Pick-up instructions
Terminal 1: From the baggage claim area, proceed to one of the two lifts (5 or 9) situated between arrivals A and B. Descend to floor –1 (Car Hire and Train Station). Once you reach floor –1, proceed to the second car rental hall through the sliding doors. After the sliding doors, you will find the OK Mobility office on your right. Terminal 2: Once you reach Arrivals, follow the signs for: GET TO MILAN BY TRAIN. Exit the terminal and cross the pedestrian crossing. Follow the road towards: AIRPORT BUS Terminal 1. Turn right and wait for: SHUTTLE BUS T1-T2. Once you arrive at Terminal 1, go past the train ticket office. Go through the tunnel following the Car Hire direction. After the sliding doors, you will find the OK Mobility office on your left.

Pros: Poor service. I paid for additional insurance with discover cars but then when I got to the ok mobility counter I was told that they would not accept American Express credit card for the hold fee so I would need to use a debit card which meant I had no option but to use their full insurance which cost me an additional €100.

Cons: They are cheap to catch people out with their insurance.

Cons: Dropping the car off was a little tricky as wasn’t the easiest to find but that was just as much down to our unfamiliarity with the airport layout and the one way system imposed

Pros: Car not clean externally or internally on collection, many scratches on exterior, we photographed, agent found have cared. Found out 200 miles away that the washer fluid spray motor didn’t work, spend the next week trying to get someone from discovery cars or ok mobility to fix this or even tell me where I could take it, only option was a tow truck back to Milan!!!!!

Cons: Complete lack of customer service, only option to get the issue fixed was “you would need to drive it back to Milan malpensa for a replacement car” they could not have cared less.

Cons: We arrived late on Saturday evening and the car hadn’t been filled up with fuel as they were too busy to do it and we found it only had enough for about 25km, we had to drive about 90 km to our accommodation. We did not know where the nearest fuel station was or that they were unattended at that time of night so it was very stressful as we had never driven in Italy before.
