This car rental requires you to drop off the car completely cleaned and this is the first time I hear of such a requirement. My Amex was not accepted as a payment because expiry date was this month

However, I do have a few complaints about B-rent: I had difficulties finding the pick-up location address, which is not indicated, whether at the airport or on the street. Additionally, I was surprised to be obligated to purchase insurance under the pretext that my credit card was not compatible for the deposit, even though I have never had such an issue with my car rentals in the past. The B-rent representative forced us.

Being in Naples over Easter weekend when the car gear box smelt of burnt every time we reversed, we called the emergency support number over a period of 36 hours to no avail. Eventually, we were invited to bring the car back and get a replacement from Naples airport. This led to 2.5 days of the break where I could not be with my family as trying to sort out the car situation. The replacement car was great

We were charged for the scratch and told we had to go back to DiscoveryCar to get our refund. We should not have to pay and carry the interest when we paid for full coverage. We will wait to hear back on our refund before putting out a public review. The process to get the refund is horrible as well.

The vehicle type was good (except for a few tin injuries that did not bother me). Really worth all the compliments.

Cons: During check-in, no one from b-rent available to countersign the damage inventory document which was not accurate at all to say the least. Therefore, at check-out, we were charged an extra 42€ for a damage to the right external mirror. Unfortunately, we didn't photo the damages at check-in and not able to proof our says. When we asked the check out controller to show the previous check out inventory to confront with ours, he pretended it was not possible.

Cons: Poor service at collection only one member of staff available, long queue took nearly an hour to collect car, after a very early morning flight and an upset baby it would have been nice to be able to pick the car up promptly and leave. Also car seats available were not in very good condition found it difficult to attach to seats and no help from staff

Cons: The initial service was shocking, arrived there before closing time and was told there was no more cars left, even though i had a booking, the woman working there didnt have any intention of helping, but simply closing early to go home. As we were staying 40 mins from Naple, and a taxi would of cost €250 plus just one way, we stayed in a hotel close by B-Rental, however this was still a unnecessary cost if customer service was done properly. Following morning there was still more issues

Cons: Inflexible about credit card deposit. Seemed very keen to cancel the discounted rental and rent the vehicle at their full price.

Cons: Car pickup was sloooow - I guess it took one hour to serve 5 customers or so. Also, I haven't recieved any reciept from Brent (but a did get a customer satisfaction survey email, so they have my email).

Cons: Besides efficiency, they lacked care for explaining the terms in person.
