Pros: You are scammers, return my money. You did not indicate anywhere that you need to have another ID. Return my money immediately.

Pros: No problem occured,that was what I wanted.

Cons: Not all kid seats have isofix. You should get rid of the non compliant seats.

Pros: The agent who was checking the car after the rental on 17th March was very nice.

Cons: Absolutely awful pick up process with one of the customer service representatives on 14th March around 8pm. Autovia agent was very rude, tried to force sell the additional insurance and auto assistance package - that was already included in the rental prices. He has also made remarks that we should take insurance as my wife is preganant and "you never know what can happen with the car" Surely enough when we have picked the car - there was constant oil warning on it and no one to talk to.

Cons: They gave us a car with summer tyres and didn't provide the appropriate snow chains even after we told them that we were heading to the mountains and that we would face a lot of snow. We made a claim because we had to buy proper snow chains and we are now waiting for their reply to reimburse the amount we had to pay.

Pros: The person in the Autovia office in Venice was kind enough to take me to the train station.

Cons: The office in Bergamo airport said they didnt get the message about the flight delay, even though we wrote to you and sent sms to them. So we had no car waiting for us. We ordered a new one in and were offered an upgrade of a Jeep which had no spair tier. We refused to take it so we got the ofiginal one that we ordered. This one had no car book. When we thaught we had a trouble with the car, as it was swaying on the road, we were refered to the service who said they will send a truck to take...

Pros: The car was fine, functional and no issues.

Cons: bad customer service, AWFUL drop off instructions, not been refunded the deposit yet.

Pros: We got better car than we booked. Should get kia picanto or similar, got Fiat 500L cross. Picking up and dropping the car at car park went quick and easy. Nice guys there.

Cons: Even though we bought insurance through discovercars and knew its details, the guy from the service threatened us with the costs and consequences of not buying insurance for 360 euros. He lied about the discovercars policy. He lied to us, saying that only by paying for insurance in autovia, we would get a better car, and he knew perfectly well what kind of car he had for us and that it was a better class than we booked. He was clearly trying to extort 360 euros from us.

Pros: The whole process was very easy and smooth. No tense or aggravating energy which often comes with car rentals. The staff were kind and helpful and the process was quick and easy. The car was in fantastic condition. Thank you, Autovia!

Cons: We rent the car from discovercars with a full insurrence. The desk man was very unpolite about out insurrence and he tryed în anyway to discorage us about our products and to push local insurrence. I explained him that I know about the process and still was rude to me and my wife about all the payment that we have to do in case of...any car issues.I had to sign 4 times about future payments because I do not want to buy his insurrence. Was nervos and talking load you are alone on the street

Pros: The car was in good condition and had good space.

Cons: The agents gave us a CNG (Metano) car but we had booked for a Diesel car. Metano is not very easy to find in Italy, but while giving the keys, they mentioned that 80% of the gas stations will have Metano, but the actual fact is that only 20% of gas stations had Metano. The car agents are not at all friendly after dropping the car. I asked for the technical inspection report after return of the car which they refused to provide.

Cons: Discover cars gave me a surprise, I'm so fucking angry!! Only credit card? Really? Are you crazy? I had to pay extra 170 euros for the car. YOU SHOULD NOTE THIS WITH BIG LETTERS SOMEWHERE, NOT SMALL ONES!!!!

Cons: The fact that the desk boy called me romanian gipsy; the fact that they charged me 250 euros for a seat cushion damage- they didn t inspect the car at the starting of the rent. The damage was there in the first place, but was insignificant, yet they charge me 250 euros.
