Pros: Staff and help lines were extremely helpful and easy to pass on or receive information from 24/7. The vehicle was in great condition, and was perfect for the confined roads Greek traffic conditions.

Cons: The bond was €200 more than initially quoted.

Pros: They were extremely friendly and helpful. Service in and out was fast and efficient. Their shuttle bus is big, cean and both drivers were fantastic too.

Pros: The staff were all very friendly and the check in and handover procedures were straightforward without any of the the sketchy behaviour sadly found so often at European car hire.

Cons: Locating the driver for pick up from the airport was challenging. We waited maybe 30 minutes and had to phone the office to find out where and when someone would come for us.

Pros: The service members were very nice once located and back at their location.

Cons: Pickup van location was hectic and in marked. We walked back and forth through all the vans trying to find the correct van for 30 minutes.

Pros: Great service, good cars and friendly employees!

Cons: The only reason I don’t give a perfect 10 is because if you arrive late at night, you usually have to wait around 20mins for the van to come pick you up and take you to the car rental location. Other than that, great!

Cons: Poor maintenance and slow at times (when we dropped it off) - the tyre pressure was dangerously low to drive the car (20PSi instead of 35) - There was no water in the deposit for the windscreen wipers

Pros: Fast, efficient, car was new and very clean inside. Someone lightly scratched the car while it was parked but they didn't charge me for it since 'it didn't go through the paint'. Very polite and helpful staff. Both picking up the car and the return was quick and efficient.

Cons: Being located outside of the airport does add a bit of time to pick up and drop off, but their shuttle service goes a long way into making the experience as seamless as possible.

Cons: We received a car that was damaged everywhere. I've never ever rented a car that was in such condition. I wonder if these guys take people's deposit and insurance and just pocket the money instead of fixing the cars. There was no excuse for such damage.

Cons: Extremely poor communication. Difficulty finding the transfer car to get to the car dealership in the first place. We were meant to drop the car off in a different location to pick up. We were not told there was no office to drop it off and were not told where we had to drop the car off. This lack of information caused an immense amount of stress and overall reflected poorly on the company. Simply discussing this with us at time of pick up would have solved this problem.

Pros: Wonderful value. Was so much cheaper than other companies I was initially nervous, but car was new and clean and the service was excellent. Was worried it would be hard to manage after a very long flight, but it wasn’t. Probably took 20 minutes longer than companies at airport because of need to take shuttle, but that was worth getting a car for half price.

Cons: I picked up the car in the middle of the night. There was no gas in the car and the agent sent me to a station that was closed.

Cons: The van we received was not fit to drive. Most importantly, the transmission slipped several times while driving on the highways. The air conditioning smelled of mold and could not be run. The majority of the seat belts in the van were not functional and several were completely broken leaving dangerous sharp metal edges. The front bumper was missing clips on both sides and would disconnect itself while driving making it very dangerous.

Cons: Upon arrival, I was informed that I can only rent a car if I had a credit card when all the major companies accept debit cards. Furthermore, I was told that the security deposit was EUR 1.300 when again the major companies like Hertz, Sixt, Avis etc requested between EUR 300 to 400. So I was never given the car and I would like the money that I paid to dicovery cars to be refunded to my account.

Pros: These guys are crooks. They gave us an old car that was falling apart - literally. The handle to the side door broke apart with normal use, and they blamed us and charged us for it. Absolute crooks.

Pros: The autounion experience was incredible. The staff was professional and made sure that we were taken care of.

Cons: The only thing I didn’t like about the experience is that we had to extend our rental for seven days but couldn’t because the price for one week was just as much as the price for the entire month. We had to drive to 4 hours to Athens to return the car and then find another car rental for the remaining seven days.

Cons: My wife is disabled and the step to the minibus was very high. I asked the driver if he had a step and he just said “no” and stood impatiently looking at us as she struggled to get on. We were at the office so he could have found something or asked for help. Some nice other passengers helped us. They should go buy a step from IKEA, it’s only round the corner.

Cons: Had de goedkoopste auto gehuurd, maar kreeg een upgrade. Auto stond vlak naast het kantoor gebouw geparkeerd waardoor de onderzijde van de zijkant van de auto niet zichtbaar was tenzij je op je knieën ging zitten. Daar zat dus al schade die ik niet heb geconstateerd. De gehele weg heb ik snelweg gereden en bij aankomst wees de persoon gelijk op de schade, die ik zelf niet eens heb gezien . hierop begon een discussie waarbij je uiteraard aan het kortste eind trekt. Pure oplichters.

Pros: The staff were friendly and informative when I picked up vehicle.

Cons: Upon dropping off vehicle I gave GPS to the attendant that also did final inspection and brought us to airport. He was super nice guy and confirmed walk around inspection for no additional damages etc. The Rep that was inside didn’t see the attendant that placed the GPS in a cabinet drawer. The inside rep came out and asked our attendant driver if he placed GPS away. He confirmed yes verbally. Perhaps there can be an initial box so that way there is confirmation of drop off?!
