Cons: Not much. If there was anything it would be the drop off of the car as it took a few extra minutes but it may also have been the timing as a few cars came in the same time as us and there were a few people picking up cars.

Cons: The person who reviewed the car with me at pick up did not seem well trained or familiar with the vehicle.

Cons: I did not know that when an insurance claim is made, it is better to do the insurance at Alamo and not at the car agency where I rented the car (DiscoverCars), which caused me to waste time and money.

Cons: They travel agents were the most rude people I have ever meet. They refused to give me the car and kept at the airport both me and my family for more than 2 hours.

Cons: According to my contract, the Fuel policy was Full to full. I received the car with the fuel tank less than half empty. At the end my fuel expenses was higher with about quarter of a tank than it should have.

Cons: I've been renting cars from you for the seventh time. I've never had anything like this happen to me. The car is broken and it's not pleasant to drive. A car that hasn't been serviced and the oil and service light came on. I had to pay for adding oil a total of 30 Euros and treatment and it came to me in the amount of 75 Euros a total of 105 Euros I have never had a case like this I paid with the best of my money and got an unreliable car with crashes everywhere possible why why do I deserve thi

Cons: - Skoda Octavia without parking sensors and without cruise control is not acceptable in 2023 - Car had many many scratches here and there. Nothing major but still. - booked an Skoda Octavia since I needed a big trunk. Was told at the Citroen C4 has bigger trunk + it’s diesel. Switched to Citroen C4. At the parking was told the C4 had tyres issues. Had to switch back to Octavia. Was told at the parking Octavia has bigger trunk. Nothing major but not best customer service:)

Cons: It took us more than an hour to get service at the counter as the agent is servicing several companies and there was a queue of several people waiting in line.

Pros: The agents were very polite and helpful. The prise was quite good and the service quite quick.

Cons: The key remote didn't work. The front windshield wipers only partialy cleaned the rain water affecting visibility. The back wouldn't clean at all. Worn rear tyres. The suspension (probably) caused strange car behaviour on turns of bumpy roads (that are often seen in Greece). The squeaks and crackling from the interior and especially from the exhaust when tuned to certain frequencies were very intens, like driving an old dray. Cargo cover broken and the volume button was not working.

Cons: Just one little think I got an email the day I had to hand back and it got the time wrong ( one hour different between the email and the contract) . I still got it there on time but it was an unnecessary email.

Pros: Έχω νοικιάσει πολλές φορές από αυτη την εταιρία και είμαι απόλυτα ικανοποιημένος Το προσωπικό πολύ φιλικό και συνεργάσιμο Κάθε φορά που επιλέγω να νοικιάσω αυτοκίνητο τους εξήγησα τι θέλω να κάνω με το αυτοκίνητο και που θέλω να πάω και μου έδωσαν την καλύτερη επιλογή. Επίσης είναι πάραπολύ επιοικέις με τις μικρές γρατσουνιές. Η παραλαβή και η παράδοση είναι γρήγορη και ουσιαστική ( δεν νιώθεις οτι περνάς από ανάκριση ) όπως γίνεται σε όλες τις άλλες επώνυμες εταιρίας.

Pros: Very helpful desk, not as much waiting time as a few years ago, plus I got a very nice upgrade, thank you.

Cons: This is the third time that a BMW car from Alamo/Enterprise brings tyre pressure error every second day. Weird and quite inconvenient but not a huge issue. The tires were on their very last days and possibly past them.

Pros: Fast, helpful, kind. When I have found a not registered dent on the car, they immediately put it on the contract when talking to them on the phone.

Cons: Car should be full of fuel (full to full)and the hirer should not have to guess to put in the same on return... I was also misled to believe I had the top insurance but when I got to a lamp I was told it was only medium so had to pay quite a lot more money to top that up....Not Alamos fault but yours...

Pros: The.van was very nice, clean and spacious.

Cons: Van was not ready in the time indicated at the contract desk of 20 minutes, staff at pick-up point ignored this customer after stating it would be an additional 30 minutes and again when it took over an hour more. Too many excuses why the van was not ready in time.

Pros: Initial service was professional.

Cons: Alamo tried the tried and tested 'let's rip of the tourist trick' so common in the southern European countries. During drop-off the inspection representative, without hesitation, went to insert the key into the drivers door only to say that it doesn't turn so it must be a new damage (no signs on the lock). The car ofcourse is pilot opened so majority of the customers would never think to check it before hand. I will never rent with alamo again.
