Pros: Fast pick up. Car park is outside the airport but the van arrived quickly.
Cons: Pick up place at the airport doesn't have a sign saying where to be, but agent told us on the phone.
Cons: I paid everything. both insurance and car rental through your website.. and then when I arrived from the point where I had to pick up the car they told me to pay again!!!
Pros: Everything was great. The car was clean and in excellent condition. I had to drive on pretty snowy roads, and the winter tyres worked well. The process was brilliant, both in the pick-up and the give-back. The stuff is nice and helpful.
Pros: The car performed well. The brakes and alignment were good. All systems worked as they should. It had about 45000 miles on it and was scratched up but with that amount of usage that’s expected. The check out sheet already had 31 points on the car that had some form of slight damage or scratches.
Cons: The pick up was slightly delayed because the driver left us unnecessarily standing there while he took just two people in a van that probably held 10 to the car pick up point that was 10 minutes away and he saw me waving him down. So basically we had to wait for about 20 minutes to be picked up to take delivery of our car. The other thing is the check out person tried very to hard to get me to buy additional insurance after I had already bought it from discover car. It took up to much time!!
Pros: La mia esperienza con il vostro servizio è stata molto deludente. Dovevo ritirare la mia auto a noleggio in Italia alle 23:00, ma il mio volo ha subito un ritardo di 40 minuti. Avevo previsto il ritardo e vi ho inviato un’email circa due ore prima del volo per informarvi della situazione. Purtroppo non ho ricevuto alcuna risposta. Cons: al vostro ufficio e mi è stato detto che la mia prenotazione era stata cancellata perché, secondo voi, ero arrivato con oltre 2 ore di ritardo – anche se in realtà ero lì solo 40 minuti dopo l’orario previsto. Inoltre, ho avuto grandi difficoltà a comunicare con il vostro personale perché non parlo italiano, e i vostri dipendenti non parlavano inglese.

Please check the Rental Conditions for each vehicle prior to booking as some conditions, particularly the deposit and deductible, may vary based on the class of vehicle.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
Maximum rental age is 80 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 75.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
Only physical driver's licenses are accepted (not digital versions).
Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU countries.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
For driver licenses from countries not party to the International Driving Permit treaty, an official translation of the license must be presented with the original license.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher, flight information.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card.
Only cards issued in the main driver's name are accepted.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Crossing country borders is allowed to the following countries: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain-Mainland, Switzerland, United Kingdom.
Additional charges will be applied in case the car is crossing state or region borders.
In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
During winter season (from 15.11. until 15.04.) Snow chains are included in price.
Certain additional drivers are subject to both an Additional Driver fee as well as either a Young Driver or Senior Driver fee.
Delivery/collection service is not provided.
By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 15.11 to 15.04 in the following regions: South Tyrol.
Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
The vehicle must be returned in an acceptably clean condition in order to avoid additional charges.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 60 minutes.
