Pros: The price, the car and the crew at transfer and dropp off

Cons: The woman at the desk at pick-up. She is not good in any way and the rest of the crew seems to be afraid of her. We did not feel welcome at all and we felt like being scolded like little children and that we were almost disturbing her. She spoke very rudely to both customers and staff. Luckily she wasn't there when we returned the car and there we only experienced good service.

Pros: All as agreed. Speedy, friendly. Car was new.

Cons: Their help service was limited only on Athens area..

Pros: A car with lot of damages outside. The gas cap couldn't be opened, the tires weren't balanced, I got help at the gas station. Remote key, did not work.

Cons: After reading several identical reviews of my expert, it is abundantly clear that exer Athens has become a hotspot for scamming tourists. I have been charged a €75 euro "admin fee" despite an acknowledgement there is no damage. When I questioned it, I was told to make my own way to the airport. The woman manager is unbelievable.

Pros: We picked up our car from the airport location. Online check out meant that the process was speedy and efficient. The staff were professional and courteous and explained everything. There was no hard sell to push additional items. In fact they lent us a screen mount for our phone FOC. I have no idea why there are poor reviews. The return of the car was just as efficient and the staff were brilliant. Highly recommend Exer and will use them again when in Greece. Thanks for a great time

Cons: When you order the car in DiscoverCar.com it say the droop off and pick up is in the airport. But actually the pick up and drop off is outside the airport. The carrier supply shattel from the air port and back to the air port but we spent a lot of time finding it and almost lost our flight back.

Pros: The shuttle driver was an excellent source of essential information from what to expect to pay for tolls to exactly how to get back to the office and the folks in the office were a joy to work with.

Cons: When we arrived, they had a wrong car for us, 9 seat van. Took over an hour to get the right car. Also did not like being charged for the security deposit, instead of a hold. Still waiting for the refund.

Cons: Even though I paid for full coverage insurance, still EXER kept 600 Euro from my account that will be returned 10 days after delivery of the car. Why? Exer said if an accident we pay and then claim from Discover cars.com....that is not ethical. Luckily we delivered car in perfect condition and do not need to go through that.

Cons: The waiting and non-arrival of the car rental agent at Athens Airport timeously and the office being far from the Airport and not allowing us to return the car at the Airport.

Pros: The guys and girls at EXER were the best, they supported our needs without any issues. It was our first holiday with our baby girl, and the staff at EXER made it one to remember. They will definitely be my first go to car rental company when travelling to Greece. Don’t be put off by the shuttle service, it’s quick and professional and accommodating with pick up and delivery times. The choice of cars is very good and new. There’s a reason why EXER were the highest rated company on here!

Cons: Vehicle only had 60km fuel on pick up which meant stress of fill up straight after pick up and of course company gained at the end as there was still over 230km left in the vehicle. We waited for over 40 minutes for pick up and contact was difficult. Signage at the collection point would resolve confusion outside the terminal about where to wait. Also on return the company reneged on drop off to our overnight apartment and we had to pay 35 Euro for a taxi from the airport.
