Pros: Low amount blocked in my Credit Card.
Cons: The car provided was different from the one I had chosen and was smaller compared to the one we had chosen, even though they considered us to be in the same category. But what was really annoying for us - the car was dirty, cleaned in the parking lot by immigrants with a bucket of water and a rag. When I opened the front passenger door, I noticed dirt that had probably not been cleaned for several weeks. The trunk had a lot of pet hair. It was not vacuumed and we carried it with us on our stuff.

Pros: Brand new car. All the process was very good and smooth.
Cons: The counter is open only between 08:00 - 20:00. If you would have your flight late night, you would have problems, have to call, etc. Literally all other companies were open till very late night apart Hertz.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Electric vehicles must be returned with the same battery charge they had when picked up to avoid additional charges (on a per kWh basis). An additional admin fee will be charged if a vehicle is returned with less than 20 % battery charge remaining.
