Cons: Car was not washed, not full of petrol, car condition is very weak. Car break doesn't work properly, not strong when going up the hill. Drivalia team was not picking up the phone when we needed assistance and never called back

Cons: Full insurance - car rental company didn’t know anything about it and I was not informed, that service is not provided by car rental company. It generated some unpleasant momentd at rental office.

Cons: Drivalia tried to charge additionally their insurance, even though I had the insurance already bought from discovercars. They motivated that by saying that my driver license is not in English and I cannot drive with it, although, I rented a car in Italy a month ago and everything worked fine. As well, with the same driver license I’m renting cars in Germany, Spain, Portugal, and we’ve never had issues with that. More than 1 hour lost and disputes on site. In the end I’ve convinced them.

Cons: The car had a scratch on the door that was not marked. When I took the car it was far from office and it was raining. I made pictures as good as possible with the car wet. When I returned it the person of drivalia claimed we did a damage and refused to accept the pictures. We will see how this gets sorted.. but very disappointing

Cons: It was EXTREMELY HARD to find the drop off location at Linate Airport. The documentation & emails didn't specify & I tried calling but nobody answered. We spent 30 minutes trying to find the drop off spot. Also, the agent who we dropped the car off with said we'd have to wait 20 minutes for him to check out the car. We did not have this kind of time & it shouldn't take that long (especially given that there was nobody else there).

The car seats were not available at pick up, the receptionist stated that this is a common problem and happens all the time, with no solution. The check in process prior to discovering there were no car seats was painfully slow and a large line had formed due to this.

Pros: I was apprehensive to book with Drivalia as I had read some negative reviews online. We decided to try them as the price was so cheap. We had no problems at all, easy pick up, haven't been charged any extra fees once we dropped the car back off, we didn't take out the extra insurance for windows and car body, decided to risk it and all was fine. We had a brand new car and it was better than the one we were meant to have. Easy drop off once back at the airport. I will 100% use them again!

Brak informacji na stronie, że nie ma już wypożyczalni obok terminalu, jak było niegdyś. Brak opon zimowych!!!, a zima w pełni! Samochód oddałem oczywiście z pełnym bakiem zarówno paliwa jak i gazu. Pan obsługujący obiecał zwrot kosztów.

Car rental providerdid not provide me with a car with winter tires as I ordered. and that was my only requirement for that car and why I chose this rental provider and this car.

Cons: We rented a car that had 1/8 of a tank of fuel in it and were told we only needed to return it at that level. We returned the car with 1/2 a tank of fuel - the process at the desk was just to drop off the keys, there was no inspection at the time - and got invoiced for not returning it full. Customer services are unreachable by phone and unresponsive by email to contest the charge. Very unhappy and would not use this company again.

Cons: Leasys charged my credit card an additional EUR1,212, UNAUTHORISED, after I had left the country. This was a manual payment so somebody had to key in my card details (incl. CVC no on back). I do not recall receiving a rental agreement, nor did the Leasys agent have a copy when I dropped off. I have paid in full but have been overcharged by EUR1,212 and have not been reimbursed. I am outraged at this behaviour.

After waiting 45-50 minutes in front of the door to be able to take our car, the rep. didnt come. after waiting almost one hour than our picking time, we had to go other alternatives. The lady came and opened the shutter of the point almoat at 13:05-13:10 after we find another alternative and rented the car.

She said there is no reservation in their system for us, so she went lunch closing the point because there is nobody else to take care. I showed her our reservation page (voucher), she looked and said we were right and but it was not in their system. So I had very bad experience.

I was informed that the car will be with summer tyres and snow chains only when I was in office when I arrived. My jorney to alps was nearly 2 hours longer than usual with winter tyres.
