Maybe they were new at their job but considering time is money maybe they need to consider speeding things up for their client who is paying a lot of money to be in the country. And then also considering the time crunch they may need getting back to the airport. Caused a little distress, but thankfully things came out OK in our case.

I'm accustomed to these parts on the right side of the steering wheel. It took several tries to pair my blue tooth off my phone but once on, it was fine. The Suzuki Swift car I had was very economical and used approximately $60.00 of 91 fuel for a road trip from Mangere Auckland to Cambridge, Te Awamutu return to Akl

The surcharges on my Australian debit card were horrendously expensive. Customers who don't use a credit card should not be charged these extra transaction fees. Use of electronic apps like WIze credit card and Remitly to do bookings would be great.

Rentalcars247 wasn't able to explain it sufficiently saying it was arranged by the agent which I presume was Discover Cars. It seemed that were there an accident where we were at fault, we would have a $2,000 excess whereas we thought we'd purchased full insurance cover.

We waited for over 30 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up (after attempting to call the provided phone number and not getting an answer about 5 times).
