Cons: No clear message about the fuel tank. I paid for the fuel, the desk agent told me it's full to full policy, and when I returned the drop off agent told me I did not need to fill up the tank.

Pros: Very disappointed- we queued for an hour and a half to collect the car. The agent then inputed everything we had provided for the online booking . The car was a bus drive away. We we were given the keys and pointed in the general direction of the vehicle. No one checked over the car with us- we have many photos of the defects on the car . It was bumped, scratched and dirty inside. The drivers seat had what appeared to be blood on it. We had waited so long for this car and had a deadline to meet

Cons: Continuing,,,,,,,,, we had no energy to go back and complain. Utterly disappointed. We had booked two cars and the other car from a different, same priced , agent was absolutely brilliant.

Pros: Pretty operative

Cons: Always both the site and the car's provider try to sell the same insurance in the same time, eventually twice! No reciprocal communication, no email of car's provider, where can send complains, information, notifications. No possibilities for operative showing to each other all scratches of the cars, as they usually are not initially evidenced. Extra fuel charged, because the board does not show the tank is full, even though I did fill it up. Winter tires just with extra costs, in winter?!...

Pros: Car was clean.

Cons: I got scammed. I paid 30£ extra to get a specific model and avoid the lancia which was the cheapest one and I ended up getting the lancia even tho I paid more to avoid it. I tried calling over 10 times but no luck. I've emailed also and no reply until this day ( rental ended Sunday the 26th which is 5 days ago. Definitely won't be renting again from this company or agency. I'm still waiting some representatives to get back to me btw. If you don't wanna get scammed avoid it!!!

Cons: They charged me twice with my card, and in addition the payment was overstated by 80% compared to the offer from your portal. inseted of paying about 300 Euro so far was charged about 1350 Euro. It is ridiculous. I will be making a formal complaint. Your service is terrible!!!

Cons: Extra insurance was pushed really hard, with explanations that each and every scratch on the vehicle would automatically cost 1000 euros. Luckily I had no scratches, so could not find out if it is true but it felt really dishonest way to sell extra services. Do not recommend this rental agency. In addition the cost for the rental was 25% higher than originally listed on the booking site voucher. Some extra airport taxes were not included in the original offer.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1300.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Free modifications.
Mileage policy
For rentals of 1–27 days, mileage is unlimited.
For rentals of 28 days or more, mileage is limited to 4500 km per rental.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 19 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.

A digital driver's license will not be accepted — you must bring your physical driving license.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy

Deductible/excess will be charged per damage.
If the customer takes the following extra equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Ski rack, Snow chains, Winter tires, then an additional amount of deposit will be held on their credit card.
Cross-border policy
Cross border rentals are allowed only upon previous request.
Additional charges will be applied in case the car is crossing state or region borders.

Details are available from the car rental company's reservation office. In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Snow chains.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request. Delivery/Collection service is available within city limits. Additional charges will be applied, depending on the distance.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 15.10 to 15.04 in the following regions: Aoasta-Valley.

Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 28 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 120 minutes.
