Pros: The people working in the car rental they are super nice and fast and very helpful.

Pros: They are damage bandits, charged me 75 Euro for a minor scratch on the right side passenger door that they will never fix.

Cons: When you order the car in DiscoverCar.com it say the droop off and pick up is in the airport. But actually the pick up and drop off is outside the airport. The carrier supply shattel from the air port and back to the air port but we spent a lot of time finding it and almost lost our flight back.

Pros: The shuttle driver was an excellent source of essential information from what to expect to pay for tolls to exactly how to get back to the office and the folks in the office were a joy to work with.

Cons: It wasn’t clear that I needed to call for a shuttle from the airport. I thought one would be waiting.

Pros: Everyone was so friendly and helpful No surprises. Paid what we arranged. No up charges. We’ve rented cars in many places and this by far was the best experience. It was easy, straightforward and staff was beyond professional and welcoming!

While in the parking lot, we saw a Jeep exactly like the one we booked, but instead we received a VW Taigo, saying it is the “equivalent “… come on guys…. In addition, it took us time to find the shuttle… the guy was sitting in the car and there was no sign anywhere

Pros: The staff were welcoming and friendly and very helpful.

Cons: When we arrived, they had a wrong car for us, 9 seat van. Took over an hour to get the right car. Also did not like being charged for the security deposit, instead of a hold. Still waiting for the refund.

Cons: Even though I paid for full coverage insurance, still EXER kept 600 Euro from my account that will be returned 10 days after delivery of the car. Why? Exer said if an accident we pay and then claim from Discover cars.com....that is not ethical. Luckily we delivered car in perfect condition and do not need to go through that.

Cons: The waiting and non-arrival of the car rental agent at Athens Airport timeously and the office being far from the Airport and not allowing us to return the car at the Airport.

Cons: The car was a bit old. I didn't have a spare wheel, but luckily I didn't make a dent. But the car worked very well.

Cons: They would let me to pay for a dammage. It was only an crash of dust.

Pros: The guys and girls at EXER were the best, they supported our needs without any issues. It was our first holiday with our baby girl, and the staff at EXER made it one to remember. They will definitely be my first go to car rental company when travelling to Greece. Don’t be put off by the shuttle service, it’s quick and professional and accommodating with pick up and delivery times. The choice of cars is very good and new. There’s a reason why EXER were the highest rated company on here!

Pros: Quality car and documentation completed professionally.

Cons: Vehicle only had 60km fuel on pick up which meant stress of fill up straight after pick up and of course company gained at the end as there was still over 230km left in the vehicle. We waited for over 40 minutes for pick up and contact was difficult. Signage at the collection point would resolve confusion outside the terminal about where to wait. Also on return the company reneged on drop off to our overnight apartment and we had to pay 35 Euro for a taxi from the airport.

Cons: Nothing really. Perhaps a meet and greet with the representative in the airport waiting lounge would have been good, but I still managed to find the van waiting for me in the car park as per the instructions.
