Pros: People there were very helpfull and nice though. Also my request to have Carplay in the car was adressed. When picking up the car outside I received 3 cars to be sure Carplay was in it. At the end I received a car with dents, scratches at all side but Carplay worked.

Cons: it took almost 1 h to get to the desk. Car delivered with Carplay was dented/scratched at all sides. I took me in total 2h from arriving at the airport til lleaving it with a car with Warplay.

Cons: I had a incident with flat tire during my rental period. I didn't have any support from the representantive of Europcar when I called and also the road-assistance was not supported me either with finding the nearest service garage to fix the flat tire or with a truck to tow the damaged car. I fixed alone, I drove alone to the nearest service garage and I paid alone the additional costs.

Pros: Excellent car and excellent driving experience

Cons: The fuel tank was not full (however this was recorded and we returned the same amount) As expected, the inspection of the vehicle upon return is much more thorough than upon collection. It is not possible to add photos and if the collection is in the evening, then the vehicle cannot be inspected properly. In my case, upon return, two defects were discovered that were almost certainly present at the time of collection.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 992.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 23 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 23.

Maximum rental age is 80 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 76.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.

A digital driver's license will not be accepted — you must bring your physical driving license.
Deposit and deductible policy


Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card.

Cash, Prepaid cards is/are not accepted.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Cross-border policy

Using a ferry is allowed on the previous request and for an additional charge with special permission from the car rental company.

In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.

Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Snow chains.

There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.

Winter tires are not mandatory in Greece.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 29 minutes.
