Pros: The staff were friendly and helpful
Pros: Drop off service at Bologna was very speedy
Cons: Were delayed receiving our car by 1:40hrs because our car had been given to someone else, and we could only take that specific car apparently! When the ‘customer’ returned to the depot in our car and handed it over to us, we found it had a fairly sizeable bump on the front, and throughout the trip we had a few different warning lights appear which would correlate with a front end bump!
Pros: None
Cons: I didn’t like anything - zero flexibility, zero availability. The agent was very unfriendly and impolite…tired …totally disconnected
Pros: Staff brilliant, shuttle bus quick and friendly. Would definitely use again
Pros: Quick check in and return. No delays, pleasant staff
