Pros: The question is several times and I was very pleased. This time less so. The car was after an accident on the driver's door and that's probably why water got in when it rained next to the driver's seat.

Cons: Worst car I have ever driven.

Pros: This place offers great value for money. The car was pretty new and worked well for us. Despite what discovery car states you can take the hire cars on the ferries to the islands. This is confirmed on their website and they didn't have an issue with us doing this.

Cons: We waited around 15minutes for the pick up and weren't entirely sure we were in the right place as there were no signs or anything. We were in a rush so ended up getting a taxi to the pick up place which was quite a way from the airport. The car had error messages, it was well overdue an oil service and had a low tyre pressure error.

Cons: The fact that I had full coverage insurance and they told me I had basic coverage with them and I should take extra insurance. They told me the extra insurance I had was with my broker and in case of a claim, papers would have to be translated. I didn’t take their extra insurance, but my mind was clouded , until I reached one of your agents who put my mind at ease.

Cons: I was wainting nearly 1 h 30 min for someone to pick us up at Athens airport it was raining, Never ever happand to us with rental car, and I am renting cars for years, The lady who Picked us up was rude she said that no one was there when she came to the airport which was not an accurate things to say. Further more after such long waiting time my husband had to go to the toilet urgently and she refuse to wait one more minute. It was disturbing.

Cons: My issue was not with Record-Go. It was with DiscoverCars. I opted for the rental insurance with DiscoverCars when I I came to pick up the rental, I learned from the Record-go agent that the insurance I purchased with DiscoverCars was not that helpful and that I needed to get insurance from Record-go. It would have been better if DiscoverCars made it more clear that the insurance they were pushing was not from Record-go but from DiscoverCars.

I looked up the policy which said on the website that as long as the company was informed of being late due to uncontrollable circumstances then there would be no late fee. There in fact was a late fee given. Record go claims refund needs to be issued with discovery cars.

I was supposed to get SUV that held 3 large suitcases but they initially presented a Fiat 500 that would not even fit 2. After a healthy debate with the representative, they gave me another car that was able to fit my luggage.

Asked more information about the car, she said she had lots of customers waiting for her and I would know the operation of the vehicle once on the road. She didn't even check the bodice of car .

Pros: Overall great experience Just wasn’t too happy about checkin. It got a bit complicated - I could pay with Amex but couldn’t leave a pre with security deposit. So I’ve had to use my debit card. Felt the clerk was selling the insurance too hard. Asked for an automatic and wanted to charge extra. Not sure why. Anyhow overall this was such great value for money, car was lovely and the staff lovely. Particularly at departure the gentlemen that checked me out and the lady that dropped us.

Cons: One and only claim I have is the insistent of the the Record Go Team to buy extra insurance. I thank for the proposal of their insurance but I heard that is unwise to risk so much and not to buy their extra offer insurance. It was really annoying.

I was forced to buy the security package. Relatives and friends I discussed with had same issues and were forced one way or another to buy the security package. It is not bad but the price is not even close to the booking price.

Cons: The only difficulty was finding the drop-off location, using the GPS coordinates on the car papers, and the otherwise perfectly functioning navigation system of the vehicle. We managed, but it was a bit tricky.

Pros: The personnel are excellent. At drop-off, Despina checked us in, reviewed the car's status and drove us to the airport. She was very charming. She also gave us precise information on where to find the elevator to bring us to the departure level from their drop-off/pick-up point (arrivals). Record-go's location for car drop-off is the easiest it can be. Right at the on-ramp for the airport. I like that they constantly run shuttles to/from the airport. There is no waiting.

Cons: In Greece since 2022 it is by law necessary the car to be equipped (months NOV to APR) either with winter tires (mud + snow) or with snow chains. The law implies penalty (80€) for not conforming. Car was not equiped with neither options but instead you could rent snow chains (per day fee) Unacceptable

Η υπάλληλος που με εξυπηρέτησε αδυνατούσε να μου εξηγήσει το θέμα της ασφάλειας και της αύξησης του κόστους και δεν μιλούσε καλά ελληνικά.

Cons: They wanted to pay 130 more for full coverage, i paid 80 in advance for the possibility of a non full gaz tank ,and when i asked ehy this or why that the girl in the help desk always talking about the company's policy . THE CONTRACT WAS IN SPANISH!!!

Cons: The employee didn’t respect my contract. She asked a credit card instead of my debit card even if I pointed the regulation in my contract. Then I explained that I have rented several cars by record go with my debit card and it seems that she is not informed about the regulation. However, she didn’t accept my debit card. I explained that I will provide the requested credit card as I did, but then I am going to leave a negative feedback to the company. Anyway she informed me that she doesn’t care.

Pros: Originally picking up the car was fine, but then when the car broke down the service of returning it and getting a new car was absolutely terrible. The second car we got was good though.

Cons: The Roadside Assistance number on the car was for Spain and not the correct number for Greece which added time and confusion to figuring out our cars issue. The company made us return the keys (which was normal) but then told us to got back to the broken car and wait for a tow truck. This took a considerable time out of our day and ruined our vacation, even though it was fully Record-go's problem. The representatives were very argumentative and not helpful throughout the entire process.
