Italy Car Rent at Milan Airport Malpensa

Pros: Easy to find in terminal

Cons: We paid for an SUV. When we arrived in the Lot we were given a vehicle much smaller than we had paid for but apparently in the same " category" . After 15 minutes of arguing with the sales rep who tried to upsell us an SUV they eventually relented and gave us a beat up SUV. Thank God I took pictures and a video of the outside ( which had loads of damage and dents) as when we dropped it back to them they tried to query original damage that wasn't on their system Avoid !

Cons: Booked car was given away as our flight was delayed 4 hours ...even though we had provided our flight details. Then a larger car was offered without discount. Finally a suitable car was found without additional cost.

Cons: Hard to find secondary pick-up point in airport car park. Long walk with luggage through airport. Initial car had no Apple car play, navigation or camera.

Pros: Even though the rental was booked for 22.30 collection and I arrived at the collection desk at 22.30 because of the number of customers that was already in the queue with only one member of staff, I was seen at 11.15 and was given a choice of paying €60 extra because it was after 23.00 or collecting the car in the morning at no extra cost. Considering the time and that my hotel was in Milan I felt that my pants had been pulled down and my arse smacked. Not happy and will not be using you again

Pros: We’re bad!! They promise me Vagon car! But in my voucher was SUV elite!!!

Cons: I wait 20 minutes because man from staff did not ask who have vouchers and make business with new customers

Cons: Car was not what we expected and was smaller than what we ordered. It was dirty inside and out when collected and staff were rude when bringing the car back.

Cons: Location is a bit of a walk away...and pick up took too much time. Car was very basic

Cons: Defektan auto, ocekivao sam svakog trenutka da stane, stvarao neprijatan osecaj u voznji. Prijavljeno prilikom preuzimanja, rekli da ne brinem… Dobio visu klasu auta ali verovatno na ime toga sto znaju da je defektan.

Cons: The pick up process was terrible !!! Waited in a Que for almost two hours to get our car. When we finally got to the car, I was told that there was no more Anti Freeze for the Diesel car that we were provided, this is despite me choosing specifically a petrol car, because we were going to the mountains, and it would be below zero degrees in the nights.

Cons: key drop off (early in morning)...had to go back to office in terminal...key box should be near to where cars are returned.

Pros: When I receive the car gas was less than full & when I drop the car they said it was full and I have bring it back full!!!! Also when I refused to pay they asked me to provide me evidence or photo.

Cons: I can t find it the car office in 1 hour ! We don t get full information by e-mail ,end not are eny table in Miláno Malpensa AirPort ! I called them,end she said i can find them on grund floor. The office was mínus 1 floor!!! So 1 hour finished with looking for the office for Pick up the car ,end the office 11 clock finish with working time ,end i have to pay 60 euro for to late coming pick up the car ! Terrible !

Pros: Easy rental

Cons: Car had no snow tires. I’m fact had summer performance tires, it comes with chains, but a real pain.

Pros: They were very efficient, fast service, the staff was were very nice, professional and helpful.

Cons: They don't have winter tires, it was nice if could purchase a card for toll roads.

Cons: Después de 9 días no me han devuelto la fianza de 900,00 € El coche por la carrocería estaba sucio y con bastantes rasguños superficiales.

Cons: They charged me for damage I don’t recall causing and sent a blurry photo that doesn’t clearly show what type of damage it is. Very unprofessional service. Better to avoid.

Cons: Feeling of mistrust and taking advantage. Offering smaller car. Condition of the car: missing winter equipment (winter tyres, chains) and windshield fluid, no first aid kit and extinguisher. The car was full of bends, scratches and obvious technical defects (suspension, noisy breaks). Misalignment of insurances between agent and rental company.

Cons: they try to rip off everyone by faking damages

Cons: Directions to carpark from the desk could be clearer. I prefer full to full fuel agreement

Pros: Wrong car! Difficult to find out how to return the car. Need a sign for car return for this company

Pros: Very good customer service and let us choose one of the three available cars of the same category. To me the cars felt like an upgrade compared to what I booked.
