Pros: Everyone I dealt with were pleasant. Service was quick and easy. I was very happy that they were waiting for me at the airport instead of me having to wait for them.

Pros: The supervisor was understanding and took action to remedy the shortcomings of an unpleasant and dangerous experience. One of the agents was rude and condescending when I called to address the handling of the mechanical issues.

Cons: The clutch was inop while driving and that made it a dangerous experience. What’s worse the condition was known prior to handing me the keys according to 2 of the agents.

Pros: I got a new car, from 2023, Opel Corsa. It is very nice, it was in great state. They are honest, nice and give great cars.

Cons: I waited a long time I'm the airport to pick me up to the car rental location, about 45 mins.

Cons: Car condition is poor. We received too old car with ~50,000 km and with many scratches and defects (broken car’s rear light, a cigarette’s hole on driver’s seat, fractures in the car trunk, etc…) In my opinion, such as cars should be sell to the market instead of be part of a self-respecting car rental company.

Pros: When we finally arrived at the car hire office the person helping us was very apologetic but slightly annoyed with us that we questioned the long wait. We took out comprehensive insurance but the boot of our car was faulty and we struggled it to stay closed, the alarm kept going off it was open. We were told it was included in the paper work the car was defective

Cons: As above. It's a system that does not work well, when it's late night, you have small children, and you stand waiting for a shuttle to take you to the car hire place, without knowing whether anyone was going to arrive. It's better to arrange for onsite places for passengers. If we had known this was how it worked we would not have gone ahead with the booking

Cons: The car was of a lower category than the one agreed. When picking up late in the evening, you don't have room for not accepting it... With "Discover"s mediation, a partial refund was issued but still our travel experience was affected by this. There were some legally required accessories missing from the car like a medical kit. The supplier agreed for me to buy them and they reimbursed me for them.

Cons: The only possible issue might be that it takes too long for the transfer car to come to the airport, bring you to the car rental location so that you can pick up the car. The same for the drop off. But that is offset by the price and the overall service, so I am overall very satisfied. People were very efficient, friendly and very helpful. Very happy.

Cons: I thought if I paid in advance on the Internet that would be the price of the rental but when I arrived it seemed only to be the insurance that I paid and not for the car itself. So for me that was unclear and quite a surprise. At this time of the year to pay 20 € a day is quite expensive. So no I want rent there again although the car was fine but also with a lot of scratches and a very big dent

Pros: The free upgrade was amazing and even if the car presented few things (scratches and dirty) everything was fine with deposit.

Cons: The main issue was they unblocked the amount after 3 weeks, even if they said usually it takes 10 working days. Also, I had to look a bit careful on the car as it has few scratches and the interior had some salt from the sea from the previous customers.

Cons: Nothing, all was good. The only thing we find hard (and seems to be the Greek way) is to only have part full tank and you have to return it similarly on return. As a stranger to the city it is hard to make your first task to fill the tank on uplift. We are used to full tanks on uplift and return it easily with a full tank.

Cons: It was unclear the car drop off point. I ended up to your office instead of the drop off point, had to call and get the clarifications. Maybe triple-size the QR code for the returning of the vehicle, with a font 20 heading of "Scan here to return the vehicle".
