Pros: For the size of the car (Toyota RAV 4) to the cost, the value was good. The hassle wasn't worth it though. I'd pay more for better experience.

Cons: My experience w/ YesAway/Great Rentals (they are the same) was nothing short of disappointing. I was met w/ filth both around the premises and the car itself. The customer service was virtually non-existent; attempts to reach out for assistance via phone were fruitless as nobody answered. Archaic paper-based processes made the whole ordeal even more frustrating as no confirmation of vehicle return. They hold your $1k deposit for 14 days after return, other companies return instantly. Stay away!

Pros: Great and fast service. Car don’t have a full tank and they told me I didn’t have to fill it up upon return. The car was excellent. I was pleasantly surprised by the whole thing

Pros: We were able to switch the car when asked and they worked with us without any issue. For airport pickup we had to wait over an hour. But I dont think it was the company fault. We booked thru Discovercar.com and there was no mention of this car company on the papers, so we had no idea who the company was.

Cons: Unable to understand the representative over the phone. Shuttle service and office hours are limited. Never received an itemised invoice for fuel charged after returning the vehicle with less than a full tank. Cars exterior was dirty on pick up, stains on interior.

Pros: Quick pick up, one guy was very personable and helpful. The other not so much. Immediate drop off, the nice man at the agency took me straight away, without having to wait for the van. Car was ok, good value.

Cons: The guys behind the desk where we picked up the car spoke little english, spoke their own language between eachother while customers were doing the paperwork to collect their cars, i felt that was a bit rude especially when in an english speaking cou. The car itself was fine apart from everything in it was in Japanese. Couldn't even use the radio because we couldn't work out how to without a single English word on the screen. I asked the guy if it could be changed to English and he just said no.

Cons: Grotty depot, rubbish bin overflowing, yard overgrown and neglected. Incorrect sign outside. Shuttle was a disaster. Driver looked at our papes and said we were not his client. Left us waiting for one hour!

Cons: Tried to give me a car without a luggage cover which would have left all luggage visible from outside the car. Had to make quite a fuss before the guy rang his boss and in 20 seconds had found one and fitted it! Also, pick up could only be arranged by phone call - not ideal when travelling abroad and you don't yet have a local SIM.

Cons: Only downside was the first car we were supposed to rent had a stereo that was all Japanese. But the agent let us swap cars to one with a more basic but English stereo. Was a bit of a mess around but it was sorted quick.

Cons: The car kept yelling at me in an Asian language. The sat nav and radio was all in an Asian language with no way to change it. It took 40 min to be picked up from the airport. When I dropped the car off it was all rush rush because there were people in the car waiting to go to the airport. I left things in the car cause I was rushed to get out and get in the van. No place to charge a phone in the car.

Pros: Zippy little car. Loved it. I was meant to drop car off by 5pm, but an appointment went 90 minutes over, and with peak hour Akld traffic made me 2 hours late and an hour past closing time. On arrival, the attendant was accommodating and very kindly raced me to the airport for a 7pm flight. He drove fast and very safely despite being 1 hour past their close time. I was impressed. Thank you very much for what you did. I appreciated it!!

Cons: On pick up noone was there. A call to them told me they were 10 mins away. They arrived and drove like a mad man! No one in the depot when we arrived. It explained everything. Paperwork done well. Shown to Nissan Tiida. First thing was it smelt, didn't feel clean. Had to leave windows open for 2-3 hours to get rid of smell. Windscreen was dirty too. Not shown where things in car were, like handbrake which was on the floor.
