Pick-up instructions
The parking of the rental stations located in Bergamo apt (Europcar, Keddy, Goldcar and Key'n go) is now situated in the P3 Parking, 800 mt far from the arrival hall and connected to the rental stations with a free shuttle service. IMPORTANT: for the checkout procedures (rental agreement signature/car keys collection), the customers have to go to the rental stations still located near the arrivals hall, before taking the free shuttle bus to the P3 parking.

We had to leave presents and car seat in the car, so called management have no customer service skills and were not able to help, they charged us additional days hire until they got they got spare keys from Rome, complete rip off and will never use this service again.

Cons: because your word "similar" is very very diferent drom word "similar" :D I choose city jeep, but get "similar" - "big car" fiat :D and, when I come to airport, never was seen advertising "keddy".. And a car was all smoky :(

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1300.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Road tax, Vehicle registration fee, Free modifications, Railway fee, Port fee.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 3 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the customer is not a resident of the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
Deposit and deductible policy

Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Child seat (2-4 years of age), Snow chains.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.


Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Electric vehicles must be returned with the same battery charge they had when picked up to avoid additional charges (on a per kWh basis). An additional admin fee will be charged if a vehicle is returned with less than 80 % battery charge remaining.
Additional information
By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 15.10 to 15.04 in the following regions: Aoasta-Valley.

Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
Business hours
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 29 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
