Cons: The car drop off process at Malpensa was confusing to say the least. Nav system directly me to one place to a locked gate and sign directing me somewhere else.

Cons: Firstly they provided me a car of the wrong category at Bergamo, but agreed to give the other one if I drive myself to Linate airport branch. I agreed, but there they claimed that in 30 min ride from Bergamo I made a scratch of 0,1 mm which was actually impossible to notice at Bergamo. And they charged me 180 eur for that 🤡 Even though I had full coverage from aggregator and got a refund, I will never recommend such a scammer company to anyone.
Pros: Airport desk staff friendly and helpful, although lengthy waiting time.
Cons: Available cars did not match my requested type, based on trunk space. Car status report did not highlight a major scratch.
Cons: Although the airport desk was way to find, it was hard to locate the car in the huge rental carpark when dropped there by shuttle bus and no help. Unable to contact them when vehicle was damaged due to hailstones. Phone calls went unanswered or hung up when we asked for someone to speak English. General lack of helpfulness, needed to drive back to airport and spent hours negotiating to change the car. Very slow service at Malpensa airport when returning the car.

Cons: We didn’t get the car because we were asked to international drive license despite the fact that our license are in English and in next office we get the car with our license.
Cons: The employees are not cooperative and refuse to inspect the car upon recipt or delivery. they also refused to document the damages in the car before handing it over. Although i dcoumented the damage before reciving the car ,they refused to look at pictures and send me bill of 280 euros .

Cons: On returning the car at the airport car park we got a bit confused and we were to enter the car park through the pay and display entrance because car rental returns have different entrance

Cons: when we hand over that car to noleggiare at malpenese airport they said that ur security of 800 euro will be lapsed as you know thunderstorm came in Milan and some snow rain came that's why some scratches on car and its natural we didn't do anything but I didn't know why and what happen if any problem comes we have insurance from you and we paid for that to you and they saying you have to pay to nolleggiare and claim it from discover kindly see into it

I did not scratch it myself, but thougt it was not needed with foto of wheels because of plastic covers. I have full insurance with disvovercars. So let us see how this plays out…
Pros: Relatively easy to find and pickup during working hours.
Cons: Was not sure I can make it in time for pickup because of flight delay. It took me a few days of emails and calls to find someone that can answer me.Got an hybrid car. Didn't get any explanation how to charge it. Returning the car not during working hours you have to go to arrivals to drop of the keys in the box instead of dropping them in parking office.

Cons: Very slow formalities at pick up. Car pick up is in P3 parking, not in airport (need to take shuttle bus). Expensive child car seat.

Cons: The time we spent wait at the desk. We waited 1 hour 25mins to get keys with 2 small children we were very frustrated by the time left airport to collect car.
Pros: We liked the car, it was in good condition and very clean. We also appreciated the quickness of service when picking up and dropping off the car.
Cons: We didn't find easily the desk within the airport to pick up the car, it wasn't marked on google maps. We didn't manage to take the bus from the airport tot the car park in order to pick up the car, because we couldn't understand the exact directions that the desk assistent gave, therefore we paid 15 euros for a taxi to take us there. We didn't received the deposit back within 3 days as they told us (at the moment of this review it already passed 5 days)

Cons: Very unhelpful person gave us car ..didn't know how to use the snow nets to show us if we needed them.Warned us not to damage them but only after we returned car did he tell us you cannot drive more us than 40 km/hr with them .(thankfully we hadnt used them) He charged us 20 e extra as he decided car was 'dirty".This because mudguard got dirty whilst we drove our final trip to the airport to deliver car on autostrada in the rain.Apparently he charged those before us too.Very rude and arrogant

Pros: There was a lot of dints and scrapes on the car for a rental car and the engine light was on all the time but Noleggiare had identified the existing dents and scrapes in contract which was good and clear to put my mind at ease
Cons: Returning the car to Noleggiare car rental in P3 was very confusing as I had to exit car park to get to Noleggiare section, it was very confusing, but thankfully a Noleggiare agent in car park dropped us to the airport terminal after we missed shuttle bus and helped us catch our flight

Cons: 1) When picking up the car it was clearly not cleaned and dirty inside and out. 2) Drop off was really terrible. We were initially told we could drop in the terminal, then called on way back to confirm, and after saying that we should drop in the office they agreed to have us drop in terminal. But instructions to where were impossible, and their English was not good. We almost missed our flight driving around the airport carparks trying to find them.

Cons: No one walked round the car with me on pick-up and then tried to blame myself for scratches on the car on drop off. The locations of pick up and drop off added extra stress to the journey which was not needed. I will only be hiring from companies at the airports from now on.

Cons: Horrible company: * Waited for 45min at the airport after they forgot our reservation * Picked up and drove to take the office keys and then to the office in the city to sign on documents * Then got a car that had almost 0 fuel and had to wait to change one - over 3h after landing! * Customer service is not responding to messages, field offices can’t help with anything Highly recommend to stay away

Pros: They were very polite, helpful and gave us a higher class car as a compensation for the small delay in the pick up of the car. The drop off was very fast.
Cons: The pick up desk isn’t at the airport and you should call for their shuttle to come and pick you up (the prices of the rental of course compensate this poin). Apart from that, the desk is a just a few minutes away by car (in Bergamo).
