Pros: I think the car was about 9 years old. The remote stuck and I sometimes had trouble opening and locking the car doors. Also, the rear camera was foggy. But I guess that's why the cat was such a cheap price.

I arrived in Auckland at 2.30pm and didnt get on the road till 5pm due to being mucked around.

On day 2 the battery in the back seat cane flying out. It had not been clamped in place and the plastic cover was missing all the clips to secure it. We were forced to buy some cable ties to try to teporarily fix this!The car had not been cleaned properly. There were what looked like corn chip crumbs inside it amongst other things

The agent was patient and courteous, but would have been helpful if he had clearly stated to walk to the pick-up location after exiting airport.

Cons: The pickup at Auckland airport. We went to the wrong area and the transit lady picked up the wrong people. We were there waiting for 1.5 hours in the cold.

Pros: The staff were efficient and friendly and accommodating when we need to change the drop-off location at the end of our rental period.

Cons: It was a walk and a long wait to be picked up at the Airport and then taken to the rental hire location but as the price of the car was substantially cheaper we were happy to trade time for a cheaper car.

Cons: The first car we were offered was basically undriveable and was falling apart. The second was all in Japanese so had no way to navigate the dashboard.

Cons: There was a lot of cosmetic damage to this vehicle, including the bumpers being riveted on, and not 100% secured at that. Part of the back bumper was not actually flush where riveted and was sticking out slightly. If that was the only issue, oh well. But with speedometer and gas gague issues as well as brake issues, this car did not feel safe. I didn't bother saying anything as the speedometer issue was ignore by staff when brought up, they didn't seem to care it wasn't working.

Cons: Major confusion at the pick up at the Akl Airport. The information provided was wrong and the transfer vehicle was not the correct one so had to wait 2 hours to finally get a ride to the Flyway depot and then there was no vehicle there to pick up. Staff then had to arrange for another shuttle to come and pick us up and then deliver us to where we should have been to start with. Poor communications and when we tried to call ask where were they the message bank is full and you cant leave a message

Pros: When I arrived from Brisbane, I fell very sick and tested for Covid. I was all confused due to how sick I was. The car rental place helped me get to the right place and chased me about really as I was giving wrong places. They were so good and understanding. I will definitely be using them again and telling family to do the same. Thank you so much for great care while IV been locked up in NZ

Cons: Too many sub contractors and confusing pickup experience. Was waiting at the airport for an hour and a half, took a long time to speak to someone at bargain cars, had to find our own way to the pick up destination which was not where the car was being kept

Cons: The communication for picking up the car was terrible, we waited 45 minutes at the airport waiting to be collected and had to follow up twice. The GPS did no work, the radio wasn’t English so didn’t know how to find anything on it.

Cons: There were 2 customers before me and i waited for over 30 minutes. The lady who served me was very helpful, but was supervising a person learning the computer systems.

Pros: rang when we cleared customs did not have to wait long to be picked up , car was ready and easy drop off process.

Cons: we had a 6 seater for 4 adults and 2 kids , back seats, seatbelts and child seats had mould on them , as we had an astmatic child with us we had to buy cleaning products to clean the mould off just a minor problem to a great trip .

Cons: The whole "we don't care attitude". When I called about the engine light coming on, they told me just to keep driving it. I told them I was concerned it would break down on way to the airport, she just said ring the road side assist or ignore it. Very unprofessional.

Pros: They were down to earth. They were able to supply my car early as I had altered the date I flew into NZ but had forgotten to change the date I'd booked the rental car from. Thankfully the car was ready, so I could take it a day earlier.

Cons: The key was broken and had no remote locking device on it. The tag was cello taped to what remained of the key and this snapped on the first day I rented the car. It looked pretty tacky.

Pros: The car was value for money, the car condition was as expected for the price. It went well, no issues. The staff service on Sunday morning and at drop off was good.

Cons: Arrived late on Saturday night and was not able to make contact with a bargain rental representative. Picked the car up Sunday morning.

Cons: I was left stranded at Auckland International Airport after waiting for over 3 hours. I made over 30 calls for a shuttle to collect me and I finally got through to the call centre only to be told my booking had been cancelled. I had to find alternative accommodation and then return the next day to try and collect a car. I have been charged the full rental price for a 12 day hire which is very unfair given the error wasn’t my fault. I have emails to confirm that the booking wasn’t cancelled.
