RentSmart24 at Bergamo Airport

Cons: I bought full insurance by Discovery. RentSmart24 said that is unusefull and the agent proposed me theirs insurance. I am a little confused.

Pros: Smooth check in, check out. Friendly staff.

Cons: English language isn't they strong point. Had an question written to support which they find hard to understand. But all in all it was great

Upon returning the car, I approached your staff member and informed her about this situation. She assured me that everything was fine and that I had nothing to worry about. Therefore, I was surprised to receive a letter from RentSmart24 a charge of €36.56 for missing fuel

Cons: Need to increase baby chair assortment because now I can choose from only one option, and it was without ISOFIX. It was not safe to travel with a one-year-old baby. Next time, if I rent a car from you, I will just take my own baby chair.

At the desk I paid 160€!!!

Cons: I did not get a car for a reason that their system didn´t manage to pick up my credit card. In the end, I had to cancel the reservation. My credit card was active, working fine in all previous rentals in Spain and Romania in 2024, but the agent RentSmart24 couldn´t process it and refused to give me the car.

Pros: The staff had very little people skills and we got a very small car but if we gave them €55 more we could upgrade we ordered a Peugeot 208 we got a Fiat Panda
