Pick-up instructions
The airport shuttle operations are carried out by the car rental provider during business hours, and by FLYPARK during after hours. The yard is based approximately 7-10 minutes’ drive from the airport. The representative picks you up in a shuttle, takes you to the yard, and hands you over your rental vehicle.
INTERNATIONAL TERMINAL ARRIVALS:
After collecting your luggage exit the International Terminal at DOOR 4 or 5. There is a new pick up point called “The Transport Hub“. Go to Door 5 walk across the 2 pedestrian crossings and you will see a huge white tunnel-type walkway. Please walk through this keeping to the left side and follow the “ALL SHUTTLES” signs. At the end cross the road to where all the shuttles are and wait for the representative.

>> If your Pick-up falls outside the business hours: Call FLYPARK for the Pickup on 027 265 4607.

AKL DOMESTIC TERMINAL ARRIVALS:
Once you have your bags and are ready for collection call JAMES BLOND on 0800 525 663. All domestic pickups and drop-offs are at the Jetstar exits. Please walk to the tower area where you will see the designated shuttles area. This is where we dropped you off. Please make sure you get in our van. Jump aboard and they will take you back to their base where upon presentation of Photo ID, you will be given your vehicle on representative behalf.

Drop-off instructions
Return your car to FLYPARK at 310 Landing Drive, Mangere, Auckland 2022 .
Before you drop your vehicle off, please ensure that it is full of fuel and any damage, however minor has been
reported to James Blond.
There is an Accident Reporting form in the glovebox of your car.
You should allow an extra 30 minutes before check-in time to cover for any unexpected delays.
Once you have dropped the vehicle at the FLYPARK, they will take you to the Airport for your departing flight.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 1050.00), Theft Protection, Outside of business hours, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.
Maximum rental age is 85 years.
