Pros: Contact ‘Emma’ at Eurocar in Rotorua has excellent service. Very helpful, and ensured my issues were taken care of
Cons: Had a car accident, and the customer helpline and road side assistance wasted 2hours of my time. Did not listen or offer a solution to the situation

Cons: We waited for 2 hours at the depot to to collect our car and there was no indication on the voucher that we had to collect it from Europcar. It wasn’t until I called the number that I figured it out as the number was directed to Europcar. There was no representative from Discovercar available and Europcar couldn’t offer any alternative or reason as to why we weren’t being served.
Pros: Leider wurde nicht informiert, dass Keddy durch Europcar vertreten wurde...Darum musste mehr Zeitaufwand durch suchen und durchfragen investiert werden.
Cons: Mitarbeiterin von Europcar wirkte gestresst und darum eher unfreundlich
Pros: Dropping the car off.
Cons: Confusing that Keddy does not exist, the car was provided by Europcar. Wrong advice on phone about which terminal to go to. Wrong to make us get an International licence in English translated for 49 dollars. Wrong to make us wait almost 2 hours for a car. Wrong to provide the wrong size of car. The service at the Europcar Domestic terminal desk was shockingly bad. We were made to wait so long it gave us big problems for the day. The huge gas guzzling vehicle cost us a lot more in fuel. APPALLING
Rental Conditions
Please check the Rental Conditions for each vehicle prior to booking as some conditions, particularly the deposit and deductible, may vary based on the class of vehicle.
An administrative charge of 3.45 % will apply for payments made using the following card(s) Diners.
The following surcharges may apply: Premium Location surcharge.
For certain car groups, minimal rental age is 25 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
The driver license must be written in English alphabet.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the driver license is written in a language other than that of the renting country and/or in characters that cannot be read in the renting country.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
ID documents must be hard copies; documents held on mobile devices will not be accepted. In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, flight information.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: Diners, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card.
Cash, Cheques, Debit cards, Prepaid cards is/are not accepted.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
Delivery/Collection service is available within city limits. Additional charges will be applied, depending on the distance.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 0 minutes.
