. Luckily after 30 minutes of waiting we spotted a van and they collected us. This was the worst part of the whole experience. Worse than the 40 minutes queuing for the car.

Cons: They were not contactable from the airport to arrange a pick-up. I waited 2 hours at the terminal and called them throughout but nobody would answer. Finally I asked another driver from another company and he helped. When I finally got to the office the desk person tried to rip me off by asking me to take out extra insurance. When I told him I had already take out full insurance with Discovery Cars he basically threatened me and told me I better take plenty pictures of the car before and after.

Cons: Scratch on the windshield, which I had to pay for. But it was my fault and I got the reimbursement of insurance money.

Cons: Finding a gas station after exiting freeway to airport, and locating your rental place. Maybe give your renters a note telling what to type into Mapquest

Cons: Noleggiare were a bunch of crooks. Their business model is to cheat their clients out of the €600 damage deposit. They gave me a vehicle with multiple minor scrapes and scratches— scrapes and scratches that I’m sure they charged their poor previous clients the centre zero damage deposit, but scratches and scrapes that they clearly didn’t fix and pocketed the money instead. A Dishonest and predatory company.

Cons: Could have been worse? Not really. 1. It took them 1 hr 20 min to send a shuttle to get us from the airport. 2. The agency tried to sell us some kind of insurance on top of all kinds of insurance we already purchased. 3. At the return of the car they casually said we’ll get an email in two days. We insisted on printed report and discovered damages to car that were not there. 4. And, “the cherry on the top”, they charged us to get from Italy to France and back.

Pros: The shuttle which takes us from the airport to the office and back again when we return.

Cons: Every thing 👎🏻 They didn’t give me the same car I asked for. They said I should pay again for the full price with insurance or not taking the car. After taking the car by days some signs on the dashboard started showing, and when I talk to them they said that the car needed to be maintenance so you should bring it back in Italy or take the risk. They didn’t respond fast and polite when we contacted them. If you didn’t pay their high amount of insurance they will take a massive deposit.

Cons: Both locations were not friendly towards helping me as a client. Over charged me a different price than the actual quote price. Also the return agency submitted that the internal trunk cover was missing and that the windshield had a speck of Crack on it from my driving. Unacceptable!!

They delivered a smaller car than what it was reserved (much smaller luggage compartment). The Milan Noleggiare Office is/was dirty. It was a terrible experience. We will not rent a car with this company any more.

Pros: Over an hour to process only three customers in front of us is ridiculous. I believe that out van was given to another customer - there were no other vans in the lot - and then we were given the International permit excuse because they knew they messed up. No assistance was offered - just a refusal and told to take the shuttle back to the airport.

Cons: Took hours to get the car. There was a big line...that did not progress. Maybe because it was morning... they have to get more agents to help in the mornings And they scared us regarding the insurance. Even though we already did in discover cars. They tried to add us another one...

Cons: If your flight is late, they cancel your reservation. If they take over an hour to get you from the airport to their location, they cancel your reservation. This happened to the other 7 people in line in front of me as well.

Pros: I ordered a 7 seater car. The car I received was new, clean and spacious in excellent condition. The service I received was good, pleasant and professional.

Pros: For how poor the reviews are (for every rental car company) I was far more nervous about renting with Noleggiare than I needed to be . Pickup was outside the terminal at MXP but was no issue, we were picked up promptly. Dropped off car in Florence, and process was quick, easy, and without added charges or issues. Employee even helped us get to the train station himself . Took photos before taking the car as a precaution but it wasn’t even a problem as the drop off was seamless

I arrived in the office, it was empty and a worker said me they were busy with another customer. After 15 min, I walk around and I found 6 employers eating an ice cream all together, in a separate room. Ok. I ordered a Cupra and they gave me a Peugeot. Ok. When I bring the car back, i the road there was an incident, I was 1h30 blocked in the highway. I made 40min late and I payed a day more

Cons: The car brakes started smoking on downhill descend had to avoid braking excessively, engine oil ran out had to pay 35 euros, engine blue oil was about to run off as well, no servicing done clearly on the car. Absolutely run down car provided. Had reserved a Toyota hybrid station wagon to save on petrol cost but got a diesel car instead.

Cons: Local rent car- 1. Added 400 euros for full cover which was already prepaid 2. We received a bigger car. My wife couldn't drive. Added extra cost for highways and parking. 3. Car was missing AdBlue. We paid the cost and wasted time on dealing with it and with all the alerts. 4. The car needed a mechanical service. Alerts were shown consistently.

Pros: Shuttle service to and from the airport was quick and convenient. Checkin and pick up was relatively fast.

Cons: They gave me the wrong car and called me two days into my reservation to tell me they did not know what car they gave me and that it was the incorrect one. On returning the car, they tried to charge me for significant damage to the car that already existed on pickup. I had a video so they dropped the additional charges.

Cons: Car presented a lot of damages at time of rental, included one light scratch that was not reported and I didn't notice due to the size of it. The agent didn't inspect the car with me and now I believe she did it on purpose. I drove the car for few hours only in the freeway and when returned at a different location, the agent pointed immediately the scratch, almost without inspecting the entire car. He immediately informed that it would be a charge for the scratch that I didn't make
