Pros: friendly employee and electric car with free charging throughout Italy

Cons: the car was not clean, broken fasteners for the rear shelf, I constantly had to fix it after closing the trunk, otherwise the shelf would block my view, the button on the keys that opens the trunk worked after several dozen presses

Cons: There was no information about droping place - niether telephon, no working hours, no parking place... I had to come and to check everything one day before droping and it was must, becaus on Sunday, when I droped the car, the office was closed.

Pros: Efficient picking and drop off, responsive and fast personnel. Zero hassle with return.

There was no Android Auto or Apple Car option, which should be obvious nowadays. But car had built-in navigation system without extra fee, so it helped little bit. Not owner of a diesel car, so I'm not sure if adding AdBlue should be customer thing or not, I added just in case.

The service of the rental company wanted to tow the car and leave me alone without a car, without a way to get to a central location. and only agreed to order me a taxi (which I will pay for) as a solution.

Pros: The car was really good. It was new, well-equipped and clean.

Cons: The quality of the baby chairs was beyond ridiculous. These chairs they offer have nothing to do with safety. It should be banned to offer such equipment to the customers who come for holidays with their children. Every single customers before us in the line had the same problem. Be aware - traveling without children - highly recommended. Traveling with children - take the baby chair with you.

Cons: Picking up the car was poor. I selected late pick-up for the car but when I arrived at the rental desk it was closed. Tried to call but no answer. I had to spend the night at the airport and wait until 8 am for the rental to open.

Pros: - Representative at the front desk was helpful and nice - Returning the car was easy. There was a guy who picked up the key no matter if it was really early in the morning. Shuttle to the airport came and go right away.

After that, they refused to give me the car because I only had a debit card, despite the fact that there are no issues/risks taking a deposit from my debit card and nearby Europcar rentals could do that without problem. Also debit card was not listed among the “not accepted” payment methods, leaving me misinformed. Yes, the price is low, but the staff at the desk is incompetent and has zero focus on the customer. You get what you pay for.

Cons: The service was terrible. We had a flat tyre and the car didn’t have any replacement tyre to change. They took the car away to change the tyre and took them 3 days which by then we had to fly back to our country and on my rental period it clearly says the day I was meant to return the car despite that they took 3 days. There was poor communication from the agents, calling them for hours. They also almost tried to charge me the flat tyre which I didn’t even cause, they gave a car with bad tyres.

Car was old for No one available at car pick up location, I was just passed keys & told roughly where the car was, the price, windscreen wiper blades in poor condition & glue/plant detritus was stuck over the windscreen, which interfered with drivers view & couldn’t be removed. I was advised that this was the only car available. Rip off.

Pros: Car was in bad condition, wind screen wipers need urgently replaced and was a lot of rain so was extremely dangerous to drive with windscreen wipers that didn’t work. No manual in the car which didn’t help with using it. Car was dirty and not given with a full tank of petrol!

Antena was broken and left in car, windshield liquid was full however it did not work entire time, front headlight bulb stopped working on second day, antifreeze in engine was on low level, I had to purchase and fill it. Front dashboard showed change oil indication, I showed this to rental agents but they did not care and said just go. When I returned car, nobody from rental agents was there.

The staff were exceptionally efficient and pleasant to deal with; both on teh phone and in person in Bergamo, and the whole process was simple and a joy.
