Target Rent at Milan Airport Malpensa

Cons: The process to sign the paperwork is backward. You should not have to sign the document that states NO DAMAGE and then check the damage afterwards and resign. Please ask them to change this process as I was uncomfortable signing something that is inaccurate. In the end it was fine but still

Cons: Always the same insurance issue 😡 the pre-bought insurance was not good enough - they scare the customers to buy another and more expensive insurance

Pros: Clear terms and fast refund deposits

Cons: Many choices with best value

Pros: EVERYTHING WENT SMOOTH...GETTING ALMOST A NEW CAR,PAPERWORK WAS QUICK AND HANDLING THE CAR RETURN TOOK MINUTES . JUST GREAT !

Cons: FUEL WAS NOT FULL TO FULL

Pros: I like them , the car was very nice

Cons: Took kind of long for shuttle to pick me up from the airport, almost an hour , and then took another 30-40 min to actually pick up the car

Pros: Il prezzo e la navetta disponibile immediatamente

Cons: Non c'era possibilità di fare il check on-line

Pros: Nice and professional service

Cons: All was excellent

Pros: The agent on pick up was very helpful, not son drop off

Cons: The waiting times, the finding of damage I didn’t do and the charging for a delayed flight

Pros: Agents at collection and dtop off had been absolutely great!

Cons: The car has been involved into an accident and has problems with the driver’s door

Pros: Great car and good transfers

Pros: They charged me 50 euro for using snow chains, which are mandatory, Although its a non "one time product".

Pros: Nothing

Cons: They have charged me for a little scratch on the plastic side mirror - hidden when they gave me the car - and they charged 184 euros like a deep damage. Looking to google review it is a scam they repeat with many clients

Pros: Car was clean and the agent very helpful in explaining me how to use it

Cons: I was charged the out of hours surcharge even though the office was clearly still open and serving other customers.

Pros: very quick hand over experience. clearly explained

Cons: I think the shuttle pick up instructions (ie where to find the shuttle) could have been a bit clearer and more precise

Pros: Very nice staff and very friendly

Cons: Quick, they don't mess about,Quick attention to the customer to service 🙄

Pros: The car was ideal, the pick up and drop off was easy and the rental office wasn't far from the airport. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Pros: Nothing

Cons: Nothing, dishonest company

Pros: Sadly nothing.

Cons: False claim against me and other renters.

Pros: I have good value for money.

Cons: They found a little scratch and charged for that. Luckily I got full cover.

Pros: Great value for money

Cons: The agent at Target Rent when we picked up the car was very rude. Very poor customer service.

Pros: Friendly service. Honest and open.-I wasn't worried they wouldntry any car hire "scams" great price, and very quick and easy pick.up and drop off

Cons: You need to.sign their email docs which is a bit of a faff with.poor mobile reception

Cons: Only one person at the desk.., lots of waiting time

Pros: NA

Cons: They were very arogant.

Pros: The car was clean and reliable

Cons: Clearly they make their money on insurance and when you decline the full cover they try to pick up points to find reasons to charge you. We witnessed this with other car renters. Very bad approach to business. Other car rental services behave more professional.

Pros: Clean and new vehicle. Friendly staff

Cons: All went well

Pros: Nothing. They were acting in a friendly manner, but knew exactly what they were doing. They refused to honour the prepaid booking because we arrived 75mins after the booked time. They said that it was void due to the high demand for cars, but they waited until they had brought us from the airport to their facility before telling us this. And they had the car waiting. They just wanted to make a further charge at an exorbitant on the day rate.

Cons: The aggressive enforcement of the "59minute grace period" rule in the small print is unreasonable and disgusting practice. A scam

Pros: Speed

Cons: Car was heavily damaged

Pros: Very efficient. Good price.

Pros: Everythings was great. Super happy with their services

Pros: Straight forward but…

Cons: One man v’s 5 waiting customers. Drop off dropped to wrong terminal even though asked both before drop and at the terminal

Pros: Precisione

Cons: Un po' attesa per il trasfert

Pros: Easy pick up front airport

Pros: Nothing! Service support corporation was -10

Cons: Took them 2 hours to reject my card and never took the car. Dont go there just visit other companies

Pros: I had no problem whatsoever. The car was better than we expected and in great condition. The instructions were clear. The staff were realy nice. Many thanks to Eleonora and her colleagues.

Cons: I have nothing to complain about.

Pros: Car was crashed practically written off

Cons: Car was a write off and yet it was given to me and my family

Pros: Polite and friendly and very good communication skills.

Cons: Horrible. Gave me a car in terrible condition, high mileage and the AC wasn't even cooling properly. Scammers and deceivers. It’s a 1 star agency and must be banned from renting cars

Cons: When I received the car, the company employeers gave me two blank sheets to sign and took them away, when I asked them what they would do with them, they tolld me that it was supposed to be so. I asked a lawyer friend if this was correct and he told me that it was not acceptable. When I dropped off the car today I found out that these two employees, no longer work at this location. I am concerned about this incident and ask you to find out what is happening with my signature.

Cons: No windscreen washer fluid

Cons: Got scammed and customer service is no help at all.

Pros: Friendly and helpful

Cons: Nothing

Pros: The staff were very nice and we got a free upgrade

Cons: We informed staff we were going to a ski resort. Our car did not have winter tyres therefore we could not make it to our destination as the tyres would not work on the road! I tried to call the international roadside assistance, which would not work as we were in Italy and it could only be used by an Italian phone. Someone stopped to help and got through to the company who informed up that the rental company had no policy with them. 3hrs later after trying numerous numbers we were still stranded
