DRIVE S.A. at Athens Airport

Pros: La persona del check out y que nos traslado al aeropuerto que fue muy amable y atento

Cons: Al llegar meten miedo con el pago de daños y te ofrecen otro seguro con menor depósito, esto sobra, meten el miedo a la gente.

Pros: Drive S.A. provided a brand new compact car.

Cons: Shop far away from the terminal. Charged me extra 40Euro for picking me up after 9pm even my flight was landed at 8:35pm and provided the flight number and call them right after I landed. They should send a representative at the exit gate at 8:45. But they didn't.

Cons: Only problem was lack of information on how and where to be picked up in Athen airport. Very complicated

Pros: The personnel was all amazing and helpful, the car was nice, the deposit was returned immediately.

Cons: The location is not in the airport (as noted), but the actual time from / to the terminal is significant. Also, it's weird, they charge a special fee for "working late" and then there are a bunch of clients and the office wide open, though it might be a coincidence.

Pros: This is my second consecutive year rent with Drive in Greece and is a very good experience , professional and the car always are in perfect condition

Cons: The worst car rental company in Athens. First they seperated me and my family. I went to rental station being stated that another driver will pick up my family. Then they forgot my family at the airport and I waited an hour and a half to find them in the airport. The car was having damages already. In addition they sold me additional car insurance of 100 Eur stating that I will not have to pay 1.300 Eur deposit in case of an accident. we had an accident in the first day. but they requested that

Pros: Once we got there they were helpful and friendly, car was in good condition, and the additional extras satisfactory.

Cons: They did not meet us at the airport when we arrived, I had to call the office to get them to come and collect us and this took almost an hour. The car we got was a little on the small side, we had fun trying to get all our luggage in.

Pros: The service agents were so helpful. Picking up the car was fast, and they answered all our questions. They accommodated our early drop off time. I was prepared to be stressed about getting to the airport on time. But they were so efficient they had us to the airport in no time.

Pros: Not very much hassle or trouble, car was in good condition and worked perfectly when we were there. Dropping off was quick which was important. and the staff were friendly

Cons: They do not support digital credit cards, so My girlfriend needed to provide her card for the deposit, However to accept her card they had to sign her as a driver which cost more money. this was very frustrating. Expecially when they have the equipment to accept wireless payments. Our car had just below a half tank of fuel, it was not full. and any fuel left in the car over the half tank, they do not compensate for.

Pros: Very friendly and efficient staff, no wait, free shuttle (upon returning the car, we were heading to the city, so they dropped as at the nearby train/metro station, which was faster and cheaper than going to the airport)

Pros: The rental company was fine. The problem is that I’ve ordered and paid for meet & greet service and what I’ve got was a shuttle service. I don’t know if this fraud is “discover car” or the rental car but in the end I’ve paid extra for meet & greet and I didn’t got it.

Pros: משרדי המשכיר אינם נמצאים בטמינל הראשי, אולם נציג החברה המתין לי בנקודה קבועה בטרמינל היציאה ולקח אותנו עם רכב למשרדי החברה. כל התהליך ערך 10 דקות . בהחלט שווה את החיסכון בדמי השכירות!!

Pros: I had an excellent experience renting a car from DEIVE S.A. in Greece for a week. Right from the start, they were incredibly helpful. I had some doubts about the documents I needed, and they went above and beyond to assist me, even accepting my driver's license without an international permit. Both the pick-up and return processes were swift and efficient. We covered nearly 2,000 km in the simplest car category, and it performed flawlessly. I highly recommend DRIVE!
