Italy Car Rent at Milan Airport Malpensa

Pros: The rental was cheap.

Cons: When returning the car, the staff receiving the car went straight to the front right wheel and suggested that there was a new damage. This is very strange as he did not check the rest of the car. This is suspicious, as it may indicate that the staff knew that there was a damage that was not included at check out. The damage he pointed was extremely small. At the pick up the car was parked in a very dark parking and no staff was available

When I returned the vehicle they tried to blame me for the scratches but thankfully they ware captured in the video I take while picking up the vehicle.

It was agreed this was a mistake but I have been charged for 2 rentals for the same car, one for 2 days and one for 7 days

The staff was impossibly rude and refused to give me another car despite even obvious security concerns about the car thus willfully and knowingly endangering my family, including my infant baby.

Cons: We paid for an SUV. When we arrived in the Lot we were given a vehicle much smaller than we had paid for but apparently in the same " category" . After 15 minutes of arguing with the sales rep who tried to upsell us an SUV they eventually relented and gave us a beat up SUV. Thank God I took pictures and a video of the outside ( which had loads of damage and dents) as when we dropped it back to them they tried to query original damage that wasn't on their system Avoid !

The office was mínus 1 floor!!! So 1 hour finished with looking for the office for Pick up the car ,end the office 11 clock finish with working time ,end i have to pay 60 euro for to late coming pick up the car ! Terrible !
