Ok Mobility at Athens Airport

Pros: Drop off was speedy and the agent friendly

Cons: Pick up was diabolical. The agent was rude and unhelpful. They did not have the car I reserved and paid for in advance. They said it was a problem with the booking system and not their fault.

Pros: Nothing except for the guy at the drop according to my second driver who depot the car. He was nice

Cons: Wrong car delivered. Wrong information inte contract. The car in the contract did not exist. No gasoline in the car. Extrem bad behaviour from the lady we met the first day

Cons: - they cancelled my car because my flight was delayed even though i called them in advance to notify them, twice, and they said ok - noone informed me that the car was cancelled, i found out upon arrival at the airport and we had find another one from other company last minute - after cancelling the car, the staff woman was very rude and yelled at me

Cons: The pick up took a very long time and I had to call Discover cars to help me get hold of them. They had 3 nr that I called no ans!

Cons: The car had only one usb c port that was not working and not a normal usb port . I had to buy a usd port from a gas station and I plugged it in the lighters socket. Also there was no fluid for the wipers

Cons: Car gas was on empty at pick-up. Car had 39,000km with many existing straches and dents. No report on condition was shown at pick-up. Agent did not explain things well (except for trying to sell additional insurance). Pick-up agent seemed uninformed.

What's worse, we payed for an SUV as we have 4 adults and a child in a carseat, she gave us a tiny compact car. When we came back in, she tried to tell us that all the SUVs in the lot "had problems". I'm sorry to hear that, but that's not our problem. Don't offer SUVs online if you don't have them. Horrible business.

Cons: The company stole 51€ from my credit card without informing me 2 hours after the check out of my car and when I called them and asked them about this charge, they told me it was for the fuel of the car even though I have returned the car at the same condition as it was given to me. I was given a car whose half of the fuel tank was missing even though I had made a special request of having a car full of fuel because I had a long journey. They told me that none of their cars was full of gasoline.

Cons: There was a problem with the car immobilizer causing me to spend each time I need to start the car a few minutes till it started. When calling the customer service, once they passed me to tolling, and second time they said they will return to me, but they didn't. Furthermore, the car had smell of cigarettes.

Pros: The agent, Alex, was professional and helpful. He also managed a difficult, abusive customer with great patience (somehow didn't punch him out). I hope this comment gets back to him, very impressive.

Pros: Very gentle and nice people. They picked us up quickly at the airport and the same for the drive back. The car was correct. They indeed released the amount and were not picky when receiving the car back.

Cons: It was very frustrating to not receive any confirmation for the money blocked on the credit card, neither with all the scratches when we received the car, nor when we drove the car back. For those last reasons, I think I will not book again with that company.

Cons: the car was not adequately cleaned inside. Like somebody vomiting on the door. I changed the one agent first gave me but still the second was in dirty condition. Not crystal clean.

Pros: Good car as described, would have been nice to have a representative explain more details such as fuel type, how to use mapping system etc.

Cons: Unable to pay deposit with Debit card, a lot of other companies allow this. We had the full amount ready to pay on a debit card and be refunded once returned. Is there a reason you don't allow this? We have never had a credit card due to personal and religious reasons and feel this is discrimination due to this. Had no choice but to take out a large insurance policy even though we were covered elsewhere.
