Pros: They were super helpful, the pick up and drop off service was great, and the car was perfect for our needs.

Pros: Prompt replies to email queries, friendly and helpful service, simple rental pickup and drop-off process, shuttle availability from and to airport, would highly recommend.

Pros: Check in/check out was quick and easy. Pick up at the airport was efficient and staff were all extremely friendly and helpful.

Cons: The gates were closed when we returned the car, but it was Easter/Good Friday, and staff were on hand to let us in and to return the car. The company signs are not easily seen from driving past on the street, and we did have to ask for directions - turned out we were right outside the yard!! It wasn't really a problem, but maybe a sign on the fence would help.

Pros: I would like you to improve your instructions as to finding Cross Country rentals at the International terminal, I called them 3 times and left messages, no return phone call, when an airport personnel called them for me they picked up. We walked all over the place trying to find where we were getting picked up when all you had to say in your instructions was to go to the off site shuttle area which was clearly marked. Please fix this it was really frustrating lugging luggage all around.

Cons: Per un piccolo danno subito, non per mia colpa, sul paraurti anteriore dell' auto noleggiata, alla consegna si sono presi dalla mia carta, 3.000 dollari neozelandesi, oltre a 75 dollari per uso della carta di credito (in euro circa 1.900 euro). Poi APPENA POSSIBILE mi manderanno il conto della riparazione e mi restituiranno i soldi se la spesa è inferiore a quanto trattenutomi. Credo che sarebbe stato più corretto l addebito dopo che avessero ricevuto la fattura dal riparatore.

Pros: They were just easy to deal with, relaxed and no pressure to upgrade or buy excess insurance (unlike some hire companies)

Cons: Two Outlanders or similar car size would have been perfect for the adults and kids we had. The Hyundai was too small, and display screen was coming up "service needed" "air needed." The rear righthand tyre, was showing a reduced air pressure compared to the other 3. Took tyre to the tyre man thinking it was flat. Tyre was not flat. They put tyre back on and problem disappeared. Sensor problem. Car registration expired 10 days into our trip.

Pros: Friendly people, fast service, good car with valuable options (adaptive cruise control eg), and a free drop-off at the hotel after returning the car. Great service, real NZ-style!

Pros: Once we arrived and rang they were very quick in picking us up and taking us to our rental car. The car was presented in a clean and tidy condition and was perfect for our 2 week vacation. When we took the car back. Quick check of car and taken straight to the airport. Great customer service.

Cons: They have not returned our deposit even thought the lady confirmed the petrol tank was full and everything was fine. I have called today as well with no answer and have left a message.

Pros: The pick up was quick and easy and staff very friendly. Car was as booked. Drop off after hours was also simple and getting taxi to airport from the location was no problem

Cons: One issue, which we only found out about on the last day was that the tailgate door did not lock. Obviously, not great since we parked the car many times with valuables in the car!

Cons: Very difficult to find representative at the airport as the shuttle wasn’t in the usual rental car shuttle area. Directions given were poor. We tried to return the car with our two children and were then told we could get the shuttle with our children as they didn’t accommodate children in the shuttle, despite not being communicated to us earlier. We were provided with the wrong car seats for our children, with no instructions provided on how to install them.

Pros: Fast.

Cons: Did not get a call yet that my personal TomTom navigation device was left behind in the glove compartment in the dashboard. Also did not receive my NZD 200 deposit back yet.
