Pros: The drop off the car
Cons: We got to drivalia stand and we had to wait for almost two hours to get the car keys. When we booked trough Discover Cars, we booked for an electric, auto car who can be picked up at the terminal which was more expensive than the ones that you can pick up from P3, using the shuttle bus service. After two hours queueing, the girl said all they had was a petrol, manual car that can be picked up from P3 using the shuttle bus service. After showing our dissatisfaction, they said that’s all they have
Cons: "or similar" Paid some extra for alfa romeo, got fcking kia
Pros: fast service
Cons: wrongful charging
Pros: Nothing
Cons: The car rental company charged me 420 euro for missing parts that the car did not have when I picked it up by myself, no agent to hand over the car to me. They just gave me the key in airport terminal and told me to take a bus by myself, search for the car in the parking lot by myself and gave me a car with no floor mats, no flat tire kit and no trunk floor panel, and now they want to invoice me these missing parts.
Pros: adaptable and helpful personnel
