Pros: Very little.
Cons: We waited for pickup at the airport for over an hour, because his vehicle was not marked and the small paper sign in the windshield was coved by a clipboard. Another company finally pointed out the van. The car “service required” light was on showing an oil change was needed within 20 Km of pickup on day 1 of 54 days. They gave us a car with a chipped windshield that was only visible from inside the vehicle. They casually told us it was noted on the sheet, but billed us upon return. Claim filed.
Pros: Good value for the money.
Cons: The car had about 30 scratches and scrapes on it. Also, the rental agreement said pick it up full of gas and return it full but the agent said return it with the same amount of gas as it had on pick up (1/4 full). Also taking a damage deposit on your credit card of 1,599 euros instead of just putting a hold on your card for this amount cost me about $160 because of the difference in the exchange rates Visa charges to buy and sell euros from Canadian dollars.

All rental vehicles are equipped with a transponder that can be used for paying for all toll roads.
You’ll be charged a service fee of 2.15 EUR per day up to a maximum of 21.52 EUR per rental in addition to the tolls, which will be charged to your credit card after the rental period.
You may also be required to leave an additional deposit for tolls.
An E-toll charge will apply; personal consumption will be charged separately at the end of the rental period.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
Maximum rental age is 99 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 76.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit. Otherwise, the renter must provide an International Driver Permit (IDP).
Renters from the following country(ies): United Kingdom must provide the following documents: driver license with photo in order to collect the car.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher, return flight ticket.
