Pros: Everything was great

Cons: Nothing

Pros: Simple, quick, honest and reasonable. No fussing over tiny surface scratches

Pros: Great company to deal with. I wanted to changed my drop off times and they were more than happy to accommodate. This is the 2nd time I've used them, and will definitely be using them again!

Pros: Really impressed. Great price. Met at arrivals gate and taken across the road at Funchal airport. Collection super quick, car as requested in good condition, agent friendly. Drop of was a breeze, no pressure or checking for minor damage. Super!

Pros: De meet and greet, we werden keurig opgevangen bij uitgang airport. Vervolgens stond onze huurauto klaar op de parking tegenover de uitgang. Ideaal. Vervolgens konden we daar ook de auto weer inleveren.

Pros: Staff is friendly and helpful. Easy to work with

Cons: Nothing i didn t like

Pros: This was the easiest car pick up and drop off I have ever experienced. The Agent at the Airport was amazing, he helped setup the Bluetooth for my IPhone for navigation. He explained everything I needed to know about the car. He helped write down and check both inside and outside for marks dents, etc. the car was in pristine condition. He also recommended to push mirrors in, watch curbs when parking as they are high, and tires for rim damage. Even the type of gas to use was explained.

Pros: Pick up right outside the door from the airport, all the documentation and payment was done at the car. We were on our way within 10 minutes of exiting the airport. The drop off was also fast and convenient. Great car, rode super smoothly

Pros: Easy, good contact, even local tips

Pros: Meet&Greet!!

Cons: Nothing

Pros: Best provider on island to my opinion

Pros: The best car rental company we have ever used! Airport pickup was so simple and took just 5 minutes - same for drop off. There was an issue with the car during our holiday. It still worked, but the car was showing a major fault. InsularCar were very responsive and came to our hotel and switched the car.

Pros: So easy, no hassle directly at the airport would definitely recommend

Cons: Drop off was slow and the agent was occupied might be better if they had more staff on site.

Pros: Great new car and incredibly friendly staff, no unreasonable charges and no pushing to buy their insurance. Would absolutely recommend.

Cons: No negatives.

Pros: New car, A clean, well-equipped car. Speed and ease of pickup.

Cons: Nothing

Pros: Perfect provider, definitely recommend

Pros: Actually: everything. And I have high expectations. I chose insular because of better reviews, even though being clearly more expensive then others. Was worth it!

Pros: It was easy to find the car pick and drop off. We absolutely loved the car. It was in a good condition and just perfect for driving on Madeira.

Cons: The first agent we had didn’t write down all the damages the car already had to start with. This got us in an argument with the second agent. Luckily for us we took pictures before and after. So this matter could be solved.

Cons: The screen inside was dusty, all the rest fine

Pros: Pontual, no frills, no hiden charges, friendly staff, very happy with InsularCar.

Cons: Very happy with all their service.

Pros: Went over and above what other rentals do. Great working with you

Pros: Excellent service from pick up to drop off. Super friendly representatives. Made us feel relaxed from the start of our holiday!

Cons: Nothing

Pros: InsularCar staff and service were exceptional. They were friendly and extremely helpful and the VE Tiago was a brilliant car.

Pros: Very good communication

Pros: Super easy, super convenient, just perfect!

Cons: nothing to say

Cons: Brakes on car were terrible. Squealing and whole car was juddering. When we mentioned it at drop-off, the representative said he knew about it already and they would look into fixing it. If they knew about it, they should not have rented it to us.

Pros: New car

Cons: Nothing

Pros: New car and great friendly service

Pros: The staff was friendly

Pros: The representative was so friendly and personable. He met us straight at the airport entrance and the car was a 1 minute walk. Everything was easy for both collection and return.

Cons: Nothing at all.

Pros: When we phoned them to find out where our car was they did not have the booking, however they reviewed our confirmation and quickly arranged a car, and apologised that there seemed to have been a communication mishap.

Cons: They checked every single tiny mark on the car(there were a lot)and held a deposit of £800. It wasn't clear to us that we wouldn't lose all of that if there was another tiny mark -seemed bizarre as others weren't repaired, but still made us nervous. We had paid extra insurance to cover the excess so didn't understand this. we found the Insular car office near our hotel the next day and they explained that the insurance would cover the cost of the excess, but they still kept the £800 deposit.

Pros: meet and greet and good service.
