Felirent at Bergamo Airport

Pros: price point was amazing

Pros: efficient and quick, so for the most part satisfied, and I am a returning customer

Cons: no alternative cars, no frills, no sentiment (received a car with no radio, or usb connection)

Cons: There was no alternative when drivers license was forgotten even though there was a driver in the booking party that had their drivers license. We had to book another car.

Pros: Not much - drop off was speedy

Cons: Location was very far away slow transfer pick up given a old unclean car which was not the class we paid for

Pros: Car was dirty. I had to paid 10 EUR for cleaning or 25 EUR fine. The oil change icon was lit. No windows cleaning fluid. Worn tires. Only half a tank of fuel. The most expensive full insurance in my life

Pros: I liked that the car was exactly as expected and in good condition. I’m satisfied with the vehicle

Cons: I didn’t like that, without any prior notice, I was forced to choose between paying €10 upfront for cleaning or €25 at return. Since the car wasn’t clean at pickup, this felt unfair and manipulative. The shuttle and rental process also took over an hour, the Milan office was closed for some minutes at drop-off, and the fuel policy was not respected (car given with 3/4 tank instead of full). Also, many days after returning the car my €700 deposit still hasn’t been refunded.

Pros: The pickup was a bit further than it looked when booking but their shuttle service was timely

Cons: Service was fine, no issues except generally with most rental comp, don't have to pay extra to wash/clean vehicle. Car was older than usual, needed few service items, wiper blades/tyres, but not an issue for me

Cons: We waited too long (30-40 min) for the shuttle in the parking lot by pick-up. At last the shuttle came but the driver refused to take us since our names were not on the list (although I communicated with the office frequently) One of the agents by drop-off was rude

Cons: Highly unprofessional. The front desk staff was frustrating to deal with and this rental company is designed to squeeze as much money as possible from customers using sneaky tactics. I chose them specifically because they accept debit cards, only to find out—hidden in fine print—that using one requires purchasing full insurance. On top of that, they charged extra for snow chains, which is absurd. Strongly NOT recommended.

Cons: When I have got the car your personal didn't say that the car need AdBlue and didn't check it. After some kilometers the car showed the light and signal that there is not enough AdBlue. Next day (Sunday!!!!) we tried to find near Garda lake the place to buy Adblue. But everything was closed. We have written to you by Whatsapp but nobody answer. And in that time there were AdBlue for only 20 kilometers!!!! Fortunately a driver in gas station had some AdBlue and shared with us.

Pros: low cost rental, low deposit comparing with competitors. car was with M+S tyres. Personel was good and helpfull, use Felirwn for second time.

Cons: car was without matt covers, with the hole in car carpet on driver side. without washing screen fluid. All tyries were uninflated fully with warning signs on dash board. 🤪 must to fix it by my self. frustration when pick up car late.

Cons: Felirent could not care less, that my signed and payed! contract clearly stated pick up at airport exit at pharmacy. Instead very stressfull and 5-6 phonecalls to guide me around airport area as a lost dog. wasted 1 hour walking around while keep telling them they should follow the contract and come pick me up at the airport. They also did the usual scammer and hustler credit card scam, asking an xtra 32 euros a day, even though the full insurance was bought at discoverycars. Not recommended!!!

Also ad blue wasn’t filled and I had to fill in during my trip

Cons: They picked up us and drop us far from the terminals, about 1 km. we had a baby, 3 bags, 1 car seat and baby carriage with us. It was very difficult for us to go so far to come to the transport cars and go back to the terminals from where the dropped us. Otherwise everything was perfect

Cons: The only thing I can point out was the English proficiency of the employe during the drop of the car. The pick up guy spoke good English, but the drop guy was very difficult to understand without turning to hand signals. But hey… it’s Italy.

Pros: Guys were really friendly and helpful they offered us a bigger car because we were five without extra charge. Also they gave us full information about tools and parking services.

Pros: I liked that you could communicate with them through WatsApp and not spend your expensive roaming service. The agents spoke English well and picked me up from the airport to take me to their office/car pick-up location. It didn’t take too long to fill up the paperwork. Instead of manually filling in a protocol on the car’s condition with the agent, they just ask you to make a video of the car all around, which os great because renters do it anyway, only here the tedious part is skipped.

Cons: I had to wait a little over half an hour to be picked up at the airport, but it was a busy day. The agent was very nice and stayed in touch via WatsApp. I expected there might be a wait due to customers returning cars late, so not too bad really.

Cons: I was expecting Meet and Greet on Arrival at Airport you would be met picking car up at Airport not met and then taken back to an office 2km away and same coming back you have to find your way back to office to drop off the car then taken to airport by one of staff, The office doesn't open till 8 O'clock in morning and we had an early flight so we rang the office to say this and was told to leave the car at the Gate of office and get a Taxi to the Airport.
