Pros: Was quick to process car , but office has a long queue, they already had my information While office was in the airport the car wasn’t - he was a bus ride away - took us 90mins to get the car

Cons: Above - despite discovery saying car was in terminal it took 90mins to get car

Cons: I didn't get the class I have ordered and also didn't get a discount for the downgrade.

Cons: The agent was rude and did not want to provide me a car because I was 50 mins earlier at the desk. They also held 20 eur more from my deposit without a reason.

Cons: The car, Citroen C3 with ~20K km mileage had a couple of minor issues: The tire pressure monitoring system was giving errors The infotainment system was restarting itself randomly. The booster seats were expensive (not more than the other rental car companies, but still more expensive than they should be). Given that child / booster seats are mandatory, I think they should be provided for free with some kind of deposit.

Pros: Cheap and anoffice is in the terminal. Drop-off and pickup in office were quite fast.

Cons: Parking is far from the Terminal. We have to use airport shuttle bus which was runnic two times for hour. I was waiting nearly week for any information about cashback from deposit.

Cons: When I drop off the car in the parking there was no employee from Viaggiare to take and check the car. I had to wait , and after 40 mins realized that no one will show up and have to park the car and leave the keys to the airport office.

Cons: Among the shortcomings: 1. I was not given a paper contract, but sent it to the post office only after returning the car. The printers in the office never work. 2. No one handed me the car in the parking lot. I picked it up myself. I filmed all the shortcomings on camera. 3. The car was dirty. 4. The windshield washer did not work. It was very inconvenient, especially after the rain.

Pros: It was easy to find and a quick pick-up. And we had a free upgrade.

Cons: We had to send foto's of the car, but there was no conformation.

Cons: Was made to sign the condition report of the car without seeing it or even being made aware of what I was signing. Agent was more concerned with his WhatsApp messages. Advised as “in terminal” which was why we selected it, but still had to get a bus to the car park to collect the car itself

Cons: I had some small marks on the car when I returned it (covered by my insurance) . I was informed by email, as at drop of the desk from the parking was closed. An invoice was issued by Vaggiare and sent to me together with a payment link only after I asked about the next steps. Then , on the same day the amount was autorised from my credit card above the security deposit. I would have payed with a different card but I was not asked. So, some impovements in procedures are needed

Срокът за освобождаване на депозита, който е не малка сума, е прекалено дълъг и създава проблем с обслужващата банка, при това без регистрирани щети по автомобила.

Cons: Our flight was redirected to airport Milan Malpensa due to unknown accident at the Milan airport, so we were late for the car pick up (not our fault) and still car rent Viaggiare charged us 50 EUR for late pick up.

Cons: Viaggiare Rent should be avoid by everybody who wants to spend quality time during the holiday or any kind of trips. It is one of the worst rent a car company I have ever meet. Viaggiare rent don't respect the laws while they are supplying cars without the winter tires or even snow chains which are compulsory in Italy since 15 November till 15 of March ( even more in Lombardia), but they will make you pay for the snow chains even if it is illegal to drive the car without it during the winter.

Cons: They did not give me any car despite my prior booking. They said i didn’t have international driver license which is something nee knowing that i have been renting cars all over the world for more than 25 years without having any issue. This has caused a lot of problem for me and my family wi th me in the airport and we had to go rent another car from another company at a hogher cost. I want to be contacted by your manager and i want to be fully reimbursed for service i paid and didn’t get!

Cons: We booked a car with winter tyres as we were heading into the alps. This was subsequently confirmed by DC. However, when we arrived, Viaggare said that thsi wasn't available. They did supply a good alternative car but we were lucky that the weather was good and didn''t encounter ice/snow during our stay (lucky for December!). It's frustrating that these options (winter tyres) are advertised, then confirmed as available but then aren't available on pick up.

Cons: The issues arose only at the Viaggiare rental location: The car was not at the terminal but at a parking lot requiring a bus ride. The car was changed from economy class to a Ford Turneo Connect. The new car was too big and unsuitable for Tuscan streets. The rental company rep at Bergamo airport tried to manipulate us emotionally, suggesting we take the car and start our vacation peacefully instead of causing problems. Viaggiare did not provide us with any documents regarding the car rental.

They offer in terminal.and shuttle options..chose in terminal.. this doesn't exist..lugging 2 car seats...2 small children...and 4 cases and 3 rucksacks. No trolley..into a regular bus queue ..absolute carnage..kids nearly stampled on.. had to wait for 3rd bus cause everyone jumped in our way. Chose interminal for a reason and paid extra for this reason.. WILL NEVER BOOK WITH DISCOVERCARS.COM..ill be sticking with regular supplier.

Pros: Viaggiare is a relatively small car rental. The personnel I met had a way above standard attention to their customers (me as well as others renting the same day). A problem solving attitude and kindness that makes me happy to come back. Also returning the car has been exceptionally good with a lot of support and patience. Cars are in good order and clean.

Cons: I delivered the car with the right amount of diesel plus a little more and they have charged 31 euros service fee! That’s completely unacceptable!

Cons: Water was poured into the washer tank in January. We went skiing. It was up to -10. Everything was frozen, both the tank and the tubes. It was dangerous to drive in the snow without a window cleaner. The rubber was summer. We were answered to our claim: "You have to warn me where you're going." But they didn't ask us... it's our business where we're going. The car should be ready!!!

Booked an automatic transmission car, and was offered a manual transmission car by the agent. Arrived at the dest at 0845, the desk was still closed with 2 customers in the queue waiting, the agent arrived at 0920 am, he was too slow, i took me till 1050am to finish the paper work.

The car had not been cleaned from the previous rental and when we returned the car the rental employees complained about the cleanliness of the car! I explained that the car was filthy when we collected the car. They were uninterested. They asked whether we had been through a desert storm and wouldn’t look at the photos I’d taken at collection.

Cons: I booked a subcompact crossover SUV (Škoda Kamiq) but received a compact car (Opel Astra). They are not in the same class, as the Škoda Kamiq is larger. I've asked to stay for an additional 30 minutes, and I paid a 60 euro fee for it. It's not possible to drive to another country.

Car was recovered by recovery vehicle by third party who Viaggiare refer you to. Viaggiare were terrible, did not provide a Viaggiare replacement car or offer to help in any way at any point. Had the nerve to ask why I didn't return the car at the end of the rental period on day 8. Totally disorganised, will never use again.

Cons: Hit with an extortionate price for the use of a debit card (almost double the price mentioned in your small print), car had a fault during the hire and there was no response from the recovery number provided by Viaggiare. We were lucky to have had someone on hand to help, otherwise we would have been stuck. Car was dirty, low pressure on tyres, no coolant in the car, and no parking disc provided. Will providing both Discover Cars and Viaggiare with bad reviews and warding people away.

When returning car, I filled up in the last station, but only could put 2 ltr of fuel (because I filled up a day before) and the fuel needle did not raise up (that happens with new cars because amount of fuel is too small). When returning the car they adviced to write to whattsapp number about this issue (whatsapp didn't work) so I wrote email again - no response. I was still charged 27 eur in the end..
