Pros: The service at the airport reception was fast, pleasant, and professional. The car was upgraded, and we received a clean car.

Cons: We had a bit of trouble finding the parking lot where the car was outside, we got the car almost without gas. The price was ultimately high compared to other rentals, but the service and the upgrade of course made up for it and we were very satisfied.

Apparently they did have the car I requested but was locked in a car park and as it was after midnight the could not delivery it. The car was scratched, instructions were in Russian of all languages so difficult to drive

Pros: Unfortunately, we booked a van for a family trip, with 2 babies, and received a 2016 model van, old, without any safety measures, multimedia connection, mobile connection, etc. Extremely disappointed and definitely would not recommend the rental company. When picking up the car and returning it, the employees were polite and helpful.

Pros: Avance officer insisted that I should have physically the driving license. This information isn’t easy to find on DiscoverCars and Avance websites. It is much mitigated and needs further clarification. The officers were dismissive and didn’t suggest any alternative while I have my family with me and needed this transportation method. I had the take the plane and finally hired another car from another agency at Corfu.

They also did not do any inspection of the vehicles condition before giving it to me, one of the tires was missing air and there was no engine oil which both should be minimum check before giving the car. I had a check engine light on, I could not properly enjoy the trip as I was afraid I would be stuck on a highway with my wife and 7 month old due to the car breaking down.

I would prefer a different vehicle that matched the quality I paid for and certainly I would be quite hesitant to rent from this company again.

I arrived and they gave me a small suziki ignis , a lot smaller than the clio, and price was different too the suziki on the site was cheaper. Very upsetting

Cons: Our only slight complaint was regarding the car return process. The restricted access to the return area during peak hours made it challenging for a single driver to get assistance from a staff member to complete the return process.

Pros: The floor mats were not properly installed (or not the right ones), and were a nuisance throughout the 3 week rental. Additionally, the car had no antenna, and I had to interrupt my trip and go back to the airport a few days later to have Avance install an antenna. This was annoying.

The radio had Bluetooth, through which I paired my phone, but the function of playing music from external sources did not work.

Cons: It was the biggest car model of the compact class, so it was comfortable for passengers and spacy trunk. Good engine, drives well. I haven't had any unpleasant experiences. Only once during the trip did the engine fault warning light come on, which concerned me. The service representative assured me that I could continue my journey. Quick contact made me feel taken care of.

In the end, that ''full coverage'' was only a ''basic coverage'' at Avance. I would like you to make it more clear for future costumers.

You would think spending 1000.00 on a rental car the vynyl by the shifter wouldn't be peeling, the engine wouldnt shut off on you and the brake light would work. Also the outsode condition was all digned up should have been fixed before put into service.

Not an issue but it got to the point that i asked the representative can we be helped and he said sure. Then proceeded to help everyone else waiting that got there after us and came to us last. Cons: Had to drop off car when closed as I has an early flight would have felt more comfortable dropping car with a representative rather than just leaving it on the lot.

Pros: fast, positive. not pushing additional services car was extra clean and sanitized

Cons: car was quite scratched/damaged, was afraid of missing some damages during initial review computer alerts were popping up during the trip with manual only in Greek

Pros: Airport desk convenience, politeness, car cleanliness, flexibility picking up the car a bit earlier due to a flight change.

Cons: Drop off timing can certainly be improved. Maybe a simple direction on pick up that car is to be returned next to the car park office would help.

Pros: First time using them, so I was a bit worried about their quality of customer service, their reliability, the condition of their cars. I had nothing to worry about. They we extremely professional when I had to reschedule my dates. The price and car selection were honored. They are in the airport arrival area. The agent was very friendly, fluent in english. And the car was a short walk away., extremely clean, good condition.

Pros: Friendly, efficient and relaxed - no sense that they were going to charge as much as they could get away with or quibble about little things; waiting for us at drop off airport (different one to pick up), easy handover at a time when we might have been stressing about time and Covid paperwork checking in etc

Cons: I had to wait one hour to pick up the car because due to the fact that there was only 1 person to do the paperwork and a lot of customers. The ordered car was changed because the car we asked for was in Athens and not at the airport

Pros: Drop off was easy. Replacement car was in a good condition, inside and outside but we had to argue to get a replacement.

Cons: At desk: persistance to charge local currency higher rate. At collection: Wreck car with no central locking was given and not the agreed size. Damages were not reported correctly and we had to call someone to amend the whole paperwork as the car was a bunker with loads of hits. After much deliberation with pissed off employee we got a car in a better condition with central locking which was a must, but equally small. Boot was suitable for one suitcase and not 2 as the one advertised.

Pros: THE ONLY BAD THING IS THAT I HAD TO RETURN THE CAR TWO DAYS BEFORE THE DATE, AND THEY RE CALCULATE THE RATE ON A VERY HIGH PRICE AND THE OFFERED TO REFUND ONLY ABOUT 40 EURO FOR THE TWO DAYS INSTEAD OF ABOUT 160 OR 170 EURO, ACCORDING TO THE SINCE THE NUMBER OF DAYS ARE LESS SO THEY RAISED THE FAIR, HOWEVER AS LONG AS I KNOW AND WITH MY HUGE EXPERIENCE IN CAR RENTAL AS LONG AS YOUR RENTAL IS MORE THAT SEVEN DAYS THE FAIR SHOULD BE THE SAME. I WAS SO UNHAPPY AND I DID NOT EVEN ACCEPT THE REFUND.

Cons: THE CAR WAS NEW, CLEAN AND VERY PROFICONLE STUFF.

Cons: - car was crap, gearbox having troubles, halfway through the rental i got a warning light, was a bit concerned travelling around wit h it. - I have payed 50 euro for a child seat which was not good for my child, i had to install it myself without providing with iinstructions... big dissapointmernt

Cons: The office closed during the night and the extra 25euros paid to Avance for dropping off the car at 6:45 in the morning

Pros: They upgraded me as a repeated client

Pros: Very helpful agents at the airport, quick and easy pick up and drop off, car just two minutes walk from Arrivals. Clean car and in good condition.
