Target Rent at Bergamo Airport

Pros: Nothing I conned and over charged had to pay for insurance twice.

Cons: The person at the desk was very unhelpful and the state of the car was very bad when you pay the amount i was charged you expect a decent car I will never use your company again.

Cons: The tire inflating compressor didn't work and when we had a puncture we needed to wait to assistence. The Telephone answering of the assistence was bad. They didn't understand english and they didn't answer after many times of waiting on expensive international calls we did until someone listened to us.

Cons: Confusion about the insurance, that I had paid to Discover Cars but then Target Rent did not recognize it. Toilet at pick up location was disgusting. Shuttle bus driver talked loudly on his mobile phone the whole drive.

We got a Kia stonic which they said was in the same class as a golf but there is no comparison. The car really struggled going up hills or accelerating and was a health and safety risk. Cons: No instructions given with booking to meet the bus , having walk 600 meters from airport , and then the car was not full of fuel , so I ended up giving the car back with more fuel than was given to me ! Also taking a deposit even though I paid for full insurance directly, but to receive breakdown cover I had to pay even more . I don’t understand why the meeting instructions to the shuttle bus are not included in the booking or over the phone when I called , but had to what’s app for instruction,

Cons: In general car hire should be way quicker. Its always a bit of a faff especially when there are a few people waiting. All documentation could easily be pre sent or entered on a website.

Because the amounts given on the voucher and mentioned over the phone by the company's representatives as those that I would have to pay were much lower than the final amounts that were taken from my credit card.

I had an issue with my booking and one of their staff intervened while in the middle of process when I was on the phone with ‘Discover car CS’ He was very rude and disgraceful. he was not even the staff that were dealing with my issue at the time. Absolutely furious. couldn’t believe if he was so rude because we were foreigner ?? would never recommend this rental car company to anybody.

Cons: Appalling aggressive agent, a young Arab Italian guy, got angry when we didn’t take extra insurance. He was extremely threatening to my pregnant wife. When we returned the car he tried to force us to sign some badly handwritten form that would allow them to bill us an unknown sum for damages we hadn’t made to the car. The moment my wife questioned this he became highly intimidating again and shouted in her face. Luckily my wife is a lawyer so she wasn’t persuaded by his bullying tactics!
