Noleggiare at Bergamo Airport

Cons: Forced us to buy insurance that we already had cover for, then invoiced as an upsell. Car was actually a downgrade from what we booked. Car windows were dirty, no fluid in window washer.

Pros: Logging in data online increases the speed of completing and receiving the car

Cons: I didn't like the car because it was electronic and it caused me a lot of trouble

Cons: 100€ fee because our flight was delayed 2 hours

Pros: I really like the staff at the airport, they explain everything about the conditions and car as well. They head us the way for the car. Everything was as they told us.

Cons: Nothing special, the car had few scratches but nothing that bad.

Cons: Saw them rip off some other English people claiming there was a new dent on the car when they dropped it off. They tried their best to do the same with me luckily I had taken a video of the outside of the car, which had many dents and scratches, they eventually agreed a scuff was already there, very unpleasant experience.

Cons: They are thieves in white gloves!!!!

Cons: Had to take a shuttle bus to pick up the car, the rental desk is at the airport terminal) Same on car return, spent 30 minutes waiting for the shuttle bus for a 5-10 minutes bus-trip

Pros: Quick and they have a great upgrade to our booking for the same price.

Cons: People working at the car reception are pretty relaxed when received or delivered the car. They don't bother checking the car or telling you about car damage. But few days after I returned the car, I received an email from the car company asking me to pay additionally 380 e for the scratches on the wheel that we didn't make. Luckily, we took photos of scratches before we took the car. Be careful and take photos at the car reception to avoid paying extra money.

Pros: The representative at the airport desk did her best under difficult conditions. Every customer seemed to have a problem with not getting the car they wanted and being given something different, the rep was constantly apologising.

Cons: We did not get the premium car that we had ordered. We waited for 30 mins at the desk. We then waited 1hr at the pickup point. The car was not a premium BMW X3 as ordered, there are no X3’s on their fleet. The car offered to us was not prepared so was swapped for another, then the car given to us had badly damaged panels and was high mileage with a low pressure tyre on the rear and a nail in the front tyre. We eventually were swapped into a Toyota Corolla, good car but not an X3…

Pros: The car was clean, new and working perfectly

Cons: The agents, the lack of customer service, the additional fee of 50eur for being "late" for the car, when our plane should have arrived at 22:50, I also provided flight details. We were at the desk of car hire at 23:22 (I set the time for pickup for 23:00) and had to pay the 50eur fee. There were three agents at the desk at the time and their attitude and reasoning really wasn't nice (especially the man).

Cons: We waited 1,5h in line to get our car. And they said my discovercards purchased insurance isn’t enough and made me pay a lot more money at the desk.

Pros: I arrived at the desk - there was not a car equivalent to the one l had ordered and paid for available so the ( pleasant) clerk went through a box of keys and gave me a cat explains only that the petrol had not been topped up but that l could just fill it to where it was. This was fine , however, the following morning when it was daylight the car was dirty, especially the boot. There were documents pertaining to the previous client in the glove compartment. The run flat tyre had to be topped up

Cons: As above , the issues of lack of petrol top up , tyre needing air , general cleanliness and other documentation in glove compartment made us aware that the car had not been serviced from the previous client . We were not advised of this when we picked up the vehicle.Also Discover cars had taken £51 for arranging the car as a broker … this was not mad clear at the time of booking!

Pros: Noleggiare was a nightmare. Firstly when I reached there was only one person at the desk at 3 pm. Who was very slow and very rude. When my chance came after 70 minutes of wait. The lady said that the car booked is not available. She gave me a very old and bad defective car. Which kept giving us ALERT for no Ad Blue , service due and engine oil low. Wiper were not working. Turning was making sounds. And was a shattered car. With lots of scratches. Thereafter they charged me more than rate.

Cons: 3 days after returning the car and having confirmation that there were no issues, they have yet to release my deposit.

Pros: They were very clear to "translate" the DiscoverCars rental contract, explaining the difference between the terminology used, and what the real meanings.

Cons: I was given a smaller car than I needed. The car did not have windshield fluid at all. The front tires were at 14 and 17 psi when I suppose they should've been at 32 psi, Tires' red light was ON, until I filled with air.

Cons: They were rude and unpolite, and not asssistable. Did not explain the problem properly and said that if we did not like their conditions of paying more than double the price they will give the car to somebody else.

Cons: That was an absolute disaster. To tell the long story short, the car didn't start, the employee was extremely unfriendly, I had to take a picture of the car in advance to prove later that I didn't make any scratches. The whole procedure took 2 hours. And I haven't received my security deposit back yet.

Cons: They gave me a manual gear and they told me there a GBS navigator and it wasn't. I changed the car after I paid for the first one. They charged extra 200 uro and extra 100 uro for insurance. And took a 300 uro as a deposit which I still didn't receive yet.

Cons: The car drop off process at Malpensa was confusing to say the least. Nav system directly me to one place to a locked gate and sign directing me somewhere else.

Cons: Firstly they provided me a car of the wrong category at Bergamo, but agreed to give the other one if I drive myself to Linate airport branch. I agreed, but there they claimed that in 30 min ride from Bergamo I made a scratch of 0,1 mm which was actually impossible to notice at Bergamo. And they charged me 180 eur for that 🤡 Even though I had full coverage from aggregator and got a refund, I will never recommend such a scammer company to anyone.

Cons: Although the airport desk was way to find, it was hard to locate the car in the huge rental carpark when dropped there by shuttle bus and no help. Unable to contact them when vehicle was damaged due to hailstones. Phone calls went unanswered or hung up when we asked for someone to speak English. General lack of helpfulness, needed to drive back to airport and spent hours negotiating to change the car. Very slow service at Malpensa airport when returning the car.

Cons: The employees are not cooperative and refuse to inspect the car upon recipt or delivery. they also refused to document the damages in the car before handing it over. Although i dcoumented the damage before reciving the car ,they refused to look at pictures and send me bill of 280 euros .

Cons: Was not sure I can make it in time for pickup because of flight delay. It took me a few days of emails and calls to find someone that can answer me.Got an hybrid car. Didn't get any explanation how to charge it. Returning the car not during working hours you have to go to arrivals to drop of the keys in the box instead of dropping them in parking office.

Pros: New car. Nice stuff. Rental desk in Airport. Quick drop off. Child car suited for 2 yo.

Cons: The time we spent wait at the desk. We waited 1 hour 25mins to get keys with 2 small children we were very frustrated by the time left airport to collect car.

Pros: We liked the car, it was in good condition and very clean. We also appreciated the quickness of service when picking up and dropping off the car.

Cons: We didn't find easily the desk within the airport to pick up the car, it wasn't marked on google maps. We didn't manage to take the bus from the airport tot the car park in order to pick up the car, because we couldn't understand the exact directions that the desk assistent gave, therefore we paid 15 euros for a taxi to take us there. We didn't received the deposit back within 3 days as they told us (at the moment of this review it already passed 5 days)

Pros: There was a lot of dints and scrapes on the car for a rental car and the engine light was on all the time but Noleggiare had identified the existing dents and scrapes in contract which was good and clear to put my mind at ease

Cons: Returning the car to Noleggiare car rental in P3 was very confusing as I had to exit car park to get to Noleggiare section, it was very confusing, but thankfully a Noleggiare agent in car park dropped us to the airport terminal after we missed shuttle bus and helped us catch our flight

Cons: 1) When picking up the car it was clearly not cleaned and dirty inside and out. 2) Drop off was really terrible. We were initially told we could drop in the terminal, then called on way back to confirm, and after saying that we should drop in the office they agreed to have us drop in terminal. But instructions to where were impossible, and their English was not good. We almost missed our flight driving around the airport carparks trying to find them.

Pros: They were very polite, helpful and gave us a higher class car as a compensation for the small delay in the pick up of the car. The drop off was very fast.

Cons: The pick up desk isn’t at the airport and you should call for their shuttle to come and pick you up (the prices of the rental of course compensate this poin). Apart from that, the desk is a just a few minutes away by car (in Bergamo).
