Pros: Hello, I have nothing to complain about regarding the quality of the car. However, I do have a few complaints about B-rent: I had difficulties finding the pick-up location address, which is not indicated, whether at the airport or on the street. Additionally, I was surprised to be obligated to purchase insurance under the pretext that my credit card was not compatible for the deposit, even though I have never had such an issue with my car rentals in the past. The B-rent representative forced us.

Cons: I was scammed. I paid for airport pick-up and drop-off, I asked for it. There is no car at the airport, you have to take a transfer bus, which is not written. I searched for more than 1 hour, the phone was only answered after 50 minutes. Everything was closed at the time of delivery, there was no bus, I had to take a taxi.

Cons: B rent was really bad! You basically stole me 60€ considering they only accept credit card to rent a car and you didnt write that anywhere before we reserve it! They’r office is a hole and when I did arrive had to wait 4hrs even tho there were 2 people in front of me! At the end they didnt rent anything to me cus I didnt own a credit card! Being in Naples over Easter weekend when the car gear box smelt of burnt every time we reversed, we called the emergency support number over a period of 36 hours to no avail. Eventually, we were invited to bring the car back and get a replacement from Naples airport. This led to 2.5 days of the break where I could not be with my family as trying to sort out the car situation. The replacement car was great

Luckly, I was done with scammers in this trip to Italy so I went along with the scammers and once I had access to my videos, things backtracked from there.

We were charged for the scratch and told we had to go back to DiscoveryCar to get our refund. We should not have to pay and carry the interest when we paid for full coverage. We will wait to hear back on our refund before putting out a public review. The process to get the refund is horrible as well.

I finally went with the heart and stayed with B RENT. Want to say that everything was beyond expectation. The service in receiving the vehicle, in return. The vehicle type was good (except for a few tin injuries that did not bother me). Really worth all the compliments.

Cons: During check-in, no one from b-rent available to countersign the damage inventory document which was not accurate at all to say the least. Therefore, at check-out, we were charged an extra 42€ for a damage to the right external mirror. Unfortunately, we didn't photo the damages at check-in and not able to proof our says. When we asked the check out controller to show the previous check out inventory to confront with ours, he pretended it was not possible.
