Cons: The pick-up service was terrible. The woman at the desk was not Very helpful and not willing to let me read the terms before signing. The car we got was in terrible condition full of dents and damages, without proper service, the sterringwheel was making loud noices all the time, and the battery ran out of power.

Cons: The car was quite old, already 100 000 km done. I was accused of damaging the key as the sword was missing (which I did not do). Car was keyless and I never opened the sword in the key. Even tough I’ve paid for extra insurance almost double the price, they charged me 250 euro extra for the damaged key. In addition, there was info about pick up at the terminal which was BS, as you sign all the papers at the terminal but to collect car you need to go with shuttle to external parking.

Cons: We wanted to pick up the car late and we ordered the late pick up service. My plane was delayed and landed at 00:30, the office closed at 00:00 even though I ordered late pick up, the office knew my flight number (could check the delay) and I specially called them and kindly asked to wait. The office of another company was still opened when we landed, but I had to take a taxi and come back to the airport next day in the morning to pick up the car.

Pros: The pickup process was really quick. I booked a Seat Ateca and they provided a VW Tiguan, which I think is a good upgrade. It came with full fuel tank and was in a good working condition.

I provided my flight number and phone number during reservation in DiscoverCars. SiciliyByCar didnt call me. I lost my car and my upfront payment. I had a problem to find another car and I paid much more for it doing it without reservation. Never again paying upfront and never againg beliving that they try to call me having fly number.

They took the car away to change the tyre and took them 3 days which by then we had to fly back to our country and on my rental period it clearly says the day I was meant to return the car despite that they took 3 days. Antena was broken and left in car, windshield liquid was full however it did not work entire time, front headlight bulb stopped working on second day, antifreeze in engine was on low level, I had to purchase and fill it. Front dashboard showed change oil indication, I showed this to rental agents but they did not care and said just go. When I returned car, nobody from rental agents was there.

They did not speak any English!! And they were saying nasty things about me and my family in Italian because they thouht I didn't understand....Just protect yourselves....

Pros: Everything was good, didn't pushed company inshurance. My flight was delayed at night for 1 hour, we arrived at 00.30, company waited me at the rental desk.

Cons: based on my booking the tire supposed to be winter or all season tires. But i received summer tires with snow chains.

Pros: Sicily by Car were extremely adaptable when I needed to change the dates of my booking. They were very easy to contact at the UK helpdesk number 24/7. The staff were exceptionally efficient and pleasant to deal with; both on teh phone and in person in Bergamo, and the whole process was simple and a joy.

Cons: There was no part I did not like.

Pros: Value was excellent! Friends rented slightly better cars, but paid 3X more!

Cons: When I picked up the car (In the middle of the night), the tirepressure was wrong In at least 2 tires. And there was this High Sound from the wheels -could Be the brake, reaching the wheels. So it was at little scary to drive In this car.

Pros: Only 9 for cleanliness and car condition as it was a 10 for the second car but clearly much les for the first one.

Cons: The initial car should have been in similar condition as the second one provided. At least clean and tires checked.

Cons: Another trick to watch out for. Upon arrival at the desk I was told I had booked an electric car. Indeed it was in the small print, but I hadn't noticed. Not knowing where I would be able to charge it during my short time in Italy, I had to change to a petrol car for a cost of an extra 10 Euros per day. Clearly another trick to get more money out of people!

Cons: Long queue on arrival more than 30 min waiting after 10 pm Tiring holiday start :( I suggest possibility of priority or vip client No queue on arrival, special attention for vip guests

Pros: Discover cars.com are a disgrace to the industry. Selling an insurance product at the time of online booking which is not recognised by sicily car so was forced into taking out another policy or paying a £1500 Euro excess. Absolute f**cking cowboys.

Pros: Very good value for money. Agent at check in desk was very nice and professional.

Pros: Very cooperative stuff,nice attitude and helpful.

Cons: They did not warn us for the exact amount of the deposit and we came unprepared.Also the site did not mention we could use a debit card to rent the car.Fortunately we solved the issue with the stuff.

Cons: The didn't unblock the deposit as they say they would. Last time I waited for a month and had to contact my bank on my own. Again they didn't unblock my deposit as they say they would. That's pity.

Pros: When I drop the car the guy was very rude! I was waiting 20min when someone to come and help me! The was nobody at the desk! I explain to the guy that, I need to rush because I will mis my flight, but he looks like he is doing on purpose slowly everything! Very bad experience! I will never rent a car from Sicily By Car!
