Yours Car Rental at Athens Airport

Cons: As I said above. I would like to continue with the second thing which was absolutely uncomfortable with two children!!! We had to return the cat one day before our flight !!! What ? Why don’t we have any other options ???

Pros: Nice and kind staff

Cons: Drop off speed process with all the photos that needs to be taken of the car

Pros: The cars are new and always try to give you the car you asked for.

Pros: Thanx a lot, excellent service, perfect car for this amount

Cons: Pick up was not specific as we waited two hours before we figured out the correct pick up spot

Pros: It was easy.

Cons: I liked everything.

Pros: Sure! Here's the review in English: --- *Highly Recommended Car Rental Experience* We had a great experience with *Yours Car Rental* from start to finish. The car we received was in *excellent condition* — clean, comfortable, and very well maintained, making our road trip across Greece smooth and enjoyable. A special thank you to *Joh, Aggelos, and Dimitris*, who were all incredibly *kind, professional, and helpful*. Their friendly service and attention to detail truly made a difference.

Cons: One area for improvement: the *shuttle pick-up point at Athens Airport* was not clearly marked, and it took a phone call to figure out where to go. Better signage or directions would make the process easier.

Cons: Formal Complaint – Vehicle Rental Agreement Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my recent vehicle rental with Yourscars. Despite fully complying with the terms of the rental agreement, the service I received was unsatisfactory and raised serious concerns that, in my view,

Pros: The giving back was fast and easy.

Cons: The fact they didn’t update after changing the spot of meeting, they were also very late and the guy in the service point was really rude and not costumer oriented!

Pros: Not a thing. Non existent

Cons: Non existent. Poor communication with pick up process. Email instructions for pick up not as actual and no punctuality with pick up. Waited 45 minutes minutes. When I rang they kept on hanging up

Pros: Price and speed of pick up and drop off.

Cons: Vehicle was very dirty. Unwashed and full of bugs and bird droppings. The shuttle would not drop us at the terminal doors because they said it costs them money to get close to it and instead dropped us 100m away and we had to walk in the hot sun with two strollers and our luggage to get to the terminal doors.

Pros: Car was good

Cons: at pick up as well at drop off no feeling of customer service : no good morning/afternoon, employee did not look to us

Pros: Everything, pick up was fast, no issues at all.

Pros: Nothing

Cons: Terrible customer service mainly because system is farcical and staff not trained to have any empathy for the customer when they are told their reservation has been cancelled! I (and other customer) have never had such a bad experience with car hire as we did this time.

Pros: Never rent via Discover since the car rental will not extend if needed.

Cons: It was not clear the car rental is not 24 hrs therefore if you have a morning flight you cannot return the car and will Need to waste a day before and be in a hotel

Pros: The staff was friendly, polite and helpful. The car was new, clean.

Cons: Nothing

Pros: Everything: car, service was good.

Cons: a long waiting at the airport for the shutle -30 min a very long waiting at the car rental office when we drop off - noone was there at the office - only after we call over the phone -someone came to the office . the guy that came after 12 min that we were waiting ,found a 1 cm scratch on the plastic of the wheel and wanted to charge for it - he did not at the end becouse i got pics that i took when we took the car .

Pros: friendly staff , picked us up quickly and waited for us because flight was delayed for no extra fee. did good inspection of car picking up on any damage before rental.

Cons: I have yet to receive my holding deposit of 390 euro

Pros: The basic car functions was excellent. The pickup and dropoff was smooth.

Pros: Yours rental car was amazing! So helpful and kind

Pros: The staff was very helpful and friendly

Cons: None

Pros: Thoughtful. Efficient. Polite. Professional. Provided an upgrade without me asking.

Pros: We received a better car than was in the pre-order

Cons: Complicated access to the drop-off point in Athens downtown

Cons: No one waited for me on airport, I waited 40 minutes for pick up

Pros: Vehicle wasn’t brand new, but in a great shape

Pros: The attendance were so flexible and helping me reschedule pick up from a flight delay. Maria was very funny and friendly, and they helped me map out my directions to drive to the Peloponnesian side of Greece.

Cons: Unfortunately they couldn't refund me for the day that I did not use the car due to a flight delay, but they tried their best and that's what counts.
