Pros: The guys who were at the parking lot when I picked up the car and when I dropped it off were very professional.

Cons: Everything was okay, except for the lady at the airport counter who didn't explain to us that we had to take the bus to the parking lot, which put us in difficulty.

Pros: Very efficient at check in desk at airport, no aggressive selling of additional insurance, car was immaculate, collection and return was quick and efficient.

The car was very dirty from outside, poor light for inspection and it was night time. I just accepted the car ot faith. From inside was very clean. Everything else was ok. I would use it again in the future.

Cons: It’s subjective. The reservation was made on a wv tiago and really wanted to try it on. It was said no wv was at the site (at all), so they replaced it with an opel suv, not the same for me, again it’s just personal. Having a suv hybrid low consuming car for the holidays was just fine.

Cons: We missed our original flight and arrived 3 hours later with a toddler and all our luggage. Instead of trying to help us, the staff were completely unhelpful and kept the full 8 days of rental, which felt extremely greedy and inflexible under the circumstances.

Cons: Locauto is harassing us with baseless accusations of causing additional damage and stealing equipment—330 euros. They sent us fake photos, even though we have a video of the car being returned, and they don't show the scratches. They're also trying to extort money for the alleged theft. I'm not a thief, and if they continue this behavior and threaten me with legal action, I too will take legal action. The reviews (2,3*) clearly show that they engage in various unfair practices.

Cons: Staff pressured me into buying additional coverage. When dropping off car, though I rental conditions for return was 7am, there was nowhere there. The did not explain to me previously to leave the keys in the key box. When the staff arrived, she was very unpleasant showing me working hours. Very nervous and negative.

Pros: Would not recommend at all. When arrived at Locauto desk ( same desk Enterprise too) We were told the insurance though Discover cars.com would not fully cover us in case of accident!!. The quoted car hire cost INCLUDING supposedly full insurance was £218 and then Locauto said I needed to pay an EXTRA 350 EUROS to insure a Fiat Panda. Will never use you again if you can't deal with your car hire agents effectively.

The agent told me that they are similar cars, but i dont think is the same size of the cars. You spend 1 hour to get the car, even if you check-in online. In one word… thugs

Cons: We took out an insurance policy when we booked the car through discoversCars arriving at the location, the made us buy another policy scare mongering saying we was not covered and if anything happens Locauto would take £2500. We then said no we have the policy with DiscoverCars, the guy said that’s fine he needs a bank card to keep on file we said no we’re not comfortable with this, he said without he can not give us the car we had no choice but to give our bank card and he charged the card.

Pros: Masina inchiriata a fost un Fiat Panda cu 15.400km, am primit-o proaspat spalata. Pe bara fata erau prezente zgarieturi, dar asta nu m-a deranjat. Rezervorul de benzina era cu plinul facut. La predare automobilul a fost inspectat interior si exterior de agentul de la LocAuto, totul a decurs bine, masina a fost predata in aceeasi conditie in care a fost preluata (fara avarii si cu plinul facut).

Cons: There is room to improve the car's cleanliness and condition, at least on ours, at the last time.

But unfortunately I was not able to connect the phone to the Android Auto system in the Nissan Juke for a better navigation experience during the trip, even though the phone works properly in all other vehicles. I had to use the phone for navigation instead of the vehicle's multimedia screen. I liked that the car was new and clean.

But I received only snow socks for the wheels, which after 3 exits from the apartment yard (15 meters slope at an angle of 45 degrees) tore,so I had to buy snow chains (60 eur) with my own money, which I had asked for when ordering the car. I left the chains when returning the rental car, the reception girl saw it and said that I can take them, because we will not compensate for anything. More than that is fine.

Cons: I haven't been provided with the car described on the booking. VW Golf, instead of VW T-rock. Diesel car fueled with summer diesel and no winter tires fitted. I h've been warned that it may freeze if I go up to the mountains. I was offered a replacement for additional value. The lady from the counter was annoyed that I have found additional scratch, not described on the ppwk, when the car was handed over to me.
