Pros: Loved how friendly and helpful the staff were. It took us 10 minutes tops to pick up the car and 5 mins to drop it off.

Cons: My only recommendation would be if the company can have the cars that a due to be collected at a certain time, to have them parked up the front ready to go. Other than that the service was great.

Pros: The car was pretty new and well taken care of. Very comfortable to use. I got a better car than I had expected. Engineer staff and drivers were super friendly.

Cons: One thing I wasn't happy was the inside of front window was a bit dusty, and I had to bring a towel and wipe it myself. Another thing was, this is too small a thing but, compared to car rental services in Japan, the staff at the reception could have been a bit more friendly, but outside Japan, this is just standard, no bad element at all. The content of service was satisfying, with clear explanations.

She wasn’t great at engaging or talking and literally grunted instead of talking. Some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered.

Also we had an accident when stopped at a give way and someone ran into the back of us. The car was drivable then but unlockable. I was told that to change it I would have to drive it back to Auckland and pick up the replacement. Impractical.

Cons: The pickup took over an hour, despite completing the online checkin in advance. I had to dig out three different numbers for the company before getting a response. And even then they picked up after a number of repeated calls. The agent who picked up was very curt on the phone. The shuttle took over half an hour to arrive after the phone call to the company. After reaching the office, we were kept waiting, while prioritizing Park-n-fly customers who arrived later. The car was an old model.

Cons: It wasn't Rentalcars247, that was the problem. I think it was Discover Cars. There was no clarity about the insurance cover which made it a nervous trip in the case of an accident. Rentalcars247 wasn't able to explain it sufficiently saying it was arranged by the agent which I presume was Discover Cars. It seemed that were there an accident where we were at fault, we would have a $2,000 excess whereas we thought we'd purchased full insurance cover.

Cons: When we arrived in Aukland Domestic airport we followed the email instructions to go to Jetstar door 8 where we would see the shuttle area, we phoned & waited & kept seeing the Park N Fly shuttle bus turning into another shuttle area several roads away, we eventually walked over there & spoke to the driver who said our instructions are incorrect & Jetstar door 8 is not where we are supposed to be picked up. We were not the only people waiting in the wrong area .

But they never payed me back and also AA could do nothing and left in 3mins as the car warranty was left. We drove 4hours back to Rentalcars247 with alarm in fear but they treated me shit.

Pros: Once we got to the rental car location, I was in and out of the office with my car in less than 5 minutes. Drop off of the car was even quicker. The car was very new, very clean, and very reliable. The price of the rental was one of the best we found. Overall great experience.

Cons: My only complaint was the difficulty at getting picked up from the airport on the first day. It would be better if they had an easier way of getting to the rental car location. We waited for over 30 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up (after attempting to call the provided phone number and not getting an answer about 5 times). More efficiency on this end would be much appreciated by customers. (I should note that the drop off at the airport was incredibly fast and convenient)
