Pros: Πολύ καλά αυτοκίνητά

Pros: People were helpfull

Cons: The 2 cars I received

Pros: Very friendly

Cons: The car from 2021 was cosmetic not so nice

Pros: Very disappointing experience. I specifically requested a car with Apple CarPlay, which is a standard feature in many rental cars today, and I even offered to pay extra for it. Unfortunately, the staff member I dealt with was not accommodating or willing to help find a suitable option. The customer service was poor and left a bad impression. I would recommend renting from one of the major car rental companies at the airport instead, as they tend to provide a much better customer experience.

Pros: Maybe it missed a screen in the car

Pros: The staff were all very friendly and the check in and handover procedures were straightforward without any of the the sketchy behaviour sadly found so often at European car hire.

Cons: Locating the driver for pick up from the airport was challenging. We waited maybe 30 minutes and had to phone the office to find out where and when someone would come for us.

Pros: Drop off in Downtown Athens, the guy was so nice

Cons: Pickup instructions at Athens Airport weren’t clear

Pros: Staff were very helpful.

Cons: Took almost an hour for the shuttle to get me. Car wasn't maintained well. Brakes squealed and the oil was black. Suspension needed maintenance.

Pros: We got a new clean car

Cons: Booster prize a little too high

Pros: Very friendly

Cons: The car although it was new it had too many dents. The fuel policy "return it as it is"

Cons: Unprofessional people

Cons: Only criticism is you don't know what car you are going to get as they'll give you an equivalent to what you booked.

Pros: the service the attitude

Cons: as a recurring customer that should be a way to make the car pickup faster

Cons: I requested a vehicle with car play and they were not accommodating

Pros: The staff was very kind. The interior part of the car was clean.

Cons: The outside of the car was dirty. There was no water for the windshield wipers.

Pros: Overall - quick and easy process o pick-up and drop-off, helpful and positive employees.

Pros: For those who are new to you, it's not the easiest thing to do, but for those who have already dealt with you, finding you at the airport is a simple task. Beyond that, everything was on a professional level.

Pros: They had to replace the car, initially they gave me a car which was in poor condition and it wasn’t checked before giving it to me. 2 days later they replaced later

Cons: They gave me a car that wasn’t checked for faults before giving it to the costumer. AC wasn’t working

Pros: Value for the money I paid.

Cons: Site away from airport takes some time for pickup and drop off.

Pros: Great customer service

Cons: Seats could have been slightly cleaner.

Pros: Staff friendly and helpful especially as we arrive near midnight.

Cons: Only bad point was the time we had to wait at airport for pick up.

Pros: Good price

Cons: Car not as expected.

Pros: very fast and friendly service

Cons: The first car had a check engine light. The second car had a check engine light within 20 kilometres of driving. Took the car back straight away after paying tolls to turn around. Had to argue to receive a car similar to the one booked. Staff are rude!

Pros: The second car I got was ok and ran perfectly. It was a diesel

Cons: First car had clutch issues would struggle going up hill in first engine management light came on first day I had it.

Pros: No surprises

Cons: Multimedia

Pros: Very friendly, great prices, easy to find, an easy and reliable pick up and drop off service

Pros: Efficient Desk and despatch

Cons: Not being at the Airport means a little extra time to pick up the car, but no real concern.

Pros: They were fast, very very kind and nice

Cons: The car I was given had some issues, I really disliked it and felt insecure with it. The passenger window didn't close unless I spent a long time playing with it. The car keys had either low battery o were too old and didn't open or lock the car sometimes.

Pros: Clean car with fairly efficient check in

Cons: I received a much smaller car than I had booked. Also the agents were not very helpful in setting up Apple Carplay

Pros: Fast, polite, proffesional

Cons: Half tank

Pros: Efficient pick up and drop off

Cons: This car had relatively high mileage with the odd scrape and rear suspension rattled on minor roads. Other years car has been great.

Cons: Nothing

Pros: Very thoughtful staff

Cons: It was very difficult to find the shattle to the desk outside the airport

Cons: The car was old, the breaks were bad. Not very safe.

Pros: Flexible with delivery time

Cons: Too long and we received s cat with no petrol! To difficult to return with no petrol so should be easier and full to full like every other car hire company. Who's ever heard of same to same

Pros: Brakes was noise on speed over 90 kmh

Cons: We waited a long time at the airport until the shuttle arrived When we arrived at the company we did not receive the vehicles that were in our category and the officials did not consider We got one car out of 3 that was very old and had a problem with the drive, the rental company didn't tell us anything and sent us on our way, only when we got on the highway did we discover the problem We called the company and of course they didn't want to change the car for us Shocking service, bad attitude,

Pros: Great service all around, thank you!

Pros: The service members were very nice once located and back at their location.

Cons: Pickup van location was hectic and in marked. We walked back and forth through all the vans trying to find the correct van for 30 minutes.

Pros: Great service, good cars and friendly employees!

Cons: The only reason I don’t give a perfect 10 is because if you arrive late at night, you usually have to wait around 20mins for the van to come pick you up and take you to the car rental location. Other than that, great!

Pros: Polite and helpful, professional and know their business

Cons: Quit a que to wait to pick up the car, shuttle service to pick up from the airport

Pros: Staff are nice and polite

Cons: The station wagons are a bit old, at least 3-4 years old.

Cons: They said the contract with discover cars is not valid, and they created another one on the spot…

Pros: Easy to locate and pick and drop

Cons: No clarity on insurance despite clear terms with discover car

Pros: The stuff was really helpful and kind.

Cons: The internal of the car was in a bad cleaning condition, in addition of that the car had an engine failure after a flat tire and it would start only after a lot of tries. Maybe it was just bad luck, i will prefer them again.

Pros: Economical hire for the car type Easy to find the van that took me to the Auto Union offices to pick up the car

Cons: Poor maintenance and slow at times (when we dropped it off) - the tyre pressure was dangerously low to drive the car (20PSi instead of 35) - There was no water in the deposit for the windscreen wipers

Pros: Fast, efficient, car was new and very clean inside. Someone lightly scratched the car while it was parked but they didn't charge me for it since 'it didn't go through the paint'. Very polite and helpful staff. Both picking up the car and the return was quick and efficient.

Cons: Being located outside of the airport does add a bit of time to pick up and drop off, but their shuttle service goes a long way into making the experience as seamless as possible.

Pros: Quick pickup, overall condition of the car, fast drop-oof and shuttle bus to airport

Pros: Service rapide, efficace et sympathique. Locaux propres et spacieux.

Cons: La prise pour charger le téléphone portable ne fonctionnait pas. Nous n’avions pas de support pour fixer le téléphone portable.

Pros: I couldn’t rent a car, because my bank card was not accepted and you could check it before

Pros: Eavryting is perfect very friendly service

Pros: Pick up servise

Cons: Drop off servise

Pros: Really good organisation of the rental AutoUnion are great people to deal with.

Pros: No hard extra sell--made the process very easy, especially for non-Greek speakers renting a car in Greece. Our first car had a problem with the headlights, so they swapped the car for a different one quickly and with minimal paperwork rework.

Pros: One of the best , I have rented car from

Pros: Desk agent helped us pack & repack our luggage into small car. Couldn’t have been nicer.

Pros: Customer service is ok, but would like go to an extra mile to help customers

Pros: The service agent very polite and helpful

Pros: הצוות נתן מענה לכל השאלות והבקשות שלנו

Pros: The reps are amazing ! Thank you to the Greek Australian who upgraded us he was super nice!

Pros: The drop off was very fast, we got new car with low km

Cons: There was no one to greet us at the airport, I searched and searched until I had to call them and only then, they came to pick us. It’s was already late night and we were with kids, I expected the pick up will be easier.

Pros: Good friendly helpful service

Cons: Nothing

Pros: Wev'e got a brand new car, 9 seat.

Cons: It was a little hard to find the shuttle, but after a call to the office it was ok

Cons: We received a car that was damaged everywhere. I've never ever rented a car that was in such condition. I wonder if these guys take people's deposit and insurance and just pocket the money instead of fixing the cars. There was no excuse for such damage.

Pros: Relatively new car, pre rental inspection was thorough. Everyone was professional, and communicated well pickup driver and desk staff

Cons: Did not come with full tank. No manual or basic instructions on car provided, it was not washed .

Pros: Clean and comfortable car. Other than that not much.

Cons: Extremely poor communication. Difficulty finding the transfer car to get to the car dealership in the first place. We were meant to drop the car off in a different location to pick up. We were not told there was no office to drop it off and were not told where we had to drop the car off. This lack of information caused an immense amount of stress and overall reflected poorly on the company. Simply discussing this with us at time of pick up would have solved this problem.

Pros: Easy to deal with and helpful staff

Cons: Bit hard to Sms is the office initially

Pros: Very good prices, competent English-speaking staff, convenient shuttle service from/to the airport

Cons: The car was the same class and capacity but different make/model

Pros: Wonderful value. Was so much cheaper than other companies I was initially nervous, but car was new and clean and the service was excellent. Was worried it would be hard to manage after a very long flight, but it wasn’t. Probably took 20 minutes longer than companies at airport because of need to take shuttle, but that was worth getting a car for half price.

Cons: I picked up the car in the middle of the night. There was no gas in the car and the agent sent me to a station that was closed.

Cons: The vehicle was very old with too many kilometers on it

Pros: The shuttle drivers were very kind and helpful.

Cons: The van we received was not fit to drive. Most importantly, the transmission slipped several times while driving on the highways. The air conditioning smelled of mold and could not be run. The majority of the seat belts in the van were not functional and several were completely broken leaving dangerous sharp metal edges. The front bumper was missing clips on both sides and would disconnect itself while driving making it very dangerous.

Pros: Everything was fine.

Cons: Parking sensors were missing.

Pros: Nothing at all

Cons: Upon arrival, I was informed that I can only rent a car if I had a credit card when all the major companies accept debit cards. Furthermore, I was told that the security deposit was EUR 1.300 when again the major companies like Hertz, Sixt, Avis etc requested between EUR 300 to 400. So I was never given the car and I would like the money that I paid to dicovery cars to be refunded to my account.

Pros: These guys are crooks. They gave us an old car that was falling apart - literally. The handle to the side door broke apart with normal use, and they blamed us and charged us for it. Absolute crooks.

Cons: What was there to like? They’re scam artists.

Pros: Efficiency of pick up and drop off. Quality of the car was very good

Cons: Nothing

Pros: Very efficient, friendly and pragmatic.

Cons: Nothing, they were great.

Pros: Nice staff. Quick and painless

Pros: Their Promptness

Pros: I liked the fast service, also deposit has been returned within 44 hours

Cons: All was good

Pros: The guys on ground friendly and helpful

Cons: Service ok but had to wait 15 mins as blocked by another customer

Pros: All went reasonably well.

Cons: I did not find the courtesy pick up from the airport for a while.

Pros: Cheaper than alternatives (although still expensive) and efficient service. The car was quite old, but in perfect running order and exactly the car we booked

Pros: Friendly and efficient

Pros: Excellent service and responsiveness

Cons: N/A

Pros: The autounion experience was incredible. The staff was professional and made sure that we were taken care of.

Cons: The only thing I didn’t like about the experience is that we had to extend our rental for seven days but couldn’t because the price for one week was just as much as the price for the entire month. We had to drive to 4 hours to Athens to return the car and then find another car rental for the remaining seven days.

Cons: le laxisme du personnel par rapport a un voyant d'alerte sur le tableau de bord, les deux hommes ont d'entré dis que ce n'était pas grave de rouler avec ce voyant ( point d'exclamation jaune en haut a gauche du tableau de bord )

Pros: Very kind

Cons: Fast

Pros: Quick and easy check in and out

Cons: My wife is disabled and the step to the minibus was very high. I asked the driver if he had a step and he just said “no” and stood impatiently looking at us as she struggled to get on. We were at the office so he could have found something or asked for help. Some nice other passengers helped us. They should go buy a step from IKEA, it’s only round the corner.

Pros: the check-in/check-out processes were flawless

Pure oplichters.

Pros: The staff were friendly and informative when I picked up vehicle.

Cons: Upon dropping off vehicle I gave GPS to the attendant that also did final inspection and brought us to airport. He was super nice guy and confirmed walk around inspection for no additional damages etc. The Rep that was inside didn’t see the attendant that placed the GPS in a cabinet drawer. The inside rep came out and asked our attendant driver if he placed GPS away. He confirmed yes verbally. Perhaps there can be an initial box so that way there is confirmation of drop off?!

Cons: They gave me the car less than half empty and unwashed

Pros: I am indeed satisfied overall with your service!

Pros: The rental agents are super friendly and professional

Cons: Needing to find a gas station just after pick up! Couldn't find the transfer at the airport, except later by chance

Pros: They were all very cordial and helpful

Pros: There is personell that they dont know their job but they are still hiring them This is what i like

Cons: Total disaster as a company

Pros: Very flexible and always ready to help.

Pros: Τίμιοι φθηνοί εξυπηρετικοί... Άψογοι!!

Cons: Nothing to complane about, everything was good, from the moment i made the booking until we gave back the car

Pros: Staff friendly, process quick

Cons: Car with many scratches and high mileage

Pros: Kind agents, fast service, excellent help-line.

Cons: I would prefer to be offered more information about the car itself: gearbox description, if it has an alarm or not and the trunc condition wasn't at its best. One other thing is the proximity to the airport.

Pros: Going back to the airport.

Cons: I've already described above.

Pros: Kind and helpful staff, that also gave us a lot of good tips on what to see and visit. Also the car was spotless.

Pros: The staff were very kind, professional and speedy. When I asked for a larger car, they quickly found a fairly priced solution.

Cons: There is nothing not to like, great people.

Pros: Impeccable.

Cons: petite attente a l'aéroport.

Pros: Friendly staff. Adequate damage report and handling.

Cons: Had to search a little bit for the representative. Shuttle to airport got stuck in traffic jam. So make sure you arrive on time before flight check-in

Pros: new vehicle

Cons: friendly staff

Cons: lied about having a meet and greet service

Cons: The insurance price was too expensive
