Ok Mobility at Bergamo Airport

Pros: Rental agent was very polite and helpful.

Cons: Cleanliness and technical condition of the car.

Pros: they will try to do their best to serve you with excellence.

Cons: everything was smooth.

Cons: Whilst we had a 4pm reservation, we arrived at 3pm. The rental agent insisted that we wait the full hour despite the car being ready and available. Surely there is some flexibility in such instances.

Pros: Car was good

Cons: We arrived a bit earlier 1max and they wanted to charge more for the car. They wanted to sell me a bigger car They also said that discoverycar insurance is only for accidents!! They wanted that I buy their insurance. I declined

Pros: Highly efficient and friendly pickup. Car supplied had only 10,000km on the clock and was in pristine condition.

Cons: I wasn’t told at pickup that there would be no OK Mobiity staff at return (returned at 21:00)

Cons: Being charged extra for being late. I had to wait for over an hour coming through customs. The car also had loads of scratches and scrapes that took ages to mark and agree.

Cons: On first attempt they gave me a faulty un safe car, I requested to replace it.

Cons: the order and asked me to move aside from the line so he could take care of other customers. I had no choice and had to purchase double insurance to get the car and feel taken advantage of and cheated. In my opinion, someone should return the double insurance I paid - either you or the rental company. Cons: Had to queue for 1.5 hours before being served at the airport terminal desk. A much more efficient process is needed, especially when the car is pre booked and the online checkin has been done. Should be able to just pay and be on your way within minutes, not hours.

Cons: Car was meant to be full of fuel but was empty and we also had to fill with adblue. We were not able to claim this back as the receipt did not specify adblue on it.

Cons: I had to pay more money for the car I have booked (over 40%) just because I din not have a credit card, just a debit card (actually , I did not have the whole amount of money for the deposit on my credit card).

Cons: The car was dirty, the staff were friendly on the surface, but rude underneath. When I called for help, they were downright rude and hung up on me. The shuttle driver was rude. There was no easy way to get back to my hotel from the rental agency.

Cons: Poor drop off at MXP. No lockbox to drop off key before 0700. You have to personally drop off at 0700 or later. This is not mentioned in the contract. So, we arrived at airport at 0430 for a 0630 flight. Could not drop off the car till 0700. So, we missed our flight and had to spend more money for a new flight and a hotel. Will never use them ever again.

Pros: In the business hours of the terms and conditions it stated that we had a window of 59 mins to collect the car. This is normal where you areinfirmed the opening and closing tubes of an office a strange place to put such an important condition. Despite the provided bus being that late collecting us and us ringing to say we were waiting for the bus our car was not supplied to us.

Cons: Didn’t provide the Renault Clio or similar we booked. We got an unwashed transit connect 7 seater which was way too big.

Cons: Rental company charged me twice. Two weeks on and still no money. Shocking. Car dirty inside beyond reasonable, smelled horrendoussly. Car dirty outside. Rental far from the airport, very poor directions for the shuttle bus to the rental company.

We got stung with €350 additional costs and because the pickup location was away from the airport you can’t really afford to cancel. It was clearly a scam by the lady at the desk and then she pretended to be offering us an amazing discount

They tried the silliest excuses to try to force me to pay €210 "insurance". I've spent there over two hours arguing and nearly called the police in the end.

Secondly I was told in the reception there was nothing wrong with the car but when I came and check there were various signs and marks

He was rude and he aggresively tried to sell us full protection, even if we mentioned that we already have full protection from discover cars. He was constantly lying and telling us that what we have is not full protection. Because of his lack of english understanding we couldn't communicate efficiently in this case and also other unclear subject that should have been better explain

Cons: The man who served us during pick up of the car was not pleasant and his English were quite inadequate. Maybe I should learn Italian next time. They told me that the full coverage I had booked on-line was not applicable to them and in case of damage I should pay for it. So, I was "forced" to pay full coverage to them also. They charged me extra 28 euros for the new car.

Cons: The shuttle service partner (ParkNgo) told us to wait until they had serviced all their "parking customers" as we were "only" customers of OK (clearly low priority for the shuttle). Despite being first in line it took about 5-6 shuttle busses before we were "allowed" the service.

Cons: I forgot to bring back the parcel shelf of the car. The car rental company charged me EUR 250, which is far above the value of the shelf. This is unreasonable.

Pros: OK Car Rental forced all customers while we were there to take out additional insurance.

Cons: The staff were very unhelpful and wouldn’t explain the additional charges. The car had a low pressure tire.

Pros: Brand new car (Twingo) straight from the retailer.

Cons: Worst pick-up experience ever. The representative (who called herself "I'm the boss here") was was acting patriarchal and was making it difficult to deny additional fees offered on the site. Even though I had extra full protection from DiscoverCars and I knew what it covered, she would insist she knew better and was trying too hard to push OK Rent's additional insurance for ridiculous amount of money. Didn't accept cash even though voucher told they should. She was rude and made us feel stupid.
