Cons: The shuttle bus driver was rude on the way back to the station - we were sat in the front of the bus and he wouldn’t allow us out seat belts on and became annoyed when we tried to put them on, but we couldn’t use them because they were wrapped and twisted around the head rests.

The car had no winter tires but I was told that winter "socks" in the car will be fine. The bag of winter "socks" was empty and the staff had to give me another.

And was charged after drop-off for 400euros. I still don't know for what. they haven't send any documents yet. I was hesitant but only went for them because of really good DiscoverCars rating (>8). Got scammed, unlucky.

The instructions in the email were correct but people would automatically follow the signs and something is signposted.
