North Car Rental at Auckland Airport

Cons: Scruffy office area. dirty unlit toilet. Car WOF expired during our rental.

Cons: I saw the car presented in the picture online was a new sukuzi swift and we got a 20+ years old Nissan, which worked fine but the picture was misleading. It was scratched all over and we were happy we had taken a lot of detail pictures so we couldn’t be charged for that. We could have rented a much cheaper car if we chose for a very old one.

Pros: Shocking from the start. Booked car for pick up at 8am, I wasnt able to pick car up closer to 9am as they didn't open till 8, car wasnt ready when I got there. Organizer was very pushy and didn't seem to care. Won't be using them again.

Cons: Messy car. As I was taking photos of the damages, the organiser was trying to push me out kept saying "its fine". Chip in front windscreen, right in drivers view, 1 headlight wasnt working properly, wasnt cleaned at all, pet hair, drink spillages, very dirty on the outside.

The guy who picked us up and dropped us off was a very wreak less driver and made us feel sick. We paid $1500 as a deposit and still waiting for the money. It’s been 4 days already and we want our money back.
