Cons: The pickup took over an hour, despite completing the online checkin in advance. I had to dig out three different numbers for the company before getting a response. And even then they picked up after a number of repeated calls. The agent who picked up was very curt on the phone. The shuttle took over half an hour to arrive after the phone call to the company. After reaching the office, we were kept waiting, while prioritizing Park-n-fly customers who arrived later. The car was an old model.

Cons: It wasn't Rentalcars247, that was the problem. I think it was Discover Cars. There was no clarity about the insurance cover which made it a nervous trip in the case of an accident. Rentalcars247 wasn't able to explain it sufficiently saying it was arranged by the agent which I presume was Discover Cars. It seemed that were there an accident where we were at fault, we would have a $2,000 excess whereas we thought we'd purchased full insurance cover.

We did not see anything stating where to get a shuttle car for your company to the pick up location therefore we spent quite a while looking and calling for directions. Once we knew the shittle picked up and got the van it was an easy check out from there.

Pros: service was very friendly and fast both on collection and returning. the car matched the description when booking online and it was super comfy to drive. we travelled 1200km up and down hills, and sharp corners too with nil issues. courtesy of airport pick up and drop off was very much appreciated.

Pros: On the drop Off day, the Customer service from the lady called Mezbin was 0 level. No smile no greetings and having argue with us for 1 disposable drink cup left behind in the car as rubbish. As there was no rubbish at all in the car and the car was returned very nice and clean.

Cons: When we arrived in Aukland Domestic airport we followed the email instructions to go to Jetstar door 8 where we would see the shuttle area, we phoned & waited & kept seeing the Park N Fly shuttle bus turning into another shuttle area several roads away, we eventually walked over there & spoke to the driver who said our instructions are incorrect & Jetstar door 8 is not where we are supposed to be picked up. We were not the only people waiting in the wrong area .

Pros: Great car from the primary rental company. I took the cheaper discover cars insurance and had to make a claim due to a minor accident. The process worked well to recover my losses paid to the primary rental car company.

Cons: Rentalcars 247 customer service is terrible. They're busy but no staff to handle. The car I got was 2022 model but oneday all of the sudden, the boot opened whenever I press breakpadal. It was such a strange and scary experience. When I explained this, they asked me to call AA, pay first and bring the reciept. But they never payed me back and also AA could do nothing and left in 3mins as the car warranty was left. We drove 4hours back to Rentalcars247 with alarm in fear but they treated me shit.

This took me about 40mins which I was so annoyed with and no help from your staff. I had to use my mothers bank card to pay for our rental. (Really, how embarrassing). Would I come back again? cause I will, but please take this into account for those coming through next time. I was not happy with your reception staff on the day. Not helpful!

Pros: Once we got to the rental car location, I was in and out of the office with my car in less than 5 minutes. Drop off of the car was even quicker. The car was very new, very clean, and very reliable. The price of the rental was one of the best we found. Overall great experience.

Cons: My only complaint was the difficulty at getting picked up from the airport on the first day. It would be better if they had an easier way of getting to the rental car location. We waited for over 30 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up (after attempting to call the provided phone number and not getting an answer about 5 times). More efficiency on this end would be much appreciated by customers. (I should note that the drop off at the airport was incredibly fast and convenient)
