Cons: 1. It was very hard to find the car at Bergamo airport as the instructions for finding it were very inadequate. 2. The demand to pay for a damage, which existed prior to our renting the car - they should do a much better job of documenting all the dents and scratches, rather than leaving this job to the customers. In the end, they admitted that the scratches were a pre-existing condition, but there was absolutely no reason for them to add extra stress to us - they should do a better job.

Cons: The car was extremely dirty outside and inside. Was not as described..and did also have a lot of scratches and marks.

Cons: They asked for 5000€ deposit while at serving desk, although the reservation info was about 700€. The behaviour of employee was humiliating and rude with all the clients that evening. He was not andwering question, he was punishing clients for questions and forced to stay in the line for 2nd time. Almost all clients were staying in the line twice, and the whole car picking procedure took 2h long. I also overpaid for the insurance, as I did not have 5000€ deposit what was unexpected. super bad.

Cons: I could not hire the car as my license was not accepted. This should be informed at the time of payment as my booking said NZ driver license.

There was only a branch where the lady handed over the keys, then we were forced to take the shuttle bus anyway. 2) The car was missing the tank door! At any time during our vacation, someone could have walked up to the car and stolen the petrol, even though it was locked. 3) When we picked up the car the worker had no idea where the car was parked, he wasn't even there when we returned and didn't answer his phone.

Cons: The rental desk try to sell me an assurance that I’ve already booked in the site. They try me to be afraid with huge amount money in case of accident. They said that the assurance premium I bought was not enough.

Cons: They cheated me because they claimed that the flight arrived late and because I did not provide a flight number so the vehicle is not available. The flight is exactly one hour late. Immediately after that they found that they had the same car, but a car with an automatic transmission, so they forced me to pay them over a hundred euros extra to the amount of the order.

Pros: They’re unprofessionals. They didn’t give me the car, because i has turkish licence. Turkish licence can drive for 1 year in all europe.

Cons: The agent was extremely rude ,complaining that he waited for us extra 30 min. And then after all didnt give us a car, because he didn't want to accept UAE license,even though all the other rental cars were accepting our license and we drove in Europe before with those license.

I wasn't given good directions on where to pick up the car, as the pick up hut was closed. A map showing the exact location would have been much more convenient. A booklet or leaflet explaining Italian road signs and laws would have been very useful for us as tourists from a foreign country.

Cons: I was greeted very rudely at the ecovia office. Although I have a contract with Discovercars, the staff at the ecovia desk asked me to pay 131 euros for the extra insurance. In the contract I made with Discover Cars, I bought a package for full coverage and paid for it. The staff took extra money from me even though I made a reservation and prepayment from discover cars. However, when I received my rental car, I had only 25.51 euros left to pay. I request my payment to be refunded. Therefore,

Cons: Full to Full means that I pick up the car with a full tank of fuel, but it was 3/4 .... I returned it with a full tank because of the cause of 250 euros.....

Cons: I arrived at the desk at 16:00 and the clerk said the order was cancelled since I arrived more then 3 hours after the pointed hour: 11:00. as a result I had to make a new booking at much higher price. I paid 457 EUR instead of approx. 100. He could have been more flexible and accept the original booking or at least give me a large discount. Instead he was blunt and made me pay the full amount. I will not return.

Cons: The staff at collection were extremely rude and when we presented our Discover Cars booking with full insurance, he outright said that we would not be covered under this policy and any damage to the car would not be covered by insurance unless we paid an extra 260 euro for Ecovia insurance. He spent 10 minutes arguing this point before we eventually paid, moreso to not have any hassle if something did happen the car. Probably the worst customer service experience I've ever had.

Cons: 1. First of all, when I arrive, he was chatting with his colleague and made me wait in front of them for a long time while they were chatting. 2. I got all my credit cards ready but he insisted the card was a debit card and would not even try to use it, it was 100% a credit card in Germany, Consors mastercard! Cons: The car wasn't on airport, a driver delivered it from a car park, delaying us half an hour. The existing damage noted on collection did not cover all the damage. We videod the car, returned to office to correct it updated - another 30 min delay. They were not accepting your insurance, tried to con us into buying theirs by claiming that if the car broke down we wouldn't be covered and have to pay for any repairs. We videoed the car on return to prevent any further exploitation. Crooks!

Cons: I refuelled the car but the sensor did not go up (cost of previous full tank when almost empty was 13€, indicator at 3/4 full this time and had put more than 6€ in - it could not not be full!) Reported this, showing also receipt from gas station, but they charged me as car not refuelled. They did not want to go with me to double check, saying I should trust them. Further, they did not send receipt of rental and only found out by chance about the overcharge by looking at my credit card.
