Cons: On the discovery cars page it is written that pick up of the car is in the terminal while it was outside on an external parking. It was important selection factor for me and I was disappointed at the car rental provider desk when I got to know that I have tj go anyway to the P3 parking.

Apparently the car was on its last rental before being returned to the leasing company, but that was no comfort to me!

Ok we made a mistake but it took a lot of challenging to find a solution. It felt like it was a situation of ….. the computer says no!!!

Cons: See above. Pick up took and hour after being seen at the counter and drop off when we weee pushed for time took close to 30 mins from parking to being allowed to leave. Basically drivalias customer attitude was very poor from start to finish. We u sweat and they were a cheaper option from the ones we looked at however in hindsight we would not book them again because the cost saving did not justify the inconvenience, arrogance and poor customer service

They motivated that by saying that my driver license is not in English and I cannot drive with it, although, I rented a car in Italy a month ago and everything worked fine. As well, with the same driver license I’m renting cars in Germany, Spain, Portugal, and we’ve never had issues with that. More than 1 hour lost and disputes on site. In the end I’ve convinced them.

Cons: The car had a scratch on the door that was not marked. When I took the car it was far from office and it was raining. I made pictures as good as possible with the car wet. When I returned it the person of drivalia claimed we did a damage and refused to accept the pictures. We will see how this gets sorted.. but very disappointing

We spent 30 minutes trying to find the drop off spot. Also, the agent who we dropped the car off with said we'd have to wait 20 minutes for him to check out the car. We did not have this kind of time & it shouldn't take that long (especially given that there was nobody else there).

The car seats were not available at pick up, the receptionist stated that this is a common problem and happens all the time, with no solution. The check in process prior to discovering there were no car seats was painfully slow and a large line had formed due to this.

We had no problems at all, easy pick up, haven't been charged any extra fees once we dropped the car back off, we didn't take out the extra insurance for windows and car body, decided to risk it and all was fine. We had a brand new car and it was better than the one we were meant to have. Easy drop off once back at the airport. I will 100% use them again!

Cons: We rented a car that had 1/8 of a tank of fuel in it and were told we only needed to return it at that level. We returned the car with 1/2 a tank of fuel - the process at the desk was just to drop off the keys, there was no inspection at the time - and got invoiced for not returning it full. Customer services are unreachable by phone and unresponsive by email to contest the charge. Very unhappy and would not use this company again.

I do not recall receiving a rental agreement, nor did the Leasys agent have a copy when I dropped off. I have paid in full but have been overcharged by EUR1,212 and have not been reimbursed. I am outraged at this behaviour.

The lady came and opened the shutter of the point almoat at 13:05-13:10 after we find another alternative and rented the car.

She said there is no reservation in their system for us, so she went lunch closing the point because there is nobody else to take care. I showed her our reservation page (voucher), she looked and said we were right and but it was not in their system. So I had very bad experience.

I was informed that the car will be with summer tyres and snow chains only when I was in office when I arrived. My jorney to alps was nearly 2 hours longer than usual with winter tyres.
