The line went incredibly slow because no one knew about the extra insurance charge, and it was in a makeshift plastic-wrapped plywood building. This company is a tourist trap that just scams people with low rates then charges them hidden fees once they have no choice but to continue.

Included in the $516 was a $44 charge for tolls. 5 days later I receive an invoice for $19 for toll charges. I should have just put my own surpass account on the car and see what happened. Silly Me! Como es habitual debí dejar una garantía de U$S 500 y entre las cuestiones por las cuales podían quedarse con el dinero era que entregara el auto sucio ( lo hice lavar integramente antes de entregarlo) y además llené el tanque como corresponde. Filmé el auto al recibirlo y al entregarlo, dada la intimidación del trato de los señores a cargo del mostrador.

Cons: It was not well explained that it is outside the airport and that it is reached by shuttle. We walked with my husband through dangerous streets without a pedestrian path, with a child and a baby. In the reservation I requested a child seat, in the invoice they charged me for it and when I removed the car they told me that they did not have any left. My husband had to travel in the back of the car with the baby up to Naples while I was driving.

The hidden charges/fees, the was not clear like the reservation fee at the time of booking and $15 per day Sunpass fees . There is a $500 deposit taken out of your credit card. The pick up counter lady was not very pleasant. This is outside of the airport and you have to wait for a shuttle to pick or drop you off.

Upon calling to the office about shuttle service gave us 10 minutes time and false information. Well after upon reaching at vehicle pick up office it was huge queue for pick and took another hour and half. Reason been told due to only one representative at the desk and they’re backed up.

Cons: I booked this rental expecting a final price of $332.24CAD however, upon arrival the rental company (OneSwitch) tried to add several charges to the booking and requested $587USD in addition to the $82.09CAD deposit that I paid when I booked online. I cancelled the booking immediately as the new total price was ridiculous and basically fraudulent. We ended up having to Uber to our hotel and booked with a different rental company the next day. I am very disappointed with my experience overall

Horrible customer service, the car was dirty when I got it even though it had taken nearly 45 min to get the keys handed to me because they were doing a “deep clean” due to Covid. Turns out they only cleaned the front console area but the remainder of the car like the back seats/area were absolutely filthy. Never again using this company no matter how cheap it was. Will be going to enterprise or hertz moving forward.

Cons: This business charged me two hours of car rental while it was not in my possession. There is no sense of urgency/organization. Despite their agreement for a shuttle to pick up passengers within 15-20 minutes, it took thirty minutes for them to arrive. From there, we stood in line for an hour and a half waiting for an agent (with only four people in front of us). After paperwork, we waited 45 min to get our car. An agent was arguing w/o reason on the credit card people could use.

The experience was terrible, as the agents of One Switch lied to us repeatedly to more than triple the cost of our rental car and refused to rent to us at the price we had already paid. The representative also tried to take a picture of my credit card with his cell phone, and took $500 out of my checking account directly despite telling us it would be a "hold."

Cons: My experience with One Switch was awful - we spent more than two hours trying to pick up our car because they refused to rent the car to us without us paying an additional $300. They lied and misrepresented the law in Florida demanding we pay collision and liability insurance on top of our own insurance and charged two of my credit cards and took $500 "deposit" directly out of my account. I am concerned about future fraud and am extremely disappointed with the service I was provided.
