Pros: Hertz acts for Firefly at this location. Very competent folks, good service.

Cons: I had to cover a fair amount of territory to rent the car. I walked to Firefly's location in an outlying lot to find them closed, with no signage. Using a courtesy phone I learned I had to return to the main terminal, deal with the Hertz desk, and then walk all the way back to pick up the car, from the Hertz location. Very nice people but a bit disorganized. I think it's because they're still trying to settle on how Firefly can function with Hertz.

Cons: Lazy, couldn't be bothered to fill forms correctly. The hertz service desk rang back and abused him car was not even ready . Had to wait for them to get a car. Suppose to be a 1.30 pickup got there at 1.00 took an hour to get the paper work sorted then we had to wait another hour for them to wash the car picked up after 3.00 . To top it the car had a faulty back rim and had to return it back and pick up another car . This process took an hour again . Disappointed in the original pickup service

Pros: I got a good car, in pretty good condition, and the people I dealt with were very friendly. The drop-off, at Hertz, was super easy. I will likely use Firefly again.

Cons: Now I know - Firefly is not with the other companies in the main terminal during normal business hours. They are easy to find, but the info is not posted clearly and I had to ask around. The very nice Firefly agent was not experienced in dealing with your voucher and I had to help her to avoid being over-charged. The car's wiper blades were old, hardened, and thus not effective.
