Pros: There was a bit of damage to the outside of the car- by the front mirror. The metal bdy had come loose. We thought maybe someone hit us while parked . However, when we dropped off the car the agent was very honest and said that there are no signs of someone hitting us and the plastic just 'gave in' spontaneously. I have to say I had read some terribe reviews about rental companies and was prepared for the worst but I was inpressed with the professionalism and honesty of the company.

Apparently they did have the car I requested but was locked in a car park and as it was after midnight the could not delivery it. It is much mitigated and needs further clarification. The officers were dismissive and didn’t suggest any alternative while I have my family with me and needed this transportation method. I had the take the plane and finally hired another car from another agency at Corfu.

They also did not do any inspection of the vehicles condition before giving it to me, one of the tires was missing air and there was no engine oil which both should be minimum check before giving the car. I had a check engine light on, I could not properly enjoy the trip as I was afraid I would be stuck on a highway with my wife and 7 month old due to the car breaking down.

The radio had Bluetooth, through which I paired my phone, but the function of playing music from external sources did not work.

Cons: It was the biggest car model of the compact class, so it was comfortable for passengers and spacy trunk. Good engine, drives well. I haven't had any unpleasant experiences. Only once during the trip did the engine fault warning light come on, which concerned me. The service representative assured me that I could continue my journey. Quick contact made me feel taken care of.

Cons: The only issue was about the car insurance because when I added the ''full coverage'' on my booking, I was surprised that the actual rental agent has their own insurance and terms which I wasn't aware of. In the end, that ''full coverage'' was only a ''basic coverage'' at Avance. I would like you to make it more clear for future costumers.

Pros: This might have been the EASIEST rental transaction we've ever experienced. 100% would recommend Avance!

Pros: Overall condition of the car was horrible. You would think spending 1000.00 on a rental car the vynyl by the shifter wouldn't be peeling, the engine wouldnt shut off on you and the brake light would work. Also the outsode condition was all digned up should have been fixed before put into service.

Cons: Return was easy however pick up took forver the man at the counter was quick but when you go to actually pick up the vehicle we waited in line and other people kept getting helped before us. Not an issue but it got to the point that i asked the representative can we be helped and he said sure. Then proceeded to help everyone else waiting that got there after us and came to us last. We were litterally the last people standing there after aproximatky 30 people came after us.

Pros: The staff were great, friendly and explained everything about the rental. Im sorry i forgot the name of the Greek woman who handed over the car to me, but she went out of her way to help me.

Cons: Car condition - lot of damages at pickup. Huge documentation task to specify all damages before responsibility take-over.

Cons: The cars should always be rented out at full petrol levels, so it makes it easier to shop off with same petrol. Having the petrol at 2/8 or 4/8 full makes it really hard to return the same amount.

Cons: Fuel tank was 3/8 full. I prefer get a full tank and return a full tank.
