Alamo at Athens Airport

Pros: Quick pick-up and drop-off, polite and helpful staff, clean and reliable car.

Cons: Всё было отлично, никаких претензий

Pros: When we wanted to switch models they immediately agreed, nice staff, helpful and honest.

Cons: I booked a Suzuki Vitara for my trip. However, when I arrived at the rental desk, the sales representative attempted to assign me a Peugeot 208 instead, claiming that both vehicles fall under the same category. A Peugeot 208 is a significantly smaller vehicle than the Suzuki Vitara I reserved. Only after I firmly refused the alternative and insisted on receiving the vehicle class I actually booked did the clerk finally provide me with the Suzuki Vitara. This behavior is completely unacceptable a

Pros: the second car was in en excellent condition!!!

Cons: Car supposed to be full to full but I got almost empty tank and first thing need to go to petrol station!

Pros: I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the unacceptable and unprofessional service we received at your rental desk in Athens. Pros: No quibble on slightly less petrol, as guage just dropped shortly before arriving back to hand in.

Pros: Agents were kind and courteous

Cons: I asked for a Yaris Cross SUV, which is higher and easier to get into because I use a cane and have a bad knee. The car was not available and a BMW lower car was substituted. I struggled with this car, to get into and and out of it. There were engine lights that popped up the dashboard about pedestrian collision warning systems so don't open the hood of the car. What if I need to add windshield wiper fluid? I was in Sparti, so I could not drive this car back to Athens for the month I had it.

Cons: The ease.

Pros: Professional, fast and efficient. No hassle.

Cons: .

Cons: I had paid for a higher class car, which was not given

Pros: all good

Cons: all good

Pros: Staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons: Location was difficult to get to as a first timer.

Pros: Easy and quick, proffessionalism

Cons: Although I had previously e-checked in, I had to give again my ID and driving licence.

Cons: They travel agents were the most rude people I have ever meet. They refused to give me the car and kept at the airport both me and my family for more than 2 hours.

Pros: Everything was perfect!

Cons: No complains.

Cons: According to my contract, the Fuel policy was Full to full. I received the car with the fuel tank less than half empty. At the end my fuel expenses was higher with about quarter of a tank than it should have.

A car that hasn't been serviced and the oil and service light came on. I had to pay for adding oil a total of 30 Euros and treatment and it came to me in the amount of 75 Euros a total of 105 Euros I have never had a case like this I paid with the best of my money and got an unreliable car with crashes everywhere possible why why do I deserve thi

Cons: Long wait at the desk . They could have another representative at the counter.

Cons: they lied to me gave me an opel instead of Bmw

Pros: All of the above

Cons: Old car 90000km though told 1/4 fule I got car with empty light on

Pros: ease and speed of picking up the car, reps were v helpful and friendly

Cons: the car required re-balancing as the steering was juddery at high speed

Pros: The agents were very polite and helpful. The prise was quite good and the service quite quick.

Cons: The key remote didn't work. The front windshield wipers only partialy cleaned the rain water affecting visibility. The back wouldn't clean at all. Worn rear tyres. The suspension (probably) caused strange car behaviour on turns of bumpy roads (that are often seen in Greece). The squeaks and crackling from the interior and especially from the exhaust when tuned to certain frequencies were very intens, like driving an old dray. Cargo cover broken and the volume button was not working.

Pros: Excellent Service. Thanks

Pros: Prompt and gracious service.

Pros: Quick pick up and drop off

Pros: Very helpful desk, not as much waiting time as a few years ago, plus I got a very nice upgrade, thank you.

Cons: This is the third time that a BMW car from Alamo/Enterprise brings tyre pressure error every second day. Weird and quite inconvenient but not a huge issue. The tires were on their very last days and possibly past them.

Pros: Fast , efficient and friendly

Cons: Car condition: Usb didn't work, window fidnt fully closed

Pros: Rapidité à la prise de la voiture et à la remise Voiture neuve

Cons: Rien

Pros: It seemed such a good deal when I booked my vehicle....

Pros: Convenient and fast service

Cons: Very old model and pretty cheap and inconvenient car.

Pros: Flexibility with return and pick up times

Cons: Booster seat for child over 4 years was not available on second pick up.

Pros: Fast, helpful, kind. When I have found a not registered dent on the car, they immediately put it on the contract when talking to them on the phone.

Pros: Good staff and quality cars...car had one or two little marks and a dent ...

Cons: Car should be full of fuel (full to full)and the hirer should not have to guess to put in the same on return... I was also misled to believe I had the top insurance but when I got to a lamp I was told it was only medium so had to pay quite a lot more money to top that up....Not Alamos fault but yours...

Pros: The.van was very nice, clean and spacious.

Cons: Van was not ready in the time indicated at the contract desk of 20 minutes, staff at pick-up point ignored this customer after stating it would be an additional 30 minutes and again when it took over an hour more. Too many excuses why the van was not ready in time.

Pros: Initial service was professional.

Cons: Alamo tried the tried and tested 'let's rip of the tourist trick' so common in the southern European countries. During drop-off the inspection representative, without hesitation, went to insert the key into the drivers door only to say that it doesn't turn so it must be a new damage (no signs on the lock). The car ofcourse is pilot opened so majority of the customers would never think to check it before hand. I will never rent with alamo again.
