Pros: Il ont tenu compte de nos horaires de retour à l’aéroport international malgré qu’il n’y avait plus des touristes internationaux (Ouverture à 9h00 pendant cette période spéciale). Il y avait à 8h00 une personne pour nous ramener à la l’aéroport international. Point très positif et agréable.

Cons: Je ne peux pas dire que c’est un point négatif mais c’est un peu de ma faute, j’ai oublié mon support téléphone sur le pare brise. La compagnie aurait pu me passer un coup de fil pour me signaler. Peut-être qu’elle ne la pas vu ou elle a vu plus tard.

Pros: I have rented several cars all over the world but I have never been fooled like this before

Cons: It is the worst organized company. Employees are dishonest and lie to you constantly. The car took 12.7l per 100 kilometers. It was not the car we ordered online. It was wickedly expensive!

Cons: Difficult to contact, time to pick up, rubbish car, poor performance and condition. Fuel said quarter, but red light before I got out of city. Wheels made catching noise (brakes? bearings?)

Cons: Horrible check in experience. Took over an hour to get picked up at the airport. Then shaken down by rental agent with significantly higher charges at pick up and then given a run down dirty car covered in dents with the front bumper held on with zip-ties.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 1930.00 - € 2760.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 20 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name.
Deposit and deductible policy
At the time of pick up customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit. The following credit cards issued on the main driver's name are accepted: American Express, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card. Any other cards or cash payments are not accepted.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Cross-border policy
Using a ferry is allowed on the previous request and for an additional charge with special permission from the car rental company.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
If the car is returned with a lesser amount of fuel, a refueling charge of 50 USD will be applied + the cost of the missing fuel.
