Cons: La preluarea masinii am avut cea mai urata experienta din viata mea. Personalul de la Rental Plus si-au batut joc de noi, ne-au umilit. Desi i-am anuntat de la ora 7.50 ca asteptam la Aeroport sa fi preluati, ne-au anunțat ca vine cineva sa ne ia in 5 min, apoi in 10 min, apoi in 15 min, dupa mai multe discutii telefonice(initiate de mine) au venit sa ne ia de la aeroport in jur de 8.45 . Iar cand am ajuns la sediul operatorului au spus ca masina pe care o rezervasem nu este disponibila.

Cons: When you rent a car in winter, winter tyres should be standard. We received car with summer tyres, which cost us a lot of stress and money. When I asked agent why car doesn’t have winter tyres, she didn’t have any problem with that.

Cons: The plane got delayed , we contacted them and told them that the plane is going to be late. They said that there is nothing they can do and they will close the office for the evening. We told them that ok , but can we come in the morning to pick up the car ? they said no , the car / booking is lost together with all the money we paid for it.

Pros: Everything was easy. The pick up and drop off. The Personal was friendly and helpfull. The car was more than good. We choosed the middle size and they gave us a Nissan Juke. It was clean and the Personal informed us about every detail.

Pros: Reserved a Fiat 500L, received a Ford Puma with 7500 km on bord. All little scratches were marked out on received document. Found other small dents on the car, sent pictures on WhatsApp before I left the car park. I dropped the car at park at 7:30 to catch an early flight, in one hour the car was checked out with no new damage. Very pleased of how the things went

Pros: I inadvertently kept the car an extra day (17 days instead of 16 days). They understood and accommodated me with a reasonable amount for the extra day.

Cons: The vehicle was inferior to the one I had booked. I had booked a Volkswagen T Roc and was given a Nissan Juke. I was not happy about this, the car is obviously inferior and was less comfortable.

Cons: This was the worst rental car experience of my life. At first, they told me that I did not take out car insurance when I made a rental through a third-party site. And it was necessary to rent directly from Rental Plus. The car was returned on time to the parking lot at 18:30 on 20/07/24. The receiver was not on site. On 07/21/24, I received an email that the car was damaged. In response, I sent a letter with a video taken after the car was returned, and it shows that there is no damage.

Pros: Desk was in the Terminal and easy to find. Staff member had perfect English and was very polite and friendly. Wasn't pushed to take put extras. It would have been nice if it was less expensive to add additional drivers. Car was almost new and higher spec than I'd expected. Getting to the car pick up area is a pain but that's bot the rental companies fault. Their price was considerably lower than other companies.

Cons: Disappointing experience with RentalPlus I had an extremely unpleasant experience with RentalPlus Bergamo. After renting a car from them and taking great care of it throughout the rental period, I was shocked to receive an invoice in the mail for 461 euros for a small scratch on the rear bumper of the car. It's important to note that the car already had other small scratches recorded in the system, which raises the question of whether previous customers paid the same amounts for similar damage.

Pros: Rentplus has an absolutely incompetent service, a Shame. We fueled the car, as supposed, but the pointer, we don’t know why, didn’t go up to the top. There was no one to collect the car, and we had no opportunity to explain this. We have the diesel invoice to comprove. And we have just received a message asking for 50€ to cover the diesel. An absolute fraude. Also we asked for an invoice on the pick up and the refused to give us.

Cons: They could have gave more details regarding tolls in Italy i.e to stay on the right side to pat by cash/card as someone visiting Italy first time wouldn't now this.

Pros: We picked up at Milan Bergamo. The booth is small but the agent got to us in about 10 minutes. It took only a few minutes of checking documents and we had the keys. You have to get a shuttle bus to pick your car up but you are given super clean instructions of where to go etc. Collection and drop off were really easy

I was told ‘we’re very sorry, but we didn’t find anything’ which is a lie and I can only assume they didn’t bother to put it in lost and found and just thrown it out which has really dampened my overall experience with the company.

Cons: We picked up the car in Bergamo and they could provide no information about the drop-off location in Verona. Luckily it was on Google Maps (only place I could find on the web...), but they had the closing time wrong - 6pm instead of 8pm, so we had to hurry unnecessarily.

Pros: I thought that the staff at the rental desk were very friendly, helpful and efficient. They explained all my insurance options carefully, without being aggressive and left the decision to me. The car was also very well presented and clean.

Cons: One of the main reasons for choosing an on-site rental company and paying a premium for it, is so that the car is near to the terminal. Unfortunately this is no longer the case at Bergamo, all rental pick ups and drop offs are now in car park 3, which means that you have to wait for a shuttle bus to transfer you. Given this, you may as well go for the off site rental options and save yourself some money. Another minus point was that my car didn’t have a radio fitted!

The car rental. It cannot be such a big deal to accept the search engine's cover, or not to let them offer it to customers. That way, I paid the cover with the search engine, then came to the rental, found out that they don't recognize it and I need to pay another 134 EUR. Double-charging the customer.
