Noleggiare at Bergamo Airport

Pros: Agent at the counter was veryhelpful in explaining the options and the details of the car. Convenient and frequent shuttle bus service from terminal to the rentals.

Cons: Car was very dirty both inside and outside. We had to spend time in getting it cleaned from inside before we could start our journey. Car drop off also took time as there was only 1 person doing the inspection and signing off.

Pros: It was easy to find. The agent was very sweet and gave me an upgrade. He had a very good experience upon arrival.

Cons: When I dropped off the car the Agent said that there was a damage on the back of the car. I was sure that I did not damage the car at all. I could see that the mentioned damage was in fact dirty. He asked me if I had insurance. I had insurance, and if there was a damage I would report and get the refund. I tried to clean the “supposed damage” with my fingers, and then damage disappeared. It was in fact not a damage, but dirty. He said that everything was fine then. I got anyways stressed.

Cons: Avoid, they try to charge you for scratches that were present before picking up. As well as if you last customer, they will charge you late show up fee, despite that it's their working hours. And I was given compact car instead of mid-suv as they didn't have what I paid for.

The lady at the counter was very insisting about getting an extra insurance, she made me feel that y was being dumb for not getting the extra insurance also she claimed that the insurance I bought with Discover only protect the roof and the unders of the cars , nothing else .I didn't believe her but other people may fall in this .

Rozumiem, że firma chce zarobić, ale Pani w wypożyczalni była po prostu nie miła. Osoba odbierająca od nas auto nie mówiła po angielsku.

Contract is in Italian, for a service that tourists are using - non-sence. Their website has false information about their point in Malpensa. For both pick-up and drop off needed to use transfers.

Pros: The company is not good. On my arrival day the lady on front desk asked me an additional amount of Euro 273 for full insurance. When I told her that I booked the car with full insurance. She told me that no it's not. I refused to pay extra amount and did not take the car. You should remove this car rental from your list and pay me back my deposit amount. Also componsate me for the reouble I faced. Thanks

They tried their best to do the same with me luckily I had taken a video of the outside of the car, which had many dents and scratches, they eventually agreed a scuff was already there, very unpleasant experience.

Cons: People working at the car reception are pretty relaxed when received or delivered the car. They don't bother checking the car or telling you about car damage. But few days after I returned the car, I received an email from the car company asking me to pay additionally 380 e for the scratches on the wheel that we didn't make. Luckily, we took photos of scratches before we took the car. Be careful and take photos at the car reception to avoid paying extra money.

Pros: The representative at the airport desk did her best under difficult conditions. Every customer seemed to have a problem with not getting the car they wanted and being given something different, the rep was constantly apologising.

Cons: We did not get the premium car that we had ordered. We waited for 30 mins at the desk. We then waited 1hr at the pickup point. The car was not a premium BMW X3 as ordered, there are no X3’s on their fleet. The car offered to us was not prepared so was swapped for another, then the car given to us had badly damaged panels and was high mileage with a low pressure tyre on the rear and a nail in the front tyre. We eventually were swapped into a Toyota Corolla, good car but not an X3…

Cons: The agents, the lack of customer service, the additional fee of 50eur for being "late" for the car, when our plane should have arrived at 22:50, I also provided flight details. We were at the desk of car hire at 23:22 (I set the time for pickup for 23:00) and had to pay the 50eur fee. There were three agents at the desk at the time and their attitude and reasoning really wasn't nice (especially the man).

Cons: We waited 1,5h in line to get our car. And they said my discovercards purchased insurance isn’t enough and made me pay a lot more money at the desk.

This was fine , however, the following morning when it was daylight the car was dirty, especially the boot. There were documents pertaining to the previous client in the glove compartment. The run flat tyre had to be topped up

We were not advised of this when we picked up the vehicle.Also Discover cars had taken £51 for arranging the car as a broker … this was not mad clear at the time of booking!

Pros: Noleggiare was a nightmare. Firstly when I reached there was only one person at the desk at 3 pm. Who was very slow and very rude. When my chance came after 70 minutes of wait. The lady said that the car booked is not available. She gave me a very old and bad defective car. Which kept giving us ALERT for no Ad Blue , service due and engine oil low. Wiper were not working. Turning was making sounds. And was a shattered car. With lots of scratches. Thereafter they charged me more than rate.

Cons: I was given a smaller car than I needed. The car did not have windshield fluid at all. The front tires were at 14 and 17 psi when I suppose they should've been at 32 psi, Tires' red light was ON, until I filled with air.

Cons: They were rude and unpolite, and not asssistable. Did not explain the problem properly and said that if we did not like their conditions of paying more than double the price they will give the car to somebody else.

To tell the long story short, the car didn't start, the employee was extremely unfriendly, I had to take a picture of the car in advance to prove later that I didn't make any scratches. The whole procedure took 2 hours. And I haven't received my security deposit back yet.

Cons: Firstly they provided me a car of the wrong category at Bergamo, but agreed to give the other one if I drive myself to Linate airport branch. I agreed, but there they claimed that in 30 min ride from Bergamo I made a scratch of 0,1 mm which was actually impossible to notice at Bergamo. And they charged me 180 eur for that 🤡 Even though I had full coverage from aggregator and got a refund, I will never recommend such a scammer company to anyone.

Cons: The time we spent wait at the desk. We waited 1 hour 25mins to get keys with 2 small children we were very frustrated by the time left airport to collect car.

Pros: We liked the car, it was in good condition and very clean. We also appreciated the quickness of service when picking up and dropping off the car.

Cons: We didn't find easily the desk within the airport to pick up the car, it wasn't marked on google maps. We didn't manage to take the bus from the airport tot the car park in order to pick up the car, because we couldn't understand the exact directions that the desk assistent gave, therefore we paid 15 euros for a taxi to take us there. We didn't received the deposit back within 3 days as they told us (at the moment of this review it already passed 5 days)

Cons: Returning the car to Noleggiare car rental in P3 was very confusing as I had to exit car park to get to Noleggiare section, it was very confusing, but thankfully a Noleggiare agent in car park dropped us to the airport terminal after we missed shuttle bus and helped us catch our flight

But instructions to where were impossible, and their English was not good. We almost missed our flight driving around the airport carparks trying to find them.

Pros: They were very polite, helpful and gave us a higher class car as a compensation for the small delay in the pick up of the car. The drop off was very fast.

Cons: The pick up desk isn’t at the airport and you should call for their shuttle to come and pick you up (the prices of the rental of course compensate this poin). Apart from that, the desk is a just a few minutes away by car (in Bergamo).
