Cons: They scammed me! took 350 euro on some damage i didnt do.

Cons: Car offered was small i had to add money for upgrade. Received car with 75% gasoline returned with 90% but i got mail saying i returned with only 70%!!!

Pros: The rental desk people enforce me to pay 300euro for a full coverage car insurance while I have already paid for the same reason 144.98euro to DESCOVER CARS. Other wise they deny to rent me the car.

Cons: The car rental booking stated "fuel level" top to top expecting full level during the delivery and return it full level. This does not occur and forced to accept the car rental at a fuel level for example m8ne was 30% which is very difficult to calculate the 30% fuel level on the returning car. They do not have a fuel pump on site.

Cons: during the pick up the agents were trying to sell additional insurance. When declining, the lady threatened us we are not insured and the slightest scratch will result in huge charges. When I declined, she stopped answering my questions and did her paperwork. We escalated to the manager who apparently had a good time with his colleague - he also refused to mark existing scratches on the contract. Only after multiple requests he went out and did this. Very poor customer service.

Cons: 1. Pick up from the airport takes over an hour. 2. At the time of receiving the car, there was aggressive pressure to add additional insurance of hundreds of euros. More than three times the rental cost. 3. Advance payment for a full fuel tank that has not yet been returned to the credit card account.

Pros: Awful customer service, people that should not be working with customers, very rude , very unpleasant experience. Also they tried to give me a car in a lower category than the one I paid for.

Staff at the desk were very rude and bored that they were at work.. because I had to wait 1h and half in the airport with a toddler waiting for them to pick me up, when I called they said wait there, nothing else… no other information whatsoever !

Cons: Terrible service. We waited 50 minutes at the airport for the shuttle to pick us up. I walked continuously around the area we were to wait and saw no one. I called 5 times. 2 times they picked up and said I was in the right place. Finally we spotted a guy with the correct logo and he was buying himself a coffee! When he took us out to the car, there were already 5-6 people in there. I have no idea how long they waited.

He was not even searching for any pick up nor a label with our name as stated . After chasing him around we managed to get into a van, to be dropped at the location of pick up, which was quite far from airport. The guy was driving like crazy, changing lines without any indication.[ Not enough space to state more.]

Additionally, - I´reservated a small budget car like peugeot 205 - and they want me to take an SUV because they have no small car. It ended up with a Opel Mokka, - nice car but for my porpose to big.

They insisted on $1440 in a deposit. I offered cash they declined and she wouldn’t even attempt to use my Visa. Had to go back to the airport and rent from another company in peak season in Greece.

We waited for 45 minutes until we found the representative van parked outside when the instructions were he would be waiting for us in arrivals. When we got to the location to pickup the car, they lady was rude and seemed in a hurry to get home. We told her we wanted to know if the car had GPS, she said no. We asked if there was a car with a GPS and she said no. Then she suggested to cancel the booking and take a taxi.

Cons: Even though Centauro was aware of my flight details the rep kept me waiting at the airport for about 30 mins. I discovered damage to the car 40 minutes after I left the site. I photographed it immediately and mentioned it to them when i returned the car. They charged 250 euros as an excess, even though the damage was there at the start and not my fault. They simply told me I should have photographed it before leaving the site. It was dark. I didnt see it.

After leaving the car and while we were waiting for the driver to pick us and get us to the airport, we were left behind because others who dropped their rental cars after us rushed to the mini Van and took our place. When I complained the driver didn't get someone out to take us, instead he said he would pick us after coming back from the airport. So instead of taking us first we were left behind because we waited and didn't run to the van.

Pros: When we arrived our car was not on-site, but another (smaller) car came in rather quickly and they turned it over to us immediately allowing us to drive away on our vacation rather quickly. This was great!

Cons: Our car was not actually onsite when we arrived, so were told we would need to wait for about 30-minutes (we arrived at the time of our reservation). Luckily another car was returned shortly after receiving this message, so we were able to take it (it was smaller - no cost savings was reflected, but no biggie). Therefore, the car had not been cleaned prior to taking it, but it was pretty clean regardless. There was no wiper fluid in the car, which was a smidge challenging, but not a big deal.

Pros: Fast pickup, fast drop off, very nice staff (Sofianna especially at the front desk). They gave us a better car for the same price. Perfect.

An optional item! Left him with no vehicle. Did not assist to provide an international driver's license. Could have been completed there through internet. Only tried to upsell. Provided no customer service what so ever. Only acted to get rid y him. Disgusting!!!

Cons: The overall experience with bad customer service - trying to sell extra insurance, talking bad about your business partner that we booked the car through and the overall state of the car. Even though I was told many times the cars are NOT new - they have several scratches and small bumps outside. In the inside the interior was worn and well used. I payed extra for a larger car, but the friends i traveled with got an upgrade for a lower price - maybe because I complained. The car did its job

If I wasn't I would have had to travel all the way back to do it. I should had been able to manage my booking from anywhere.

Cons: The cheating with regard to their fuel policy which increased the cost of hire by more than 25%, the amount that I thought I could have saved against the big companies that I normally use.

Cons: Take the good condition of the car aside, everything else was bad. We had to wait in the airport for 45 minutes for the shuttle. Then we had to wait another two hours and a half in the company office to receive the car. Our flight arrived 10:30 pm, we only received our car at 2 am. The employee who was at the desk is very inefficient and lacks communication skills let aside the absence of any customer service skills. I would not recommend centauro to anyone... STAY AWAY FROM THEM.
