Pros: The car was in good shape and clean

Cons: They did not explain where to drop off the car at night (weekend), there was no service at this time, there was no answer on the phone, their sign was also confusing and sent me to a parking lot with a ticket that was not the place, I had to find a way to get out with the car while everything was locked and closed, we got to the flight gate at the last minute, we almost missed the flight, my family had to run like crazy through the airport with a lot of luggage, it was a disaster and not pleasan

Pros: Friendly staff, easy to book, minimal time collecting car with zero hard sell of additional products. On two occasions using Drivalia they have given me an upgraded vehicle. On returning last car there was a scratch on the back, which the agent had to documnet, but advised that there is a good fair wear and tear policy with this company. Would use again as my first choice for rental in italy.

Pros: Easy to find in the terminal. Friendly desk staff who were efficient, offered 2 models to choose from in my class and did not try to sell any additional products. Car collection staff also friendly, highlighted all the damages, asked me to video the car as another precaution and advised could take more photos and videos once left garage where light better. On return staff took keys and let me go. without any issues. Car had no new damage and full so no issues on return.

Cons: Nothing.
