Cons: From the time we landed to driving out of the yard it took 1hr 30mins. The car was dirty and had scratches and holes. It didn’t feel very safe to drive. The guy who picked us up and dropped us off was a very wreak less driver and made us feel sick. We paid $1500 as a deposit and still waiting for the money. It’s been 4 days already and we want our money back.

Cons: Waited for 1/2 hour for the pick-up, person on the phone barely understandable, charged extra $100 because I wanted to drop the car outside office hours, pulled the $2500 security deposit from our account instead of holding it, car was ok clean on the inside, but dirty on the outside, nothing is computerized .. they didn’t know what the deposit is.

Cons: The car was old (a 2012 Prius), dirty on the inside upon pickup, and poorly maintained (there was no windshield wiper fluid). The location is offsite, and although they had a shuttle van at pickup, they did not have it for return. No one was present at the office, and I had to call to return the car. They also wanted to separate me from other customers to drive us to the airport terminal in a returned car. It makes me think that they do not have airport permission for drop-offs, and the need to

Didn’t provide copy of signed contract at time of signing nor after repeated requests. Kept saying would. Never did. Car very scraped up/worn interior, not totally clean. All of it made me feel uncomfortable about driving car. Felt relieved when returned car I had no issues. But not good feeling to have worry if did,in back of mind whole trip.

Pros: Very affordable (you get what you pay for) and quick pick-up and drop-off. Car was a hybrid, which was perfect for city driving and fuel efficient for longer days of driving too.

Cons: Initially hard to reach when it came to figuring out the pick-up at the airport. Granted, we arrived earlier than anticipated and North Car Rental got in touch with us just before our planned arrival time to let us know where to meet them.

Car old and worn out, cleaning could be done better. they did not have my car available so they tried to give me another model which I did not agree to so they brought the correct one over the next day. Was alright but would not work if needed to leave the city straight away. Had to fill up the fuel although it was their mistake not having the car ready. Also car was cleaned but a bit sloppily so. Old car model so pretty worn out and no modern cons.

Additionally charged us a cleaning fee despite no prior advice that it was necessary to clean before drop off
