Pros: Really helpful reception

Pros: agence dans l'aéroport

Cons: voiture affichant plus de 100000 km, présentant un défaut moteur

Pros: We have rented with Avance twice now, each time is quick and easy to do, and much easier than having to wait for a bus to take you to another car rental place (it is a short walk from the airport to the cars, but quicker than most car rental providers!) The people who helped us were very nice!

Cons: The car this time was a tiny bit damaged when we got it, but it was noted down and told to me what was wrong with it - always remember to photo or video your car at collection just in case!

Pros: Excellent service

Pros: The car was very old and very beaten

Cons: The car was very old and very beaten

Pros: Great costumer service.

Pros: There was a bit of damage to the outside of the car- by the front mirror. The metal bdy had come loose. We thought maybe someone hit us while parked . However, when we dropped off the car the agent was very honest and said that there are no signs of someone hitting us and the plastic just 'gave in' spontaneously. I have to say I had read some terribe reviews about rental companies and was prepared for the worst but I was inpressed with the professionalism and honesty of the company.

Cons: I was expecting a medium SUV like a Peugeot or or a Skoda but instead I got a Dacia. The quality of the this carmaker is extremely poor

Pros: Fast, cheap, friendly.

Cons: Car looked a bit rundown and unserviced,

Pros: The staff was friendly helpful and fast!

Cons: The car had some minor problems-did ome funny sound

Cons: The car was awful, should not be rented to people. This was the worst car ever by far, from avance

Pros: friendly staff

Pros: Speed od pickup and drop of

Cons: Car Is not in good condition, noisy engine, slippery tires and not working windshield wiper was dangerous ride

Pros: Perfect location and fast pickup! Great stuff. Car condition could have been better

Pros: Very quick check in and drop off procedure

Pros: 24 hour pick up/ drop off availability on aiirport is invaluable when using early morning flights.

Cons: 24hour availability

Pros: Fast, polite, helpful

Pros: היה מושלם

Cons: הרכב טיפה ישן

Pros: The speed of pick up and drop off

Cons: The cars are typically in worst condition. Compared to other rental providers and lower quality. Still quite good and cheaper which justifies the quality difference.

Cons: Instead of the Skoda Citigo we ordered, we got an old Fiat panda without Android Auto.

Pros: Not one ting

Cons: Total disaster, paid extra to have a better car and received a piece of junk.

Pros: Speedy, no queues, efficient

Cons: nothing

Pros: Very good service

Cons: Car was a little worse than expected

Pros: Very fast and efficient in the terminal

Cons: nothing

Pros: La gentillesse du personnel, la facilité de la prise en charge et du dépôt

Cons: Rien

Pros: The service at the airport reception was fast, pleasant, and professional. The car was upgraded, and we received a clean car.

Cons: We had a bit of trouble finding the parking lot where the car was outside, we got the car almost without gas. The price was ultimately high compared to other rentals, but the service and the upgrade of course made up for it and we were very satisfied.

Pros: Friendly staff at terminal,

Cons: Car was not very clean and smelled of cigarettes

Pros: Very efficient

Pros: I requested a Renault Capture, got an Opel as an equivalent which is not. Apparently they did have the car I requested but was locked in a car park and as it was after midnight the could not delivery it. The car was scratched, instructions were in Russian of all languages so difficult to drive

Pros: It was rather old car but in fair condition. A bit expensive for the period of the year

Cons: I would prefer not driving a fiat

Pros: Unfortunately, we booked a van for a family trip, with 2 babies, and received a 2016 model van, old, without any safety measures, multimedia connection, mobile connection, etc. Extremely disappointed and definitely would not recommend the rental company. When picking up the car and returning it, the employees were polite and helpful.

Pros: Auta posiadają dużo uszkodzeń, warto robić zdjęcia nagrać film przy odbiorze.

Pros: nice car provided

Cons: terrible service at pick up desk at Athens airport.

Pros: Open 24/7 inside the airport

Pros: Flexible and convenient service, vet good value for money

Pros: Avance officer insisted that I should have physically the driving license. This information isn’t easy to find on DiscoverCars and Avance websites. It is much mitigated and needs further clarification. The officers were dismissive and didn’t suggest any alternative while I have my family with me and needed this transportation method. I had the take the plane and finally hired another car from another agency at Corfu.

Pros: Nothing

Cons: Scammer tactic to charge customers for more money for damages pre existing and never mentioned if there are any issues of note upon them inspecting the car they lie about the car being already inspected and all good.

Pros: Quick pickup and good service and communication

Cons: Overcharged for scratch imho Inaccurate drop off report ( needed my attention )

Pros: Fast service, no deposit fees

Cons: the same to same fuel policy. should be full to full. quite overprice for a Fiat Panda

Pros: vsetko bolo v poriadku

Pros: Service from staff was good, but condition of vehicle very poor.

Cons: the child car seat (for 18 months old) was very used and without isofix hookup, everything else very good

Pros: no queues

Cons: i didn't understand clearly and was scared I will get deposit back but tax will be kept by goverment. Fortunately this didn't happen and got all my deposit back within 24 hours.

Pros: Almost everything

Cons: The car exterior wasn't great

Pros: I received a car relatively quickly

Cons: The car was in bad condition not very clean and had issues the whole trip. They gave me a car with a empty gas tank. They also did not do any inspection of the vehicles condition before giving it to me, one of the tires was missing air and there was no engine oil which both should be minimum check before giving the car. I had a check engine light on, I could not properly enjoy the trip as I was afraid I would be stuck on a highway with my wife and 7 month old due to the car breaking down.

Pros: easy to get a'd drop the car, people are nice

Cons: the car radio was broken

Pros: Best servise

Pros: Best place for rent a car in Athens airport

Pros: Kind agents both times

Pros: Always helpful and quick in their services

Pros: Quick and friendly service at the counter, everything was as expected, received a partial refund for returning the car a day early.

Cons: The actual cars are a bit of hike away from the terminal and a little difficult to find.

Pros: The pick up and droff speed

Cons: I was disappointed with the condition of the vehicle. Despite paying for a car in good condition, the one I received had visible scratches and dents that had not been repaired. I would prefer a different vehicle that matched the quality I paid for and certainly I would be quite hesitant to rent from this company again.

Pros: Everything was very good

Pros: easy to find

Cons: On arriving in was waited 20 min to get the car

Pros: Fast and easy pickup/return and paperwork

Cons: Car was great, but due to over 75k km, the suspension was a little squeaky.

Pros: it was fast, efficient and easy.

Cons: the fuel tank was almost empty.

Pros: Fast pick up and drop off

Cons: I rented a car a Renault Clio, and paid a certain fee for it. There were cheaper and smaller cars but i didnt want it, i wanted a medium type car so paid extra for a clio. I arrived and they gave me a small suziki ignis , a lot smaller than the clio, and price was different too the suziki on the site was cheaper. Very upsetting

Cons: mismatch of information provided on the site and the car provided there

Pros: Amazing check in personnel. Not trying to sell you extra services. They are at the airport and no need for shuttle. Check-in and check-out was super fast !

Pros: Good value and reliable economic car.

Cons: Customer service could be improved - perhaps it is a language barrier.

Pros: very quick service - no issues with rental.

Cons: surprisingly nothing.

Pros: The car , the second day ,was collapsed. I had to use the assistance, which came after 2 hours , to take the car and I had to find a taxi, carrying a lot of bags , to go to the office at the other side of ATHENS, to deliver the new car .I have lost about 4-5 hours (almost the day), because of that. The answer I have got by phone when I reported the incident was from a person not trained to do this job.

Pros: Flexibility

Cons: There was an intense smoke smell in the cabin

Pros: We've used your car rental service at Athens Airport twice now, and both experiences have been fantastic. The rental process was quick and easy, and the car we received was exactly what we booked. Your staff were incredibly helpful and patient throughout the entire process.

Cons: Our only slight complaint was regarding the car return process. The restricted access to the return area during peak hours made it challenging for a single driver to get assistance from a staff member to complete the return process.

Pros: Cheap rates

Cons: Car had more than 100k kms and smelled like cigarettes. I accidentally left my jacket with the rental office, but it was not there upon my return. Very unethical and unprofessional to not keep a lost item for a customer.

Pros: Friendly and helpful staff

Pros: Fast and no extra charges.

Pros: Very efficient service and great price

Pros: Lovely car.

Cons: Location obscure and at drop-off even if you know location it is virtually impossible to reach it unless you argue with the aéroport traffic stewards. I could have missed my flight.

Pros: שירות זריז ויעיל בדלפק וגם במגרש האיסוף

Cons: כדאי לספק מפה מפורטת יותר של מיקום האיסוף מכיוון שהיה קצת מסובך. למצוא אותו,

Pros: The car was clean and had programs that made driving easier

Cons: It was very hard to find rhe parking and it wasnot explained well by the desk representative. The car wasvery low unfitting for greece.

Pros: Afficient. Helpful help desk

Cons: Need to offer more info upon check in like the tall system how it works and more data regarding use of the car features. However I got the info by phone later

Pros: Sleek, efficient, nice car.

Cons: Only one agent at the pickup desk at the time when we picked up our car (near 23.00) - despite the time of day there were 4-5 families waiting plus a late return customer who had to also be dealt with by the same agent.

Pros: Quick service.

Cons: Car had no rear park sensors or camera. No possibility to connect android auto (or Apple carplay). Wiper blades need to be replaced, good thing that was no rain. Windshield from inside was dirty. Overall car needed to be clean from inside.

Pros: Quick and no problems.

Cons: Car was a bit old and underpowered, but for the price it was great.

Pros: Perfect. Will choose again

Pros: 2nd time renting with avance and both have been great experiences. will rent again from them for sure.

Cons: this time the car had a mechanical issue but was solved easily.

Pros: Fast and fluent.

Cons: The car engine didn't sound healthy when pressing the pedal a bit more, and when it started it also reduced acceleration a bit. Headlights were really poor in dark conditions.

Pros: When they get to us they were kind and quickly.

Cons: It took a bit time until they got to us.

Pros: The car was dirty and the brakes wasn’t working properly. The check engine lite up and the engine didn’t work properly. Very bad impression.

Pros: It seemed that the vehicle I collected had experienced multiple experiences

Pros: All okay

Cons: Car a little bit older than I’m used to

Pros: Car was dirty and an old model.

Pros: best price

Cons: long time to take the car

Pros: Quick, courteous and no nonsense. Car was clean and got model expected.

Cons: The only issue I have in general with car rentals in Greece is the practice of not delivering with full gas tank but rather for example 6/8 full. Hard to determine how much $ gas you need to top up with since not familiar with car. Just an irritant in my opinion.

Pros: The office at the airport and working 24 hours.

Pros: Good service

Cons: The car was old, 2018 year. With smell of cigarette. I trip a lot, and this is the first time, that i got car like this.

Pros: they dont take credit limit for the deposit. and fast 24h service inside the airport

Cons: they dont help you with attaching baby seat to the car.

Pros: nice people nice car

Cons: non

Pros: I was provided a very nice new car in excellent condition.

Cons: Car was a little worn

Pros: Friendly, quick and efficient

Cons: None

Pros: Generally good

Cons: The actual car pick up and drop off was difficult. Picking it up was a bit far, and I had a hard time finding the drop off location

Pros: The floor mats were not properly installed (or not the right ones), and were a nuisance throughout the 3 week rental. Additionally, the car had no antenna, and I had to interrupt my trip and go back to the airport a few days later to have Avance install an antenna. This was annoying.

Pros: Fast and reliable

Cons: Got a new car but with old and crumbling carpets. The drivers carpet doesnt fit the car and got loose all the time which can be dangerous while blocking the gas/brakes paddles.

Pros: Very quick check in process

Cons: Cars do not have a full tank.

Pros: It was easy to find a rental desk

Cons: First, the car was not the type of car we had reserved. An Audi convertible is not comparable to a mini Cooper convertible. Also the brakes of the car started faulting making dangerous to drive the car. We were for hours away from Athens, so had to live with the issue of the break. This car should have not been rented to us.

Pros: nothing at all, last year was ok, so i am triyng them this year

Cons: Rude office representative said i have a higher class car but you have to pay more through avance

Pros: Friendly personnel

Cons: Car's Air Condition needs service (gas)

Pros: Airport counter staff antipathetic, uncaring, unwilling to help a family of seven just because of a bureaucratic error. Without heart and mercy, without initiative and desire to think beyond to help in times of need.

Pros: Very good service, fast check-in and check-out

Cons: the car was smelled of cigarettes

Pros: Nothing

Cons: Old crappy car, dirty, making sounds.. never again with avance. Agent was rude. Lesson learned. Several better rental cars out there.

Pros: At the desk very friend staff. Liked the car i was given, easy to drive and fast.

Pros: Very effective service and staff.

Pros: The car was quite used. A few shortcomings: windshield wipers damaged, left mirror bent (problem with optimal adjustment). The rubber carpet moved and sometimes slipped onto the pedals. The radio had Bluetooth, through which I paired my phone, but the function of playing music from external sources did not work.

Cons: It was the biggest car model of the compact class, so it was comfortable for passengers and spacy trunk. Good engine, drives well. I haven't had any unpleasant experiences. Only once during the trip did the engine fault warning light come on, which concerned me. The service representative assured me that I could continue my journey. Quick contact made me feel taken care of.

Pros: Gear stick of the first car not working properly was dangerous to drive then the company changed it but even the second car was not fully functional as on the last day an engine warning light came on the cars need regular MOT and service

Pros: the desk office was empty , now i know why

Pros: They gave us an old car that the charger dos"nt work

Cons: got the car, it was dark. they took photos around the car. the car was in a dark spot instead of a light one that was available...

Cons: I received the car with the fuel level on empty.

Pros: Clean car. Easy drop off.

Cons: Trouble finding correct desk in Terminal. Difficult to find car at airport.

Pros: Everything was very quick, polite, and efficient.

Cons: Finding the rental desk of Avance in the airport of Athens was easy, but finding the parking lot where they actually give you the car was a bit harder, even though it turned out to be very close to the airport. The instructions how to find it could be clearer.

Pros: Were working very late - one of the only available agents

Cons: The agent who gave the car could have been more friendly

Pros: It was easier the second time around. We knew where the desk was and how to return the car. The first time we found the return confusing.

Cons: It would be nice to have a summary of the important driving rules in Greece and for the cars language to be changed to English. With the first car there was a yellow tyre light and I had to download the English instruction manual to get the light to stop. And see 2 tyre repair shops and get the assistance truck.

Pros: Close to the airport

Cons: Nothing

Cons: It would be good to have written instructions about the drop off point.

Pros: Very great value of money

Cons: Time spent to return the car

Pros: friendly and efficient

Cons: the car is very simple and had several cosmetic defects.

Pros: absolutely nothing

Cons: I had an issue with my license and called in advance to ensure they would accept it and they said they would, however when I went to pick up the rental they cited the issue with my license and would not rent the car to me and I was forced to figure out a backup rental last-minute, messing up my travel plans

Pros: See all the points above

Cons: Nothing in particular

Pros: יש להתייחס למעניין המכני

Pros: Nothing, I actually come to the rental desk again after I made a phone call and they told they will replace the car. But the didn't have anything good to give me.

Cons: The car was old model, not clean, not maintained. definitely not Elite car as I expected.

Pros: Ease of pick up

Cons: Dropping off was a bit unclear

Pros: Really good experience renting in Athens airport. Had no problem with renting, driving and returning the car. The web page showed Toyota corolla and I got VW t-roc.

Cons: Just remember to bring usb-c - usb-c wire as those newer cars don't allow plugging regular usb.

Cons: Returned the car with more fuel as from checkout. Do I get a refund?

Pros: Everything simple

Cons: Nothing

Pros: quick service

Cons: there was an issue with the car (windscreen a bit scratched) but they said that there was no replacement

Pros: Professional, easy

Cons: The car had only 15-20% gas, had scratches and dents.

Pros: excellent customer service from the rental representative

Pros: great people

Cons: nothing

Pros: Car in extremely bad condition. Ambreage almost dead. Car can't clumb any hill. It takes 9,2 liter/100 km ??? Gearbox in bad condition. That car shouldn't be rented again!!

Cons: Service is excellent. Car in extremely bad technical condition.

Pros: Everything was perfect

Cons: N/Α

Pros: The battery kept going down. At one point it was at 1 bar. I filled up gas twice, tried not to use the air conditioning for fear of getting stuck on the road due to dead battery

Cons: They were unfriendly, the car battery was low and was dying

Pros: Easy pick up and drop off good car

Cons: The car petrol tank was not full I did requested a car with a full tank not 1/4.

Pros: Best of the bunch at Athens Airport re service and cost!

Cons: It's difficult to find pick-up and drop-off office for company Avance on airport parking. The only one man on parking and many clients -> pick-up a car take too long. A place for car inspection is too dark (at the night) and is not possible to check a real car condition before documents confirmation. Genarally pick-up a car was not confortable !

Pros: The car was absolutely ok for a good price.

Pros: Véhicule propre et en bon état

Cons: Rien

Pros: Great service I will be back for sure Thank you

Cons: The people and efficiency

Cons: The guy at the desk tried to upswell me insurance that I already had. Fairly chaotic returns process. Had to wait a very long time to get things sorted, then had to go to the booking desk to ensure I got my deposit back. A bit tedious.

Pros: They were quick and reliable and you got what you rented

Pros: quick service

Cons: car's interior was in mediocre shape

Pros: Fast

Cons: Efficient

Pros: Nothing Very rude persons at the airport.we waited for almost 2 hours till they finally gave us a suitable baby seat so we had to drive at night with tired baby Also gave me the feeling that this is what we have - that’s your problem with putting broken baby seat(even their guy couldn’t put it on correctly)

Cons: Very rude persons at the airport.we waited for almost 2 hours till they finally gave us a suitable baby seat (from a guy on another company that saw our frustration nearby ) so we had to drive at night with tired baby. Also gave me the feeling that this is what we have - that’s your problem with putting broken baby seat(even their guy couldn’t put it on correctly) I will never use this service again

Pros: The inspection system for check the car

Pros: When i returned car Fuel was filled on 65%, diffrence of 50% was not received by Refund, company said that there are no funds back which basicly not fair.Company must change policy to 100% fuel during pick u & return or compensate customers in fair way.

Cons: When car was picked up fuel was filled only on 15%

Pros: Not really any positives to mention here.

Cons: Pickup process took a long time, the car was in terrible condition. Many dents, scratches, torn upholstery, and car had a dead battery (had to jump start it many times during the rental period)

Pros: Prompt

Cons: Rented a Golf or equivalent. Was given a Mégane - not an equivalent car. Car had done 130000km. Multiple bodywork dents and scratches. Air conditioning slow.

Pros: Avance is very good. The service is perfect

Pros: Friendly, fast and efficient service from Avance

Pros: Foi uma confusão para levantar o carro, sem sinalização e sem apoio de colaborador da Avance

Cons: Falta de apoio por parte da Avance

Pros: From the start until the end the ease and professionalism of been able to rent the car was a pleasure congratulations

Pros: Nothing

Pros: The car broke down half way through our holiday but Avance quickly dispatched a replacement- all handled very smoothly

Pros: Very old car

Pros: Really great car with strong engine to get us up the mountains. We were overall very happy.

Cons: We had to wait 20 min for the car to be cleaned before we could take it, but we were a little early.

Pros: good car, no pressure on taking extra coverage

Pros: Only the fact that the agency desk is in the airport and does not require transport to pick up the car

Cons: The car war an absolut catastrophe. They did not get to fill up the fuel not even to quarter in order to reach you destination without needing to search for fuel just a 5 km away from the airport. Despite upgrading to an upper category the car given was old, untrustworthy und mechanical problem sign got on after driving a few kilometers

Pros: Honest staff. Great car.

Cons: Tank was less than a quarter full at pick up.

Pros: Efficient

Cons: More warmth required from agents assisting with collection and drop-off

Cons: - Its took time for the car to be ready when we picked it up. - The air conditioner in the back seats didnt worked properly.

Pros: Professional, efficient and quick. No pushing extra insurance etc

Cons: As above

Pros: Great staff easy pick up

Cons: Issue with the ac in the car but they swapped the car quickly

Pros: Efficiency of collection.

Cons: See above - I need your help to get the paperwork required. They were rude about the damage to the car which was not my fault - I can’t prevent break ins and vandalism.

Pros: On the road so quickly after our flight

Pros: They were promp and informative

Cons: First vehicle was not running well with service light on before I even left the airport. Had mechanical problems with a defective vehicle before I arrived to my final destination. It took 5 phone calls,4 hours and a very rude advance representative to correct the issue. She didn’t feel there was a vehicle issue and attributed the problem to me basically calling me a liar. Very unprofessional for a large car rental agency. Received a replacement vehicle the next day after complaining.

Cons: No Bluetooth, old car motor, no enough power through driving

Pros: שירות מהיר ואדיב

Cons: נורת אזהרה לחץ הצמיגים דלקה קבוע והיה חסר אוויר בגלגל אחורי

Pros: Agent how helped getting car (Costas) was sooo helpful. So nice and courageous. We had a problem with our GPS syncing with car and he was so patient and finally just got us in a new car. Really give the guy 10*s!

Pros: Fast and efficient pick up and drop off

Cons: Very difficult to find Avance pick up area at Athens airport. On the Vehicle condition form I received after I returned the car there were 3 car damage photos showing substantial damage on the car that was done before I received the car. I found this procedure very unsettling.I know I did not do the damage so why was it included on my form ?

Cons: I need my deposit back please, i couldn't go to the counter to ask for the release. I have sent emails et WhatsApp and no reaction till now.

Pros: Friendly and helpful

Pros: They are very helpful and super nice.

Cons: The maintenance quality of the cars is poor

Pros: Very professional amd efficient check in and check out processes.

Pros: Service was quick and accurate.

Cons: I dont like the same to same fuel service because its hard to estimate it right and i always end up bringing it more full than i got

Pros: Beter cleaning of windows inside and console

Cons: De window wipers were not good

Pros: Easy to find the representative, very helpful staff during check-out and check-in. The car was in a parking within minutes from arrivals at Athens Airport. Will definitely rent from them again.

Pros: Very good car, great price, immediate service no waiting at all...

Cons: Car was not clean, many scratches, overall looking old... Fuel policy was Same to Same in contrary to what was agreed Full to Full.

Pros: Thanks for all

Cons: Nothing

Pros: Decent car for a decent price.

Cons: Windscreen wipers should have been replaced, same goes for the water spraying thingies (left one was clogged). Furthermore, it's been more than 10 years since I rented a car without rear parking assistance sensors, but not a huge issue.

Pros: Quick service, both at drop off and pick up. They were honest with the condition of the car and didn't try and find "issues" with it on return. They didn't try and push CDW cover on me and accepted that I was prepared to risk the excess.

Cons: Not a lot! my only comment is that the car wasn't full on collection, and it had some marks / dents on it.

Pros: Easy pick up and drop off

Pros: lovely staff, super friendly and made us feel very welcome

Cons: Nothing, they were great

Pros: A 10, all good, fine car, quick response, friendly staff.

Cons: Brakes and gas pedals were too sensitive

Pros: They were knowledgeable and easy to deal with

Cons: Nothing

Cons: Car was low on fuel at pick up. Would have preferred a full tank.

Pros: Everything was perfect. Great customer service. Smooth transaction in all phases.

Cons: Zero

Pros: Quick and efficient.

Pros: Friendly and fair, good technology for recording car condition. Lack of age limits and fair pricing for older drivers.

Cons: Hours at Athens Airport are a bit limited...opening at 7:30 am is a bit late...

Pros: Very good customer service, car clean and in good conditions

Cons: gas was not full ....5/8 tank ( they knew it and it was written that i will return at same condition )

Pros: Friendly, quick

Pros: Friendly, efficient. Didn’t try to sell extra unnecessary insurances. Didn’t even put a hold on my credit card as I had the Discover Car insurance

Pros: Car condition.

Cons: We were not given the car we booked and paid for. The car pickup location was impossible to find with no signage.

Pros: The car was new and upgraded from what we have ordered, that was perfect.

Cons: The only issue was about the car insurance because when I added the ''full coverage'' on my booking, I was surprised that the actual rental agent has their own insurance and terms which I wasn't aware of. In the end, that ''full coverage'' was only a ''basic coverage'' at Avance. I would like you to make it more clear for future costumers.

Pros: This might have been the EASIEST rental transaction we've ever experienced. 100% would recommend Avance!

Pros: Very professional

Cons: It was difficult to find how to get to drop off need better directions etc

Pros: Helpful accommodating flight change

Cons: Car fuel warning light was on when we picked it up at 4 am

Pros: Overall condition of the car was horrible. You would think spending 1000.00 on a rental car the vynyl by the shifter wouldn't be peeling, the engine wouldnt shut off on you and the brake light would work. Also the outsode condition was all digned up should have been fixed before put into service.

Cons: Return was easy however pick up took forver the man at the counter was quick but when you go to actually pick up the vehicle we waited in line and other people kept getting helped before us. Not an issue but it got to the point that i asked the representative can we be helped and he said sure. Then proceeded to help everyone else waiting that got there after us and came to us last. We were litterally the last people standing there after aproximatky 30 people came after us.

Pros: The staff were great, friendly and explained everything about the rental. Im sorry i forgot the name of the Greek woman who handed over the car to me, but she went out of her way to help me.

Pros: Friendly efficient

Pros: Available and efficient. Desk in airport arrival area.

Cons: Car condition - lot of damages at pickup. Huge documentation task to specify all damages before responsibility take-over.

Pros: Convenient in terminal and competitively priced.

Pros: The car was in good condition, friendly personnel.

Cons: I couldnt get a written confirmation that I a) returned the car and b) with no damage.
