Ok Mobility at Athens Airport

Pros: All well organized for pickup and dropoff, including shuttle.

Cons: They retained Euro 1400 security, sent an email saying they received the car and will release it when all verified. Well, didn’t hear back from them 10 days now, also no charge showing on my card. They sure could improve the process if they hope for better reviews.

Pros: Very rude agent when we picked up the car, who was giving us a bad attitude the moment we walked in the door. Also ended up raising her voice at us - not very professional. What's worse, we payed for an SUV as we have 4 adults and a child in a carseat, she gave us a tiny compact car. When we came back in, she tried to tell us that all the SUVs in the lot "had problems". I'm sorry to hear that, but that's not our problem. Don't offer SUVs online if you don't have them. Horrible business.

Cons: The company stole 51€ from my credit card without informing me 2 hours after the check out of my car and when I called them and asked them about this charge, they told me it was for the fuel of the car even though I have returned the car at the same condition as it was given to me. I was given a car whose half of the fuel tank was missing even though I had made a special request of having a car full of fuel because I had a long journey. They told me that none of their cars was full of gasoline.

Pros: Fast

Cons: There was a problem with the car immobilizer causing me to spend each time I need to start the car a few minutes till it started. When calling the customer service, once they passed me to tolling, and second time they said they will return to me, but they didn't. Furthermore, the car had smell of cigarettes.

Cons: What expressed above On the First day, while travelling in the middle of nowhere, I called assistance (spoke with an Italian lady who transferred me to a Spanish gentleman) because the panel said (key card battery low). All they could tell me was to call local car assistance or find someone to change the battery or to watch a tutorial! They did not offer an adequate assistance. I felt abandoned. Cons: I had a booking with included insurrance, they made me pay 260€ more for the same insurrance. I told them but they didn’t wanted to hear about it. Absolutely not acceptable.

Pros: The agent, Alex, was professional and helpful. He also managed a difficult, abusive customer with great patience (somehow didn't punch him out). I hope this comment gets back to him, very impressive.

Pros: Excellent car and value for money. However nearly missed flight back due to slow hand back process.

Cons: One agent only for customers both picking up and dropping off. Fat manager sat in corner office and did nothing to help sole counter staff. Many needlessly dissatisfied customers.

Pros: Very gentle and nice people. They picked us up quickly at the airport and the same for the drive back. The car was correct. They indeed released the amount and were not picky when receiving the car back.

Cons: It was very frustrating to not receive any confirmation for the money blocked on the credit card, neither with all the scratches when we received the car, nor when we drove the car back. For those last reasons, I think I will not book again with that company.

Cons: the car was not adequately cleaned inside. Like somebody vomiting on the door. I changed the one agent first gave me but still the second was in dirty condition. Not crystal clean.

Pros: Good car as described, would have been nice to have a representative explain more details such as fuel type, how to use mapping system etc.

Cons: Unable to pay deposit with Debit card, a lot of other companies allow this. We had the full amount ready to pay on a debit card and be refunded once returned. Is there a reason you don't allow this? We have never had a credit card due to personal and religious reasons and feel this is discrimination due to this. Had no choice but to take out a large insurance policy even though we were covered elsewhere.
