Pros: good Attitude and friendliness r the main attractions to any business. I am afraid The attendant at athen’s airport branch had neither. And the exorbitant penalty for a ridiculous small damage was the icing on the cake. In hindsight, it not so much the money as much the bad attitude and the unrefined manner in which it was applied.

Pros: It wasn't the same car from the App I chose but it was a nice car.

Cons: I didn't like the fact of paying insurance twice, and I'm still waiting to see if my deposit will be returned to my car. I gave car back Thursday evening so I'm waiting to see if I get the money the deposit back on Monday.

Pros: It was relatively painless

Cons: Peugeot 208 or similar. The only ‘similar’ about that and the Suzuki Beleno I received was the size. The CarWiz Suzuki was clapped out and certainly not maintained by the company. The issue with the vehicle were: Headlight covers were so old, it was dangerous at night because the light level was so low High beams just had no power Petrol tank release button was held together with tape Rear vision mirror kept droppin Check tyre light Back parcel shelf cover 100 km an hour shudder Remote keys

Cons: The car was about 1/8 below full at pick up and the agent told me to bring back the same, I even took picture. When I returned the car at same level, they forced me to go put 15 euro more in telling me it is lower than when I picked up, which I did to avoid issues. After putting in 15 Euro as they instructed the car was then above the full line and when I told them so and that they maid me fill up and I want m money back, they said there was nothing they can do.

Pros: Very friendly people especially Mr. Menelaos who picked us up from the airport and also dropped us off.

Cons: We don't use credit cards, only debit ones. It was something that struggled us with the deposit.

Cons: the counter says they do not accept a non-bank credit card for a deposit and you need a bank credit card!!! And now to rent the car I have to get insurance through them!!! I explain and insist that it is an international card and I work with him regularly in car rentals he repeats and says I understand but this is the policy of the company a bank credit card or insurance through us. I had no choice and took out additional insurance through them. Now I have double insurance on the car .

Cons: 1. I was a little early but was happy to wait for my car. Instead of that the clerk Felicitas tricked me into taking a Car category CFAR (compact) although I had booked IFAR (intermediate) and trying to convince me it’s a favor because I’m early!!! 2. Even that category I had to wait for for over 90 min. The excuse was it is being washed and in the end the car brought was parked outside the whole time. 3. Dishonest. Inefficient. Terrible language barrier and immense paperwork. Took ages!!!

Cons: Driver that took us to the pick up location was driving dangerously, wasn’t polite and didn’t even offer to help us with picking up luggage in to the car. The actual car was old (had over 120000 km) and would rather something newer . Also it was scratched everywhere.

I called them twice to find out each time told me 10 min... with no patience what so ever - telling me they have a lot of work... Cons: Thankfully we had a ride from family to the car rental shop. When we got there we were told we had to schedule the shuttle 3 days in advance. The car had a lot of miles, the lights weren't bright and they charged us 40 euros to clean the car because it was "dirty."

Pros: Most of the agents were very friendly and helpful. The pick up and drop off service works well, except that the pick up service is only arranged after you give the rental a call, resulting in time wasted picking up your car. It is located fairly close to the airport and commuting to pick it up is relatively convenient.

Cons: The car rental agent gave misleading information to sell a product that I didn't need. This is related to roadside assistance which was not mentioned in the documents from discovercars but actually was already covered. The second thing is that the picture display of the car and the actual car is very different. This car had done nearly 100000kms and was not in the best state for a rental car. There was no spare tyre. However luckily I did not have any probelms.

Pros: It was nice car with good condition but it wasn’t clean from outside and it wasn’t at the airport we took shuttle bus to go n pick the car

Cons: When returning the vehicle, we were charged for damage that cannot be seen and is really minor, and we were charged an additional 174 euros. I am now in the process of getting a refund. This experience clouded the car rental event.

Pros: Dropping off the car was a night mare . Maria the agent was so disrespectful and unprofessional the way I was treated . It escalated to the point I had to be there for 3 hours and cops got involved . Everything was amazing and the experience I had was great through out my trip till the moment I was a victim to the office and was treated like garbage in front of other customers and office.

Cons: That Carwitz office needs to explain and communicate with each other by putting information in the computer that they promised that they will do for the customer.

Pros: It was very straightforward, the car was in good condition. Due to the reviews we were very carefull to take a lot of pictures of the car before we took it. But there was no issues when we took it back, they just wanted to transfer us back to the airport as quickly as possible.

Cons: I was charged £40 extra for arriving after 10 pm. I was also charged 111 euro for using a debit card instead of a credit card. Their system didn't accept my credit card.

Cons: Read every line of the contract. They charge $40 euro if you even set foot on a ferry. It does not matter if you do so once or a hundred times during your rental. They also charge $1100 as a deposit that they tell you AFTER the rental that it will not be refunded for 2-4 weeks.

Maar spiro pakte het meteen super op bracht ons met de huur auto naar het vliegveld. . Deze jongen begrijp hoe Hij service moet bieden. Voor de klant dikke 10 voor hem ook Dimitri die de dag van ophalen van de auto vriendelijk en veel uitleg. Als ik in Athene ben word zeker weer mijn auto bij hun huren 👍👍👍

Cons: the staff is polite, however, very slow. the pick up process took 1 hour even though there were only 2 customers to process. By the time my car is ready it was already dark. The vehicle had quite a few scratches so I had to take photos in the dark. I'm glad I did, as the staff tried to charge me for one (out of 10+ issues) that did not show in their records at the drop off. I was able to prove that the scratch was already there with the photos.

Cons: The van didn't have the tools needed to replace the tire and we had to go to a shop for that. We called car wiz and they were responsive but didn't know what to do. Didn't know how to take the spare wheel out. We had to spend hours at differnt shops. Also, towards the end the clutch started giving us trouble and they didn't know how to help... just told us to keep on driving. Also - the wheel sensor kept going up and we had to keep stopping at repair shops in order to check that it was safe

I had to call my bank at 8 pm to get them understand that my Mastercard Gold is not a debit but a credit card: of course, there was no problem to get a pre-authorisation on the card! NEVER RENT WITH CARWIZ IN GREECE!

We were later than planned as a result I phined to say I woudl be over an hour late to pick up the car, but this was not recorded on the systerm and the hire was automatically cancelled. They found another car at the same price, but it was unecessary.
