Pros: I appreciated the one young man at Yes who worked with us patiently and kindly to help us secure our rental car that day we picked it up. Their online customer service person was very helpful and helped me solve the problem of the wrong contract and no photos of the car!

Cons: The car was very old and smelled funny. The Arial was damaged so the radio reception wasn't very good. When I told the assistant that I did not require the extra insurance to lower the excess. I had to wait quite a while for the shuttle to pick me up and the shuttle driver did not get out and offer to help with my bags like the other drivers.

He was talking in a Chinese language to a female on speakerphone all the way from the airport to the rental facility, then he was abrupt, dismissive and extremely rude to us as we collected the car. No customer service at all - it seemed we, his customers, were an inconvenience to his social life. I do not believe someone of that nature should be working in a customer facing role.

When we returned the car, the key as taken from us by a young female worker with no word to let us know if we needed to stay to hand it over officially or whether we could leave. Three return visits to change cars: They gave the wrong car on arrival, hatchback instead of saloon, second car was faulty and third car can barely climb a hill. Also, there wasn't any easy advice in the car about who to ring in the event of breakdown, problems, etc - no doubt this was in the small print, but something more obvious might help in the event of issues (which we didn't have). That said, the car drove well and was very adequate for our purposes.

Cons: The car was absolutely disgusting. It was more like rent a wreck. The car smelt, seats were stained, boot had green mould around the top, and it was covered in dents. To top it all, I had to leave a deposit, they had no idea of the insurance I had with you and told me that I would have to pay them and then get the money from you if I had an accident. They should have paid me to drive the car, it didn’t feel safe, no water in the washers, it was not fit for use.

Cons: They are not professional at all especially their manager I guess Christie or Christina. Have a only car instead of a Camry said there is some issue. Took the car in 2 kms the wipers came off during the heavy rain and they asked me drive back in the pouring rain later just added a screw when asked to give me a better car they said no asked my for a solution.

Cons: We had to wait over 2 hrs to collect the car as the girl at the shop didnt have the keys to enter. The car was in bad condition and not what I expected. When dropping off the car we could not get in contact with anyone. Would 100% not recommend or hire from them again.

Pros: They said we went to lunch... AKL is NZ crime Capitol especially Sth AKL... I don't think I'd feel comfortable if my staff left everything open while they went to lunch....
